Paid Premium price for my new equipment because the Hobart name used to mean something, Tech was here 3 months ago and I was sent a quote and after 4 attempts to get a response back about the quote and an escalation to the office manger and the sales manager for the territory for the lack of response I have heard nothing back. Just received a bill in the mail for 3 hours labour and the tech was here for all of 10 minutes. Still no response back to my inquiries.

Bough a 9k piece of equipment in September and it arrived defective, Different tech came out made a temporary fix and 6 weeks later still not properly fixed. Still waiting.

Hobart used to be about quality and service and you paid a premium for it. Now its a joke.

DO NOT CALL these SCAM artists. Let’s set aside the ridiculous response time to get an appointment. When they finally do show up, they send a nice guy, but certainly not the quickest. There for approximately two hours, which probably should’ve only been one- but I guess he was on the phone trying to connect with an already not very responsive office? At $138/hr He EXAMINED THE MACHINE FOR AN HOUR BEFORE EVEN TAKING THE CAP OFF TO LOOK INSIDE! Imagine your mechanic billed you for staring at the hood of your car for an hour. Pretty straightforward. Then we end up getting a quote for the repair that is waaay more than the machine is even worth. Then they say they’ll look at sending some options so it wasn’t so astronomical. We get nothing. Then months later we get an invoice, not for the already longer than needed 2 hours - but FOUR hours, PLUS parking! Loool? What!?

I’m gob smacked. Hobart, I’ll put it simply: your service is not reflective of your brand.

Worst quality of service during warrantee period. If you own a restaurant do not work with these people. We called for service 3 months ago and still get no support Sometimes they don't even care to answer or reply to our concerns. Terri-Lee is only there to say sorry we are busy! For such name like Hobart this quality of service is just sad. Customer has no value to these people.very rude and unprofessional.

Totally unsatisfying service
Guy was rude
Didn’t even do any job properly and sending 420$ something charges

And I don’t understand why are they charge transport fuel charges
I mean common you have charging already visiting fees and so you want customer only pay everything from their own pocket not yours.bad bad bad
