I have never used this business nor will I based on the aggressive driving of thus employees in truck Reg. F3 51110? This guy passed me in an 80km/h zone going at least 120. Just to end up at the same gas station on Haldimand County Road 20 not 5 min.later. Where I observed him cut the line for a gas pump in front of another truck patiently waiting his turn. You sir are not the kind of man people should do business with.

Huge scumbags and very unprofessional. I had them visit my grandmas house to quote a blower fan replacement. I'm an engineer myself and just didn't have the time to do it. However they gave my grandma a $400 service charge for the tech coming inside for not even 15 mins to confirm what id had already told them to replace.they lied about the part and tried telling me it was going to be an additional 700 ontop of the 400 to install the part. I ordered one online from the manufacturer for 150$ and installed it myslef. Crooks own the place i would find another mechanical company for sure. When I called them to say i ordered the part they changed their story and said it was actually a different part which was a third lie on their part.

This business was so professional enough to replace the 1930’s cast iron toxic pipes in my apartment buildings basement, replacing it with wider plastic brand new pipes that smell more professional, and my apartment building smelt nicer, great job.

You can not go wrong in choosing Hoffman. They have worked on plumbing at my farm on two occasions and they could not have been more professional and efficient. I'm sure that frozen pipes are not a plumbers favourite job but the fellow who worked on mine could not have been more accommodating. Great job. Thank you

Steve came to look at a toilet that, in the end, didn’t need to be repaired, and he didn’t even charge me for his time. He was also on time and professional. I would definitely recommend this company based on customer service alone!
