Returns are a part of business. But at H&m no receipt no return or credit.
Nothing. Pants were not worn. Had the tags on. Then she told me you cannot return anywhere without a receipt. That's not true.

Employees were very rude up at cash and wouldn’t honour the price on tags that was displayed. They then went and changed it in front of us to a more expensive price. Will not be shopping here moving forward! Price match policy is unclear and it seems like the associates are equally confused with no consistency.

Picked up the cutest hello kitty outfit for my Granddaughter. Lots of clothing choices for the whole family. Simran a sales lady there was really helpful

If I could give negative stars this place would be it! Females employees fat shame customers. Absolutely disgusting!

Everyone who works here has the look of impending doom. I get it. Dealing with the public sucks. You know what else sucks? Dealing with employees who look like they'd rather be having their ears pulled off by angry squirrels.

H and M.do better please. Visited your store today and specifically shopped the 4 to 5 and 6 to 7 year old sections of the store. I often shop online but today was special as I took my granddaughter back-to-school shopping.a special day.and I knew she loves the clothes I buy her regularly thru the website. The store was a mess.no size definition.clothes all just jammed onto the racks with no rhyme or reason.the 'sale' tags 'buy two, get one free' was on some things but not others of the same thing.and wasn't even sure it that meant everything or just the ones tagged.you had almost nothing that I saw online.and no sales associates ANYWHERE to ask questions of.so disappointing. We did purchase one outfit.but went elsewhere for the bulk of our purchases. You would have snagged more $'s today if you'd been on your game!

Why do you close your fitting rooms at 830 when you close at 9? So stupid. I was ready to buy items and I left them there. Why remain open if people can't even try on the clothes before buying?

I was reminded why I don’t shop here. The staff have no idea what customer service means. There is no help offered, no smiles and no recognition of your presence at all. I felt like I was in the way. Poor quality as well and the racks are a mess. No wonder retail is suffering. Hire different staff if you want people to buy. I just wanted to get out of there.

Worst experience ever. Disappointed!
Lemme put in bullets to highlight the bullying these guys do to the customers.
• Pathetic customer service: the guy near the fitting room asked to put the clothes back to the hangers to help him do his job. Are they not paid for it @H&M?
• The guy supposed to help us in billing idk if he was the owner for sure which he thought of himself may be, asked if we are actually going to make a purchase? Who does that to the customer?
• Same person making such nasty comments, constantly asked us to leave the store while we were still making the payments.
Are they not trained properly, in context of customer service? @H&M

Never going back to H&M for this worst experience!

Staff busy gossiping, managers no where to be seen and if you ask for one takes them forever to come. Staff don’t care about helping you, no product knowledge. H&M should focus on retraining their staff.

The racks in the women's section is always very jumbled. Its hard to find sizes and styles. I often leave empty handed beacause its too overwhelming.

I don’t do reviews but this is the worst H&M to shop at. They pick and choose who they went to help. I needed a price check and the person told me that she couldn’t help when a customer before me asked the same question and she was able to help, even one time denied purchase because the manager was too lazy to get an item for me. Get a whole new staff because i’ve never had a good experience here, hopefully your Kitchener location does better. Really look into who you hire.

Worst customer service they don’t care about the customers waiting in line for check out, staff is just busy in gossiping with each other.

In my opinion, this is one of the better H&M locations in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. It's spacious, bright, and usually kept fairly tidy compared to most large clothing stores. The quality of clothing available is extremely low, and often feels disposable, but if you're seeking something cheap to wear once or twice you'll certainly find it here.

I have never felt so disrespected by an employee at a retail store, let alone one I visit so often. Chantal was rude and demeaning and made me feel awful while shopping for myself and my family for the holidays. Her rude and snarky behaviour has ensured i will never return to this h&m.

Very typical H&M, I want expecting this to be exciting much, most of the clothes are very basic with is no problem if you like that, but every time I walk in… it’s the same things really, some of the items don’t have tags. Soo you need to find someone… but mostly nice and clean… just boring though
