Pretty shameful for H&M to employ a cashier who thinks it’s acceptable to make fun of customers’ appearances.

My recent visit to H&M was nothing short of disappointing, with a significant issue that left me regretting stepping foot in the store.

As soon as I entered the men section, I was greeted by an overwhelming and unbearable aroma. The store had a foul smell, making it difficult to focus on shopping or trying on clothes comfortably. The unpleasant odor was pervasive throughout the entire store, and it significantly detracted from the overall shopping experience.

I went to this location today to do a return and the customer service was excellent. The management was also very efficient. I have been to numerous stores in the city and this is the best one.

I would highly recommend to shop here!

There are various types, but it's crowded due to the lack of cash registers. You have to wait in line. The staff are friendly.

The lady with a long hair and dark skin was very rude. We looking for my son's sleepwear and she just approaches my son saying not to touch the clothes as it is newly hang. I heard it, and I find it very rude so we just walk out the store and decided not to buy! No customer service at all! Rude!

Only place that sells 30 dollar underware that has a massive tag on the inside that is 1. Super annoying and 2. Has risks damage when removing it. Such a large brand name store should be smart and mindful enough to design their clothes better. 1 star, I really urge people to notice things like this push back on small details that large companies clearly have lost touch with.

The lady with brown long braids in merchandising is very rude and dont have any sense of how to behave with customers.probably walks around with the attitude as if she owns the place.dont know how h&m hire such people. L

Staff didn't let me with my daughter into the dressing room, even stand outside and I couldn't tell her what clothes would suit her and what to buy. I've never heard that in any store

Very bad service. The fitting rooms is usually closed. Works only one and there is a big lines to the fitting room. I think this shop just doesn't have enough money for security)

Super elegant, your clothes are fantastic, the price is variable, but you always find a promotion.

We came here to purchase clothing for our 6 year old daughter. Plenty of options as my wife was having fun picking out things.

Paying was an adventure.

From time to time, Metro sells H&M gift cards at a discount. However, these appear to be the paper kinds. These paper gift cards have a difficult time being read by H&M point of sale (POS, which ironically means something else that fits) machines.

In order to redeem these gift cards, the sales associate needs to enter the cards manually. Afterwards, they require a manager’s override to process the gift card.

Not a big deal, just need to wait. Luckily we shopped early so there were no lineups behind us.

Otherwise, it’s a good store with plenty of options.

Unfriendly staff. I was in a rush, had to buy a swimsuit for my daughter and choose a couple of other clothes. But when I learned at the cashier that there are no discounts and had quickly looked through other items, I was rushed to step away there was another customer behind me. I literarily spent 1 minute at the cashier and was asked to move. No wonder the store is empty. They don't offer any discounts even though there is a Victoria day sale online with 15%-25% discounts.

Lousy service. Was waiting in line 10 minutes on a Wednesday afternoon, 2 cashier there did not know what they were doing. 5 minutes later one called a supervisor, who did not notice the line was building up.another 5 minutes later she called a third cashier, not enough to help the line. By hiring under the polically correct policy, H&M is driving away customers. Do you think customers can not tell the difference?

I love this H&M, the organization of the store is amazing, and seems to be the only H&M where the sizing is accurate. I'm a bit of a bigger guy and usually at other H&M's I need a 4XL which is not accurate, at this store I can always find a L or XL that fits perfectly. If your going to an H&M it's worth it to go to this location.

I am giving it a 3 because i am poor xD.this place have a huge option of cloths.but they are no cheap.well it is a brand so what do you expect?
