Not a kid friendly environment for many reasons but check prices before shopping they are very expensive and the same items can be found elsewhere and with a better return policies

Great store!

I love this store! The front counter staff are always friendly and I find they have a very large variety of games, toys, stuffed animals, and really a whole lot of cool things.

I find the prices are pretty fair too which is nice! I personally love their safari ltd section. They always have loads of figures and they are in pretty good condition:).

I’d check them out for gift ideas or if you’re after any specific board games!

I've been going here since I was a kid and they were still over by sportsworld- I do wish they had a slightly larger range of plushies like they did when I was younger but I do understand that times change. They also stock Theory11 playing cards, the only place I'm aware of around here that does. I collect them and thoroughly appreciate not having to pick them up from Toronto or order them from the US.

We came in search of board games that was easy enough for our daughters but also stimulating enough for us, after initially declining help we did acquiesce later. I am extremely glad we did, got 3 great games. The staff member literally opened a game to show us and we played through entirely.

Prices will seem high but there are almost always promotions going on. Be sure to ask the friendly and helpful staff about them. This place has everything fun for kids into hobbies!

Has a very good collection of die cast scale models, hobby diy scale models and other hobby stuff.

This is my go to place for Gundam from hg to pg prices are pretty good and if you end up buying more then you can get a good chunk off

Feel like a kid again in this store. Friendly, attentive staff. Best selection of model kits, art supplies, puzzles and toys I have seen in Waterloo Region.

Very poor service. Line up of people waiting for the store to think they would of opened a few minutes earlier

One of a few hobby stores left in the area. Reasonable overall prices, considering the supply & demand.
