Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites

My company has this hotel as a 'preferred location'. I stayed here last week (Monday/Tuesday), and I will not be returning. The room was dirty / dusty, the bathroom had no exhaust ventilation, there was black mold covering the shower ceiling (after showering, you have to reach for your towel, which is only an inch or two from black mold patches on the ceiling). The air quality in the room was very poor. I will be providing this review to my company representatives as well to look at other options for hotels. The front desk clerk provided me a 'Chief Engineer' business card to call?

My recent stay at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites was a positive experience overall. The check-in process was notably efficient, thanks to the electronic key feature available on the iPhone, which streamlined the entire process. The room I stayed in was both clean and quiet.

The staff were attentive and readily available to assist with any needs or inquiries I had during my stay.

One aspect that was less impressive was the room service. While the convenience of having food delivered directly to the room is appreciated, I found the prices to be somewhat high for the quality of the food offered. However, it's important to note that this is a common trait among hotel room services and not unique to this hotel.

In principle, everything is fine, if not for the fire siren that woke us up in the middle of the night and we stayed for a whole hour on the street, and then in the hall. And this is before the second eight-hour flight.

We booked a 1 night stay in standard king room and got a complimentary upgrade into a corner one bedroom suite that was lovely with our Diamond status. This hotel does not have a lounge but breakfast was included and was a delicious buffet (there is a slight upcharge if you get hot items). I always get frustrated about those little things, but that a brand issue with Hilton cutting back food amenities for top tier loyalists.

Our flight arrived late but we had no problem catching the airport shuttle. And the front desk was friendly upon arrival.

Back to amenities I asked for an extra water bottle and she said that the limit for Diamond was two. I only experience this with Hilton properties, the others seem more generous.

It was a very short stay so I didn't get a full look at the everything. As some have mentioned it is in need of a refresh as the furniture was a bit worn and didn't all match. But overall the stay was fine.

As a travel agent I use this hotel often. I constantly recommend it to my clients. Great shuttle service. Carl at front desk is great. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Definitely worth staying here for sure.

As a matter of fact this is about the 5th time we staying at this particular hotel.

If it wasn’t great, I wouldn’t have returned

Stayed for lunch, was able to park our car there for charging. The facilities were nice and super friendly staff. There also offer free shuttle bus to go to the airport, which was useful.

The breakfast is very delicious, the asking price is not cheap, the bed is good to sleep, very close to the airport

Excellent Accommodations with great staff. Vickki is awesome on the front desk as well the others. Shuttle is great!

My stay here was awesome very large rooms with a nice view of the airport. I didn't have too much time to explore the hotel as I was there for a business trip, but I'd definitely stay there again. Very polite staff and a really nice bar downstairs to spend an evening in.

Hotel is fine. WiFi costs extra if you're not a Hilton rewards member. You can become a member for free if you book through the Hilton site. Perfectly fine Airport hotel.

Room clean and spacious. Front desk helpful.free shuttle amazing. Unfortunately I am allergic to lavender and so couldnt use their soaps and shampoos. Extremely important since our suitcases were lost on Air Canada so we had none of our own toiletries.

Rooms are comfortable, hotel room service is a joke. The "late night menu" is abysmal and even the stuff on the list isnt always available. Expensive breakfast. Staff is nice. Would rather stay elsewhere for the amenities.

Excellent service. Room was so comfortable and clean with all the amenities you'd need. Lovely breakfast buffet. Only thing I would want is a couple more towels

Perfect place to stay before or after a flight as it’s close to the airport. The room are super spacious, cozy and clean. The overall service is wonderful. The staff did their best to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay.

The staff are nice, friendly, and helpful. Any issues and questions that I had were quickly addressed. The staff are knowledgeable. The hotel was sold out for the evening and they made me still feel like an individual and not another number.

The location is great for a night's stay near Pearson, yet like other "higher end" hotels, costs are being cut for standard amenities. Ie: no fitted sheets on beds, basic training/help for service staff.

Great accommodation. Comfortable bed. Good amenities. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. The staff are pleasant and helpful. They seem to genuinely want you to enjoy your stay.

Terrible service on my arrival. My room was given away and was forced, very unpleasantly, to accept something I did not book to begin with. Very cruel night manager.

Always a decent stay at the Hilton Airport. As usual, the room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, my room's heating unit was extremely loud, and probably in need of some maintenance. The hotel restaurant also continues to be extremely overpriced. Save your money and plan on eating elsewhere.

Came here for catching a plane. The room is generally good. However, it had not been equipped with good water pressure shower, and they had no free bottled water for ones who are not their members. FYI, the shuttles did not have a helpful intensive schedule. Actually, I saw two shuttles from Holiday Inn passing through while I was waiting for their shuttles. To be frank, three stars and I won’t recommend.

Could hear noise from the hallway when guests propped their doors open. Nice rooms/ bathrooms, clean, comfortable bed, nice view of the airplanes. Parking around back was a little awkward because there weren't many temporary spots available for checking in and unloading

Love this hotel. 10 minutes to the airport.valet parking, great park and fly rate with on site parking.shuttles run to the airport every 20 minutes on the hour.
Large pool, large well equipped work out room.fully stocked hotel store.and great little bar and restaurant on site.restaurant is a little pricey but all hotel restaurants are.

I’m staying here for a weekend conference. That said, long term/event parking was located at the rear of this modern hotel.

Check-in was quite efficient given Friday afternoon arrival of many attendees at the same time. Staff service was courteous. I was given a little gift for being a Hilton Honors reward member.

My South Tower room was very nice and fitted with ultra-modern furniture and a king-size bed! The high outside view of mostly parked cars was okay. It was a quiet floor; no unruly hallway behaviour!

Our whole conference held meetings in the huge Mississauga Ballroom B and two smaller meeting rooms (Dixie, Dundas). Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All meals were delicious and beverages refreshing.

A solid five star weekend!

This was once an unpleasant place to stay However there Renovations have made it monumentally better. However the prices in the restaurant as well as service is unpleasant Sirius

This HOTEL has Exceptional Management and Staff in Airport Close proximity. The Free airport shuttle takes you to the airport, hassle free
I have stayed here several times, and love the location, and quality. Last visit my airport facing room gave a Great view of planes taking off into the Beautiful Canadian sky. This location has a HUGE Gym, with racquetball and basketball courts. I was there during a folk music festival and talented performers were playing in the lobby. This location is within walking distance of several QUALITY restaurants including the Amazing Ruths Chris Steakhouse. The staff was helpful in letting me check my bags for the afternoon, since I had a evening flight, which allowed to take an Uber to adjacent Lovely Woodbine Racetrack. I will always stay some nights at this hotel Everytime I visit Toronto!

Nice big rooms. The hotel is very close to the airport too. The free hotel shuttle from the airport that runs every 30 mins is very important especially from first time visitors. The staff are very friendly especially at the front desk. The food is great and you can order your preference as you Wish. I did not like that fact that the TV channels in the room has not considered soccer or football lover. I missed a very important match between Manchester United vs Juventus playing champions league. + Why charge to watch movies? Shouldn't that be a courtesy to your guests?

Rooms are not greatly lit.
Food.steak and Turkey club sandwich.perfect.
Parking is not free $25/night.parking for overnight guests is at the back of the hotel.

Shell petrol station very close by.

Mini convenient store within the hotel.
Ice machine on room floors.

I stayed for 1 night.
It was a very nice room with 2 queen size beds. And it was very comfortable. I had a great night sleep
Car parking cost an extra $28, not impressed
Internet was free only if you join their guest program. Not what I would expect from a big hotel chain. Most hotels I've stayed at, the internet is free and they give you a password when you check in.
The room serves lady was very nice and helpful
