Since when do you have to bring re-usable bags to go shopping. I can’t believe H&M is now charging per paper bags that are almost never reusable. How are you suppose to carry out the clothing items you buy, didn’t know this was Sobeys now. H&M what a shame! Never coming back or purchasing anything from you again, cheap, dirty, and bad customer service it’s what you’ll find here.

The definition of taking advantage of your customers. I exchanged clothing in an H&M paper bag, the lady threw it out, then when I came back a few minutes with new items to check out, she had the audacity to ask if I wanted to pay for a bag, pretty sure me dropping over 160 dollars on your clothing items should warrant a free bag, I didn’t even have an option, I obviously need a bag to walk out with my items. What a penny pinching company. Next time tell your customers to bring in reusable Nofrills bags.

A nice big store with women's, men's, and children's clothing. Great selection with multiple sizes in stock. The store is kept fairly tidy and well organized considering the amount of customer traffic. This is probably my favorite H&M location.

Awesome store with huge inventory with big brands and highly discounted products. I highly recommend visiting this place at least once.

Worst place to shop pathetic customer service they absolutely need better quality training refuses to take online sale items customer wait in line to pay for end up waiting looong cause there isn't any professional train people. I would never ever shop at this location.

When you are in the store there is no one to ask for help yet when you go to the cashier they are charging 15 cents for a bag to carry your purchase, I find it ridiculous. Who really gets this 15 cents charged to customers I feel this is penny pinching from customers. Just fed up with these big business.

Just amazing, i would love if they add more BLACKPINK collection, i would love to spend money on the collection!

This is the worst store, my phone was stolen from my bag in the store and I reported to the manager, no action was taken.
The second thing I was in the store again to buy something and in the trial room I asked to get Me sizes the girl
Very nicely said sure lemme check and I was in the trial Room waiting for her she dint return and she dint inform and kept me waiting I had to just leave everything and leave the store in anger. The staff are not well strained, there was no physical distancing and no caution was taken.
This store is spoiling the brand name.

Watch out for cell phone thief/thieves at H&M heartland town centre! Someone bumped into my Mother-in-law in the store 2 days ago. She didn’t think anything of it at the time, but shortly after she realized that her cell phone was stolen out of her purse. I tried to track it 1h later, but someone had it powered down. I just saw another post about cell phone theft. Be aware!

I visited this store one day before this lockdown happened i.e. Yesterday. While paying, this guy name Mehul helped me and he took personal initiate to help me make my login ID and I saved 20% on top of the total bill. He was great in customer service, out of way he tried to help me out. 5 stars for his service only.

Hard to get a hold of the actual store and the number is to corporate office and I had the unpleasant experience with speaking to a rude American man. I won't shop here anymore. He disconnected me from doing the survey as well.

Best brand for clothing for women and kids. Ive been wearing H&M for more than a decade. Their designs and cute and never fail to impress. Super comfortable and consistent sizing. Clothes don’t wear down easily and if kept well last for many years. Pricing is moderate and fair for the quality.

Extremely rude and not helpful, trying to find a product but they don't seem to care. A walmart newbie employee would offer better customer service.

I love the selection at this store, they also keep the store quite neat and clean. But during Covid although it is understandable that the fitting rooms are closed it would be convenient if they had more mirrors in the store.

I went shopping today as the clothes I've ordered online don't fit as well as I would like. However, due to corona the fitting rooms aren't available, which is also not posted online, which then makes it hard to actually purchase anything; essentially drawing in bigger crowds that do nothing but touch stuff.
Im sure the staff are on top of sanitizing things when/ where they can, i don't mean to belittle them, i just understood being open as being open. Would have loved the clarification!

Got great deals on dresses right before my holiday. The lady at the cash was super friendly and went out of her way to help me find an item.

Best location to shop if you’re looking for a good selection of clothing.
Staff are very helpful

I will NEVER go back to the H&M location at Heartland, The manager is so rude. She made a woman feel so small for asking a valid question regarding sizing. She was disrespectful, rude and loud so all the other customers in line could hear what she was saying. We, the customers in line, were disgusted in her behaviour and looked at each other in disbelief. Shop elsewhere.stay away from this specific location, H&M is a great store but this location SUCKS!

Awesome styles. Good material for sure. But horrible customer service. All young people who really couldn't care less about their customers.

Nice place to shop with good selection and great prices for the whole family. Great place to find xmas gifts for friends and family. The staff is friendly and Sarah at the counter is uber polite and ever smiling. Keep it up.

Rude staff.employees always on the phone.no help for the customers.the attitude you receive reflects the wage they are making.never going back!

Manager- Tasha in this store has rude behavior not listening to customer just keep on saying.completely dissatisfied and bad customer service experience directly from Manager. What else you can expect from staff members. NEVER EVER SHOP AGAIN IN THIS STORE. RECOMMENDED

Great place to shop with a good variety. Not a huge fan of the trying rooms. Curtains can be difficult to close all the way to the end some times.

The employees have poor training. I purchased a pair of jeans and was supposed to receive a 25% off discount since I’m a member. The cashier appeared to have no idea what I was talking about or how to apply the discount even after asking another employee for help. She did not apply the discount after completing the transaction even though I had asked if she did to verify. After purchasing the jeans, I went to another employee to return and repurchase the jeans to get my proper discount. The other employee also had no idea what to do to in regards to returning the item and applying the discount. She needed to ask another employee for help. It was surprising to see employees have such a lack of knowledge about how to do simple tasks.

These guys are just unprofessional. I brought the dress to wear on party but on billing time they didn’t remove the security tag. When i came back to get it removed and I bought some another stuff. Again what i see is they haven’t remove the security tag again.such a bad experience from a brand like this. Will never visit again

It's a big store. But I don't like how every H&M store doesn't have larger selections for boys. But I did have a great time looking for items
