This location used to be one of my go to shop. Ever since management change I change to another location.

Very difficult to navigate in a wheelchair and staff were too busy to help. The whole store was a mess. Hire staff please.

I wore the pants 6.99 cause doesn't have 6.99 pants wariety price came 12'99. The manager hella even not hearing me.stopid

It is an ok store. Quality of cloths is just ok, selection for younger teens (boys) is missing. Pricing is right.

Good collection of clothes at a good price. Pretty crowded during the weekends and a lineup for the fitting room. They also accept old clothes to be donated. The billing line moves pretty fast.

It was a great sale, and everything was great and awesome.sheap is not so expensive you can find different sizes for you and your family in addition to the service was very good and professional. I highly recommend to visit.

Cashier was so monotone. Couldn't hear a word he said. Store is always so messy. I know it's hard for the clerks to keep up with customers coming in and out but it's so hard to find things in there

H&M Canada is an elegant fashion business.
In addition, they have a reasonable price.

Andre was amazing she was so helpful and kind never change and this beautiful goddess with long hair with a great soul and vibes. There was someone behind the counter that was a bit rude tho, but hopefully the colleagues can help.

Great store with a huge selection. H&M is one of those stores that have something for everyone.

Had to wait for 40 minutes to cash myself out.
Because they can only keep two cash open at once.
Even if you call manager (Trinelk) to complain, nobody’s going to show up.
So good luck going there.

Staff is always friendly, imo. Just gotta treat them with a bit of respect and it definitely goes a long way.

H&M was a good store, but now it's not. Their clothing is not properly organized, the clothes are thrown everywhere.

Awful experience. I had taken 2 teeshirts and a belt that were wrongly sized. Since the store always tells us u can buy and try it at home and if it’s not what u expected.u can return Andres the sales guy tells me looking at the beige tee and asks me point blank did u wear it! I said of course I tried it at home he showed me some small black scruff and asks me what is this? I dusted it off for him.maybe he thought it was my skin. He said he has to call the manager. We wait for 10 minutes and the manager shows up and her name is Trinett.she flatly refused to accept it. Saying that since it was bought at heartland centre I have to return it there. I told her I’ve never heard of such a thing because all of the H&M’s will honour each other’s product returns. Then she shows me a tiny little spot on the green tee and tells me that she cannot take it as it has a stain! This was getting really ridiculous and could not believe what I was hearing…She then negotiates that she would take back the belt and the other Tee but I have to take back the green tee to heartland. I will not be shopping at the Square One shop and coming to think of it. I may not be a customer to H&M moving forward. This is been an extremely derogatory and humiliating experience. Pretty disgusting customer service!

They have plenty of collections especially in kid's area. However they could have been organize it in better way. You may need to spend some time to find out the right choice.
