Traditional Chiu Chow style marinated meats with rice and flat rice noodle soup restaurant.

I recommend getting their beef tendon balls with flat rice noodle soup as it's the most authentic in the Greater Toronto Area. The two item rice dishes are amazing value as you get a lot rice.

Service does get busy around lunch and dinner hours. There maybe a shoet wait before seated and getting served.

The restaurant serves a lot of takeout orders as well.

Food was always great, and so glad they finally decided to use actual plates for their dine in food! When food is served in paper plates, it doesn't really retain the heat, but glad they finally changed!

The braised food tastes great, especially when paired with the homemade spicy oil, it’s great!

It was the first time I went to buy takeaway and it was the last time I ordered a beef pit rice. It was $13.55. I gave two $5 and coins. One of the $5 was broken in the middle and it didn’t affect the front desk. I don’t understand. Isn't it money? There is a serious problem with the attitude. Is it just because I speak Mandarin? I feel bad when I buy a takeaway

Early Dec, 2022 weekend late lunch. The pork, Shrimp wonton needle soup has more meat than seafood. Not ideal. Price is modest for $10.

They offer great flavours of Chiu Chow & Hong Kong homey dishes.
Their Chiu Chow style chili oil is authentic to the way it's made. Also available for purchase.
They mainly do use disposable dishware and utensils.
Service was great throughout. Very nice ladies.
Clean and spacious environment.
Lovely posters displaying their signature dishes.
Closed on Tuesdays.

The food is average and is a bit expensive. I will not eat in this restaurant for they use one time use plastic bowls and cutlery. They open for few years and imagine how many tones of plastic utensils created. Very Very very not environmental. They charge high price but feel like eating in a food court with one time use plastic utensils. Very very bad!

This place is simple but quaint and delicious! Their menus are very appealing and I enjoyed their noodle soup.

Good quality and portions, good price. Service a bit like those who rush you to order. Clean. Plenty of parking.

A traditional Chinese style restaurant. Food are good. A food court style, serves with takeout utensils. Server will bring food over to table. Service not to expect too much.

There was a short but quick moving line when I came for lunch on the weekend. I had previously tried the cuttlefish balls and beef offals here which were good but the food was rather disappointing now.

The good: The beef tendon balls and beef offals are worth trying. Good beefy taste, snappy tendon in the beef balls and tender beef offals.

The bad: The cuttlefish balls are extremely sweet. The pork ball has too much starch/flour and is dense and lacks flavour. The fish meat wrapped dumplings had broken wrappers and too big of a pork filling which it traditionally not the focus. I found the noodle soups to also lack some of the signature ingredients of Chiu Chow soups which are coriander, fried garlic and diced chinese celery.

The restaurant also exclusively uses takeout containers and cutlery for everything. It's very unnecessary, wasteful and off putting.

Service is good and the foods are tasty. I ordered their famous duck and ginger chicken, they tasted good, the marinade beef shank and beef brisket were yummy. The egg fish & cuttlefish ball soup also tasty. The only thing I did not like as they used the the plastic containers for the food and drink, just like eat in the food court.

Food is ok, I hate how they serve everything with disposable. Are they scared of spreading Covid or what? But wait, they squish customers so closely like there’s no Covid at all. We were seated closely in between 2 tables last week, customers on both sides kept on coughing. We feel sick after not going again!

Delicious noodles, especially with the traditional marinated cow internals. Took off a star because food is served in disposable bowls and plates, which actually made the food taste not as good.

Food was great.would have been 5 stars. But wow! Every meal is served with disposble cutlery and containers. Even tea is in non-recyclable cups, I get Covid, but - just use a dishwasher with proper soap.

A nice small Hong Kong style restaurant. They are famous in Chaozhou Duck, Soy Sauce Chicken and HK style noodle. Good food & Friendly staff!
