The service was great they knew exactly what to do with my problem I ordered some parts I'm just waiting to go back and have it installed

Although they didn’t have what I was looking for, the person on the phone was very friendly and helpful.

They did a professional job, however the guy charged me way more than I expected to pay just because I had a bit of rust. It really wasn't too bad and took them 10 minutes more, but they really dinged me extra $150 - $200 for that.salesy guy too, grinding me.

I can't say enough good about Hitch City. From the beginning of the experience to the end, Lena was very understanding and went out of her way to show amazing customer service. I would highly recommend Hitch City for their quality of work and customer care.

My boyfriend and I recently bought our first bike hitch and bike rack from Hitch City Mississauga. We also got the bike rack installed in the same place. Janelle offered us excellent customer service during the process. Glen did an excellent job on the installation, a detailed demo of our newly bought Thule apex rack and also helped us pick the right frame adapter for our bike. We highly recommend Hitch city Mississauga and sincerely appreciate Janelle and Glen’s service.

Lena is amazing! She helped me find a hitch for my vehicle when everybody else in a 50km radius couldn’t. And she got it fast. Less than 4 business days and it was ready for pickup. Don’t waste your time just call these guys!

Great service and price! Toyota wanted more than $2,000 for their hitch, Hitch City was only $850.

Went in to enquirie about a salt spreader. Got a quote E mailed to me quickly and now it's on order. Sales staff was on the ball.
