One of the worst experience and me came to 4.30 they said it’s rush day, so no more take appointment’s and receptionist behaviour very disappointing, they are closing and just make hurry to go home! It’s not calling hospitality! I’m wondering which management running this place and they must control and appoint for quality people to the position.

I went here with my father to get his foot, ankle, wrist, and hand xrayed. The one who took the xray was very professional and super nice. My father is a victim of stroke so he cannot move much of his right side but Marilou (Marylou?) was very kind to help him position his body efficiently such that the xray image would not be compromised. She was really really kind even though her back was killing her that day hehehe. I hope all health care professionals are like her

Mistake made by ultrasound technician!
My ultrasound was done by a white woman age 50+. She was gossiping about one of their fired coworker with her colleague while doing my ultrasound. There was one alarming result that freaked us out, turned out her measurement was off 30%! Never will return to this location.

I had a good experience for all my pregnancy ultrasound visits at this imaging center. We met with Calvin (or Kelvin) for our initial ultra sound. We had since requested for him for all appointments. Calvin was very friendly and patient. He would try to get the best angles for photos and videos for us to take.

It had take a long time for my appointment. The day of appointment I late just a few minutes because of my busy day and long distance from downtown. They didn't accept me. I felt disappointed. I waited a long time for might be able to be visiting. I asked technician but her attitude was rude.
Then secretary purposed new and far appointment. When I asked, she explained that they need woman technician. I surprised and told: Is here Canada or Arabic or like Iran Islamic country? !

I will give 1 star because I live in down town And I came to this location because I book an appointment for my mom and the reception told me that they have Farsi services and that's why I take that appointment, but unfortunately on that day there was no one to help to my mom because she didn't know English so well and the technician couldn't answer the questions for bon density and mammogram test for my mom and I know this place an unprofessional, and I am in wonder, that for such an Important test how they done that with out knowing what my mom's have to say, and my mom had a very tough time in there. So why you are claiming that y have a Farsi services. Even tho my mom and dad had appointment again in there. But I cancelled it because I don't want that happens again and I will not recommend this place for any people who need Farsi services. And in my idea 1 star is way to much for this place.

The worst medical imaging/testing location I have seen in over 20 years of going for medical tests by far. Took my 84-year old mother for a bone density test and she was scolded inconsiderately by the technician for being " 16 mins late". The only reason we appeared to be "late" was that the receptionists were busy with other patients who were discussing issues with their testing appointments in line in front of us but they would not accept this. The worst part was the receptionist to whom we complained about the treatment given to my mother and she basically told us to stop coming to this location if we don't want to, and encouraged us to give a bad review and rating (and I am obliging!) The horrible words spoken to a senior citizen were truly breathtaking and I will never go anywhere near this location again, and nor should anyone else.

I called the office to move my appointment as I have a family issue and can’t make it. I wanted to move it to next week, receptionist gave a date for new appointment and she said it’s next week. I checked the calendar and I saw she is giving me 3 weeks later. I asked her are you sure it’s next week and she replied me aggressively.starting yelling at me this is the only date we have.
If I didn’t check my calendar I wouldn’t understand that she is giving me that much far appointment. I was so clear that I can’t delay it that much. And also she was so rude in replying me back. I didn’t expect acting like that after first question. Worst customer service.

My third visit to hitek my first 2 visits were for myself, Margo was my technician and 3rd visit for my daughter and i am very lucky to have Margo again for my 8 years old daughter 's ultrasound.she was very kind and patient with my daughter and explained the procedure very friendly way that my daughter was not nervous anymore.i have always great experience at this place specially Margo is very professional andExperienced ultrasound technician.

Most of the time they are helping as soon as possible. I like them in general.
While I like the professional services, the receptionists can be a bit too busy. When I entered, 2 of the 3 staff working there, even did not bother to look at me. The Canadian girl was so sweet and polite though.
Today I visited them again. The ultrasound technician was so snappy at me. I think she didn't remember the importance of professionalism in her career. She opened the door while I was getting dressed after my ultrasound was done.
She even didn't leave the room for me to get ready. So rude and unacceptable.

Good customer service at the concierge but unfortunately the technician (Margo) was very disrespectful. She didn't explain the medical term, instead of that bullied me about my English and took a bad attitude which made me uncomfortable and anxious.

First time had my mammogram examination here. The radiologist is very professional and nice. Also thankful for the receptionist giving me a good doctor recommendation. Will chose this clinic for future examination.

I am a newcomer and it was the first time I was in this centre.
It is still not that easy for me to find the addresses in Toronto. After taking subway and 2 Buses I came there with 9 minutes delay. (The Address of this medical centre is not really clear.). The receptionist told me the technician wont do the examination because I am 9 minutes late!
I was really upset and went home without doing the examination, which was really necessary.

One of the best places I've ever experienced as a patient. Great customer service and awesome technicians. Margo (If I pronounce it correctly) An ultrasound technician who examined me today, was a great lady. Super positive, kind, and professional. I wish her all the best and will go back to this clinic in need. 100% recommended.

I went here for anatomy scan while pregnant around 10-11 months ago.
While the lady that did the ultrasound was nice enough, the place is really small. The rooms are tiny so it's not very comfortable.
Ok fine, I can deal with small rooms, but when I took the results to my midwife, she said to not go back there anymore because the results were not very accurate. Hence, I will not be coming back here.

Been here twice during pandemic and liked the place and their services.
They are cautious about social distancing and checking all new arrivals' temperature.
All staff (front desk and technicians) are very nice and very professional.
They are patient during the process and taking their time.

I've just had my ultrasound done here on Saturday. It was my first time. I had a very good experience. First time, it was sharp on time. The staff is very polite and helpful, and my ultrasound technician name NHI was very thorough and attentive. I would definitely recommend her.

I was here second time for my pregnancy ultrasound and Lia the technician is very patient and professional and she explain everything to me very kindly and nicely and her high customer service made me going back here.hitek medical imaging is very lucky to have a technician like her! Definitely ask and try to book your ultrasound with Lia.

The receptionist lady here is rude and disrespectful. My mom was here on a Saturday morning to do her ultrasound imaging, and the receptionist lady literary asked FIVE times why my mom was late though my mom apologized multiple times for TEN minutes late! Next time, I consider another proper Hitek Imaging Center.

Accompanied my friend today for her ultrasound and it was the same man who did my cousin's ultrasound before. Still a disrespectful man. We came few months for my cousin's thyroid ultrasound. We missed the appointment, the Filipino reception before who is not here today said it's okay because they have a cancellation they will still take us. But the technician the Asian man came in front being rude with the reception telling her that he will not do our test throw the paper on the desk. But the reception insist. Salute to that reception girl who says sorry to us and still told the man to do the test. I mean, we do not need to see that he dont want to do his job. We not coming back ever again to this clinic.

My mom just had a mammogram today September 29 and the person who did her test doesn't know how to communicate properly with the patient. My mom asked her to repeat what she just told her but she turned her back and went to her room. A smile doesn't kill you sometimes becuase you work in a medical field. My mom always come here for her test but this is the only time that she complained that it was too painful. She doesn't want to do her test here anymore. My mom prefers Azam.

The two are technicians with hearts of an angel! I went twice to get obstetric ultrasound. Both times, I was reassured by how professional and caring the technicians at Hitek Imaging are.

No other place like it. Big thanks to both Margo and Leah.

I've just had my ultrasound done here today. It was my second time. Both times I had a very good experience both times. First time I had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes longer, but today it was sharp on time. The staff is very polite and helpful, and my ultrasound technician was very thorough and attentive. I would definitely recommend this medical center.

Power hungry staff that say only patient can get examined and tell husband should wait outside the clinic. It is this lack of discretion when enforcing COVID-19 that build resentment towards these types of establishments. Very unprofessional.

Staff was ok, place was clean, technician seemed competent, however they told me that my appointment wasn't in their system when I arrived there on time for an ultrasound. I booked it a week before via phone, not online. I was lucky enough to wait only 15 mins until they fit me in, but that was very disappointing (and not a good idea to wait in a closed room with other people during COVID-19), so be aware. Better call them again a couple of days after you booked your exam, just to confirm that you are in their system.

I had to have a neck and thyroid ultrasound done and Hitek was my first choice based on previous experience back in January, even though there are other labs closer to where I live. The staff are efficient and the space is well laid out for Covid-19 precautions. NOTE: some of the chairs in the waiting area are a bit too close together but this might be because someone moved them.

I only had to wait around 2 minutes before I was taken inside for the examination. I was seen by Lia, who was very professional and answered my questions regarding the process and Covid-19 cleaning of the exam room in a caring and compassionate way. She had a very light touch when imaging my neck and thyroid and it was all over in a very short period of time.

All in all, a very good experience.

I liked the screening at arrival, asking if I'm coughing, have fever.but the technician who took my chest x-ray was coughing and lost voice. Very unprofessional and insecure condition

RUDE RECEPTIONIST! Thought I give this place a try because of so many "4" star ratings. Asked if appointment was required for XRAY and she said no. So I confirmed when I arrive, it is on waiting list as first come basis. Answered "ONE WORD ANSWER" and sounded like she was annoyed to answer the phone! Then I wanted to ask if I come before they are closed at 7pm, they will be able to do an XRAY. DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE CHANCE TO AND SHE HANGED UP THE PHONE! Seriously, how rude can this person be! You don't want to answer phones and be of good customer service to patients, then you shouldn't be at this JOB! I'm so in awe how there are still people like this working in Companies that represents their businesses!

Hitek's new location is bright, fresh and welcoming (moved from Food Basics plaza at Yonge and Cummer). I was greeted by one of the two receptionists, was taken within a few minutes and out with xray complete all within 15 mins and no appointment. Every step of the procedure from beginning to end was explained well and I felt comfortable the entire time even though I had a technician of the opposite sex. This place is very respectful and professional.

Front desk - irresponsible, stubborn, unfriendly, unprofessional, clearly not ready for work.

I was assigned to go to another location for a ultrasonic+x-ray check up - and as they did not have available staff to execute, the staff made sure if it was available in this 6464 Yonge location. Based on the conversation that went on in front of me via phone call - feel free to drop by whenever convenience, before end of the operation hours - was the message I got.
I told the staff that I will be there by 5pm.

As I get there - I see this one front desk who is on a phone call- seemingly very distressed, and in front of me, was a family of three, and I waited behind them.

As the front desk hung up on the phone, this old gentleman wanted to ask about his appointment - and before he even ends his sentence, the front desk cuts him off. 'give me one second'. In a grumpy manner. Then when she came back, she asked for the health card. That old gentleman, did not understand - and the front desk lady, goes 'health card. HEALTH CARD? HEALTH CARD!? ' -almost goes out fuming on the patients.

This lady, who was right by the gentleman looking after their baby, stood up and mumbled 'n.no', 'refugees'. The front desk lady gave them this filthy unpleasant look.

But none of my business to step in - so far.

I told them about my situation, and how I am expected to get a check up by 5pm as arranged.
The front desk lady goes 'oh so you are the guy. ' I looked at her in disbelief of her attitude. And she goes 'Technician was waiting for you until 4pm and you guys are late- you will have to book for another time. '

But that was not what I was told - so I called in the other location that helped me to arrange this and their message was 'they told us to confirm your visit 'WHENEVER' before 7pm. While still holding on to that phone call - I told the front desk - 'you never told me they will be here until 4pm so how am I considered late? Your colleague in another office says you told them 'whenever' - without specific time limit. ' And the front desk started to go nuts.

Oh My Gawsh! And she herself dialed the office that I was on the phone call with - and starts fuming at them - oppressively insisting that she has informed her colleague. As soon as she hangs up, she goes 'oh my gosh they should know about the schedule of the technicians. ' and kept on going about me arriving late on site.

Speechless. She refused to say a single word of apologies, rather 'There is nothing I can do for you, what do you want me to do? ' was what she told.

I would say if there was a single word of sincere apologies in regards to this mix up - I would have gladly tried to re-arrange the appointment - but all I saw was an individual who hates her job, doesn't want to take responsibility and loves to put blame on others.

Pretty shocked by her attitude - and the way she talks to those in need of help - I decided not to conduct any examination in this location and just walked out.

As a working personnel I know there are some days when things are just frustrating for you, however it doesn't authorize you to frustrate and ruin others' days by being a total jerk.

Important to mention they are just next to Canadian Tire. It is such a big plaza that I got lost. Staff at reception are nice. And, Few chairs to wait outside before they call you in.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at this clinic during our first ultrasound appointment, short wait time and clean place. Vera was our technician and she was so nice and polite and had a caring personality. She made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked into the room. I would go to this place if my wife brings the second and third children:)
thanks again Vera to going above and beyond and answering all my questions and spending extra time to check to see if we are expecting twin babies. I highly recommend this place as I am going there from Richmond Hill.

Very professional and sharp front desk staff. I’ve been here several times for myself and my family. It’s very clean as well.
Location is very convenience as it’s part of center point mall and also opens on weekends (although they close at 2pm at weekends, it’s not bad).
To be honest, I cannot complain on waiting for xray as you never know. It can be shorter or longer than expected

Wanted to share this pic to show how much they care about patient's privacy and care in this clinic. I took my mom a few days ago for bone density exam.the receptionist was polite but the guy who took my mom for the exam was so rude with the bad manner.

He even asked my mom identity even her DB in public which is not professional, and then during the exam he kept the door open while my mom was so uncomfortable for laying down, but he didn't care and talked with my mom so disrespectful.

I don't understand why the clinic hired that kind of unprofessional guy who even doesn't know the basic role of patient care. I am not sure if he even has enough knowledge about the exam.

I had a great experience in this clinic. The new clinic was very convenient and clean. The front desk staff were polite and accommodating.
My technician Margo was very professional, considerate and knowledgeable. She was amazing. It was my second experience as her patient. Thank you so much!

I would give this clinic a 0 star if I could. Front desk staff was uneducated and rude. They inconsiderate I have waited from 11 am to 2 pm. They kept my referral paper and after and3 hourss to me that I missed my appointment, blamed me for why i did not give the healthcard when they did not ask me it. She was terribly rude the entire time, and it was very frustrating undone ultrasoundand! I became stressful and mad of them have not good enough to take ultrusound at the end. Back home sick they said we never appologis. I've never had this experience before. To anyone looking into this imaging facility, please choose a different location. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

The clinic is one of those clinics that do not have any expertise and talk to people about ignorance I wish you did not go see these clinics are very bad clinics that you will be facing in the future.
Because the specialists of these clinics are specialists who get the vehicle documents with money and set up this clinic and have no experience of illness or people's problems, for example.

We had a very pleasant experience at this clinic during our ultrasound appointment, very short wait time and friendly staff all around. Vera was our technician and she was amazing with a warm personality. She made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked into the room. She was very professional and courteous throughout the entire appointment and took the time to address all our questions and concerns. There is really nothing negative I can say about this clinic!

Very clean and professional clinic. My ultrasound tech’s name was Vera and she was just so professional and nice that I cannot say enough good things about my experience. She is hands down the best ultrasound technician I have ever had. She made me feel so comfortable and her communication was very clear. Thank you so much Vera for everything! I cant wait to see her again at my next visit!

I had an ultrasound done by Vera at Hitek Imaging - she is absolutely the best. The entire process was stress free and she made me feel totally comfortable, even though me and my husband were very anxious only thinking about this appointment. Vera was very professional and friendly at the same time. I will definitely go for all of my ultrasound to Vera.

Had to get an ultrasound and I was fortunate enough to have an amazing technician named Amy. She was so considerate and made me feel at ease right away. It was like we were good friends for years even though we had just met for the first time. I will be returning next week for another appointment for something else but I already know it will be someone different so I hope I get the same great service as I did with Amy. Thanks Amy!
I went in for my second appointment and had Lucy as my technician and she was absolutely lovely. She understood my fears and concerns. Was very kind and gentle with me. I did end up with a couple of bruises but that had nothing to do with Lucy, my skin is that sensitive. I continue to believe this is a wonderful place to get imaging done. Would recommend if you need this service.

I arrived early for x-ray and ultrasound and waited only a few minutes. Received excellent service with very friendly staff!
