Service call for water leakage, technician made two other problems and charged for it as well. Created job for immediate future pay for self.
Can not understand why don’t the bite huge at once rather then harming people and suffer them with out heat and hot water. May be prejudice

Overall really great experience. Kim in Customer Service was so friendly and helpful and made the process super easy.
