We are still raving about our new year's eve dinner! This restaurant is a total gem. The food was incredible; creative, carefully thought out, brilliant combination of flavors and delicious. The cocktails are equally delicious and made with pride. The amount of effort, and care put into the cocktails, each plate and the ambiance of the space is impressive. Attention to detail is evident. We live 3 hours away and visit our family in Schomberg often, we cannot wait to go back. Bravo to the whole team. You should be proud. Our family had the most lovely evening, thank you!

Fantastic option for a date night or dinner with friends. Great atmosphere, delicious food and cocktails, and wonderful owners and staff. Just go, you’ll love it.

This place is worth checking out.
I love the menu. You can share a few things or find something for yourself. I recently had the mushroom soup, and it was probably the best I've had.
There's a great selection of drinks.
In the summer, there is a beautiful patio out back sitting on a little creek.

Birria Tacos were amazing! Come with 3 soft small tacos. Lighting was cold, could be more dim and yellow.
Staff was very nice and they spent lots of time and effort making my drink.

Food was excellent, tapas style. I have to appreciate that tapas style portions are smaller than I'd like (wish the portion sizes were a little bigger), but every bite of everything (empanadas, fish and birria tacos, prawns) were delicious. The service was excellent too. Only complaint, they were playing cheesy pop music, I'd like to hear dinner jazz or light Latin music.

Yesterday, I gathered to celebrate a friend's birthday. There were several of us, a total of 8 people. The place was very nice, and we were impressed by the ambiance and the experience upon entering. Our waitress provided impeccable service. For these reasons, I would rate this place 4.5 stars for the ambiance, facilities, drinks, and service.

Now, let's move on to the food. As a shared appetizer, we ordered the street corn, which was very tasty, and the dressing and preparation were great. We also ordered guacamole, pico de gallo, and chips, which were quite disappointing. The avocado was slightly discolored, indicating that it had been in the refrigerator for a while, and it even had a slightly refrigerated taste. The same was true for the pico de gallo. Surprisingly, the chips and the avocado, which usually run out first, were left half-finished on the plate. This area needs improvement.

For our main courses, my wife and I ordered the birria tacos. They were flavorful, but the meat was somewhat dry, and the tacos were cold. This issue could be resolved with the consommé served on the side of the tacos, but I felt they fell short in this regard. The cheese empanadas were okay, but I believe that with a bit more effort and passion for delivering authentic Mexican cuisine, they have the potential to excel. Personally, I recommend paying more attention to the food, as the place is lovely and pleasant, but the kitchen is an area with substantial room for improvement.

What a fantastic experience. The food was amazing, the service was great, beautiful decor and a really nice vibe. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again soon.

If there was a tv show called you gotta eat here, you gotta eat here. As Guy Fieri would say, the food is out of bounds.
We were served for a private event last night, and were treated to a host of delicious menu items, from pico to sliders, bacon jelly sea scallops, fish tacos, assorted meats and vegis. The cous des ta was the apple empanadas at the end of the night, they were outstanding!
Everything we had the pleasure of being served was simply outstanding.
If I didn’t live 4 hours away, this would become a regular haunt for me and my family.
Needless to say, I highly recommend you check it out, the staff were some of the most courteous staff I have encountered in a long time.
And remember, always tip you bartender and waitress staff, they deserve it!

We had an amazing meal and the server, Rihanna was exceptional! The fish taco was the best we ever had. It was Branzino with the skin, delicious! The Margaritas were done with perfection. We definitely recommend this hidden gem in the heart of Schomberg.

The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is phenomenal and the birria tacos are delicious - albeit the portion size isn’t generous, so you may still find yourself hungry. A great selection of tequilas as well if you’re into that.

So happy to have Historia and the incredible women who own it in town. Best spot and best staff around. Not to mention the food and drinks are 10/10.

We had a great lunch at Historia Cantina. Amazing service; staff were very accommodating with kids. Restaurant has a beautiful ambiance too. Many gluten free options available which made it a plus. Overall a hidden gem in this area.

I like so much the decoration and vibe in this restaurant. Service is great. Food quality also good but portion too small.

My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary and our server Monika was amazing! She paid close attention to my gluten intolerance which was very much appreciated! Steak and chicken tacos were 10/10 and don’t even get me started about the street corn (definitely recommend)! We will 100% be going back, we loved it!
