I Purchased a refurbished PC from best buy online from this seller. First off the shipping by UPS was a absolute nightmare. Then when I did finally get the PC 4 days later than it was supposed to arrive guess what? It was defective! Now I've shipped the product back & I'm being told it takes up to 5-7 day's for my refund to go to my bank account. I'd give this experience zero stars if I could. If someone buys a PC at $685 after taxes it should have been fully tested prior it being shipped out! I shouldn't be told I need to reseat ram or go through hoops to have it working as it should come out of the box that way.

Ordered a computer from them on Newegg. They shipped it with a fan loose, bouncing around inside the tower, slamming into other components. Customer service radically unhelpful. Might as well be non-existent. Had to go and hunt down some screws to do their job and connect the fan properly. BEWARE!

Purchased a $1000 computer through this company on Best Buy marketplace. Exactly one year after the purchase the screen shut down and needed to be replaced. I called the customer service and a person who told me his name was “John Godwing” (Definitely a fake name trying to protect his identity because I was clearly upset with the customer service) told me I have to fix it myself because it was “my fault”. I asked to speak to a manager because I didn't accept that resolution. He then refused to give me a manager, refused to give me anyones contact information then proceeded to hang up on me! Absolutely disgusting customer service and clearly not great products if they are failing one year into light use. Still hoping this can get resolved and I just got a bad customer service representative I will be revisiting this review with updates.

This product was described as “refurbished (grade A) ” Which I took to be the best possible condition of a refurbished product but the customer service representative kept insisting it was actually “good” condition and not “grade A” witch is incorrect. Like I said I hope this can be resolved and I will be revisiting this review with updates.

Ordered a Dell 8100 studio from Hi tech had issues with the computer and returned it for another computer, but it seems i was returned the same computer as it showed the same blue screen of death. Did this one more time and still had issues, so got a refund.
Service did respond fast and returned my refund with no restocking fee.

Bought a new computer at Best Buy had zero issues after that

I need to give this place a visit because linus tech tips made a video about this and they make so many refurbished pcs that are on many retailers

Worst setup and quality, if someone need good PCs go somewhere else. I have worked in there as a technician there for a while bcz most of them in production and in Warehouse don't have any idea about what is a computer. Then hope everyone could imagine what's the situation of the output products, if you don't want to messup with shipping back and forth please don't be their customer.

Working experience was really terrible they need an educated guy at the very end as a QC tech so they could tolerate all mistakes from the beginning stage of production and he need to be a general labour who perform all duties. I felt it like a local market where people work without any safety protocols or regulations not a healthy working environment. Management is not taking responsibility for anything in either ways, hope this would be helpful for everyone.
