The sales associates are working there so rude. The worst cashier I have ever seen there was a indian girl who does not even know how to deal with customer. I was asking to get something from another cashier and she jumped into conversation said why are you wasting your time on one customer you should say that item is sold out. If they don't want to do their job properly they should be fired at least they could know the responsibilities and importance of their jobs.

When I wanted to return something I bought online, they told me that discounted items can only be exchanged but not returned, and this is the policy of all HM stores. I have never encountered this kind of thing before. The same clothes were returned to another HM store the next day. Very bad experience!

Good selection of clothing for women and teens. Separate men’s store adjacently located. Moderately priced items. Lots of variety.

Cool selection for an H&M, especially in Divided! I bought some clothes from this store in the past year and I’ve been wearing a lot of them nonstop because in my opinion, the quality is really good.: D

This was on a Tuesday, line up was ridiculous. When I asked the store manager if they can get more staff to work cash she said there aren’t any staff. Three registers open to serve all those people. Not impressed.

Tried to do a simple exchange and it’s like rocket science for the floor manager and her staff. She was so confused about what I’m exchanging and what I was purchasing.

Anyone with self respect wouldn’t go to this store at this place, very poor service at the fitting rooms where they would ask to move out like a broken record!

I think the quality is below average. A couple of washes and it's done.

I think Old Navy has almost similar prices but relatively a better quality products.

European Clothing store in Bramalea City Centre. They have good selection of cloths for both women and men at reasonal price. Its worth a visit if you are looking for casual/work attire. They also have a good selection of children at a reasonable price. This is the only H&M store in Brampton if you are looking for some European fashion trends.

I had one of the worst experiences ever one as I was walking out there was a few other people walking out with me the alarm went off out of nowhere this girl comes running after me grabs me and tells me that I stole something not the other seven people that walked out with me it was definitely me I showed her my receipt she then roll her eyes at me and says my bad first thing I work a 9 to 5 job and if I'm going to the mall I don't just go to walk around and look I buy but for her to pinpoint me and accuse me I'm assuming it's probably because I don't want to get into that actually but very disappointing besides that love the clothes everything's good with that good quality for good price but the staff member was terrible

Not stuffy or overbearing. A lot of variety and the best 'All in one' place. My favorite shopping place!

My wife always buy kids stuff from H&M Bramlea, but the staff is not so good. Before 15 minutes of closing they start bothering to leave the store.

Why are most of your associates so rude? Like do u not pay them enough so they're not happy? Or something else? Idk whatever it is it's really not that hard to be nice to your customers. I work in customer service too and i know some days are hard, but atleast don't ruin the customer's experience

I had worst experience ever. The black girl who tell everyone her name is jessica is so rude, she needs to get trained properly and learn the basics of customer service. Please do not try to ruin somebody’s day ‘fake jessica’

Honestly, I never find anything at H&M. I want to like this store, but I'm just not into the look they go for. I'm never acknowledged by staff any time I visit and even if I have a question I can never find anyone to ask. For me, this place is a bust. Sorry.

The store has great stock but it’s always too warm in the summers. May be they should either turn on AC or move to a outdoor setting like a fair

Large store great sales. Looking for GRADE 8 grad suit this is the place to go. Very stylish for young men.

I don't like this store. But I really like the brand that's why I visited there also. But it's very disappointing. They don't have many varieties of clothes and also quality is also not good.

This place smelt disgusting, I walked into the store for just 5 mins and had to run out holding my breath. It smelt like horrible body odor. I would never ever shop at this location again.

I like HandM for my kids. They always have decent stuff. The quality is hit and miss. The kids shoes are pricey and garbage same for some of the sweaters but other items are really great so overall experience will tell you what items to stay clear of and what to buy. The employees are very friendly and helpful at all H and M locations not just this one. Now that I know what products are the good ones, I'm a fan. We have been shopping here for 5 years now and will continue for many years to come.

It's like any other H&M good staff if your a super Fan of the place your needs to what you will be met so stay safe and keep beating this goodbye virus ️

H&M is one of my go to place for clothes, good fit reasonable price. Good thing there are other H&M stores within Peel, so I will just bring my business somewhere else due to staff’s attitude and lack of customer service (may be just the staff that I encountered). The lady in the fitting room is nice (hence for the 2 stars)

This is a very clean and well organized store. I always feel so peaceful when shopping here and come away with great purchases! Also, the temperature in the store is very comfortable and not freezing like some other H&Ms. The staff are also very professional and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Poor management. Fitting rooms are packed. No waiting area for parents if kids go to fitting rooms. Not even a single chair where old people or small kids can sit for 2 minutes and wait. Staff is busy in dictating people not to stand here or there.

I tried returning a pair of pants that were wrong size, but the manager i think named karen, ironically, acted like a karen. One of the associates was very ratchet as well very rude. Custom service here suck, the lady at the front telling everyone not try on clothes, she fine in telling everyone. Their is a way to tell customers that, very ratchet and rude.

H&M is my go to, and also one of my fav store to shop in. I always find what I need for the season (s). I love it a lot and will always be a fan. I wear everything I buy down to socks and jewelry

Very bad service from the store manager Natasha. Even the cashier giving attitude. Please train them well if u want business otherwise nobody is gonna come back to this location. No customer mean no sale and no business. It’s covid and we still stand in big lines to come and shop not for your attitude. That attitude has to go!

So unprofessional. I went in today to buy some things and this girl was trying to get her wallet that she left in the store and the manager was being so rude and unprofessional. She started yelling at the customer and it was so rude and disturbed the whole store. Never again am I coming to this store

Worst customer service, store was about to close and we were waiting for our friend looking for clothes and the lady stated “ you are not allowed to touch the cloths as we are closed now “ I’m surprised what a poor customer service. Later on another customer service lady came over and be like “ can you guys please wait outside the store”.

Instead of treating the customers like this it’s better to close the store little early so that store is empty by the time is closing time.

I just left this place and let me tell you. The employees are doing their best and working hard but one stands out, TJ. From the start at the door she was so attentive noticing that someone cut in front of me. During cash in gout the line was chaotic and she still managed to tell customers the correct way to exit the store even tho it was clearly started, basically read my mind and she could see the frustration in me from the oblivious customers and told me they opened another cash on men’s section and directed me towards there and radio the other employee to let them know that I’m on the way. That is what you call a fantastic employee. TJ did all this with a beautiful smile and looking very fashionable. Amazing experience from an excellent employee. BRAVO!

My favourite clothing store. Neat and clean, well organized. Different styles to choose from. Their baby collection is the best.

Very very rude female staff on floor in the kids section in bramalea city centre. My kid was just touching the mannequin hand and she was extremely rude to me over that.not planning to visit or recommending this particular store to anyone.

The one in Bramalea City Centre was awful. There was a line of 25 people, and only 4 people on the cashier. 8 people were folding clothes, instead of helping out at the cashier. Their service was very poor.

I love shopping at H&M and most locations have a great variety for men’s wear. Unfortunately at the Bramalea City Centre location, the selection is lacklustre. You will spend time trying to find a good size as all they ever seem to have left are Smalls and XLs, if you fit into these two sizes then you’re in luck. I hope they expand their men’s selection in comparison to other H&M locations.

Although I love H&M, I find the manager and staff at this location to be very unprofessional. I was refused a refund from the manager ALICIA for bringing a product that I bought on October 30 back on November 30. I had already purchased the size I needed online. They told me my last day for a return November 29, which happened to be Black Friday. I understand and abide by return policies, but I believe some flexibility would have been appropriate here. I have had much better experiences with managers at the Yorkdale location.

It's always been a great shopping experience every time I have been at H&M since 2010 from my first visit to H&M in Milan, Italy!

Most of the staff is kind and knowledgeable.however, they neglect to call when items are ready for pick up and then act like it was your fault, you didn't just know it was there! Service could use some training

The lady manager there is very rude. The H&M management should give her additional Customer Service training. My advise to her, please leave your frustration at home and learn Customer Service ETHICS!

When it comes to sales for very affordable pricing ex. $7, $10, $15 this location has tons of those.
Staff, do not help unless you find one from most of my visit there. Good dressing rooms, i do perfer the door than a fabric to close it off for me but again, that's my perference.
They have good selection for all their styles and seasonal changes.
Some not on sale can be a bit pricey.
