Hola Café and Market

I’m sorry but what are these other reviews? Came here with a friend and we both had Pokebowls. Mine was beef and his was chicken.

First of all, the service was extremely slow. Took 25 minutes for us to get our food.

Secondly and most importantly, the food had no flavour whatsoever. My friend’s chicken was bland as hell and pale. The beans have no taste, and the salad was not fresh. My beef which appeared to be seasoned was also flavourless.

Would strongly recommend avoiding this place. The coffee might be alright and the atmosphere is typical café vibes, but avoid the bowls at all costs.

I absolutely love the tostones. So flavourful and filling! I crave them often and can't wait to get them again

Delicious food, very friendly service. Lovely spot to get a coffee, snack, or a full lunch. Got the bandeja and it was very filling. Can’t wait to come back and try more items.

Coffee was great. Taking 15 minutes to make my coffee while there was only one other customer in the shop was not great. It was frustrating watching the barista seemingly do everything but make my coffee.

We can’t come to Burlington without stopping at Hola Cafe, the chicken pastelitos, green and medium salsa are worth the drive alone! Gracias Hola, everything is always fresh and delicious!

This is a hidden gem in Burlington. Everytime I come to Burlington to visit my sister in law I have to stop by. I been here a few times and honestly never disappoints. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend trying their food that's freshly made. They also have sugar free drinks.

Warm and welcoming. We took some frozen items home in addition to our hot takeout meal and were delighted at how fast, easy, and delicious everything was. Very authentic. Will be back!

A true hidden gem in Burlington!
We finally made it to the Hola Café and Market today. I regret not going sooner. The atmosphere is eclectic and comfortable, the person who served us was wonderful and explained the entire menu. Everyone was so friendly!
The food (Colombian) was AMAZING and so flavorful! We ordered more to go and bought the hot sauce too!
It’s a little family run place in a strip plaza we always pass but never go to. We will be back often!

We had Tostones (1 each chicken, pork, beef)
Beef empanada
Cheese pastelitos (OMG SO GOOD we ordered more to go)
Cappuccino
Jar of home made hot sauce (like a salsa) that is hot but tolerable and really flavorful.
You can buy the green cilantro sauce too but it’s “too good” to have at home in large quantities (for me). Lol

One of its kind in this town. Worth trying some South American flavour other than burritos.

I just went here today, they have AMAZING EMPANADAS! They were only $4. I loved them soo much my only mistake was not getting more. Plus their homemade cilantro sauce is so good! Im going to go back to buy a jar

Amazing local spot in Burlington. My husband and I went there for lunch and got their tostones, sweet plantain, cookies, and lattes. We also got the empanadas and more to go. The food/flavours were delicious and Celiac safe. And the staff were super nice.

The food is good, but the price is high than the normal average, in other Colombian or latin food restaurants in the GTA Toronto area

Quaint take out Colombia food. No eat in and a little pricey but delicious food.
We bought two nice sized empandas and I have to admit they were delicious!

Fantastic little place. Cool south American fusión dishes. I had a couple of patacones, loaded with meat, cheese and fresh sauces, huge. Will go back.

I had a cheese empanada and a coffee. Best empanada i've ever eaten, and i'm a cook. The dough just melts in your mouth, the the filling was just extraordinary. The quality of the coffe.my god, so good. There's love in this colombian place, so well decorated, and the stuff is super friendly. I loved the owner's vibe, Joaquin.

Good food and available always at perfect warmth. Bit expensive and they should adjust the price. Sauces are unique and indigenous. True flavor of Spanish food. Must experience place for locals.

Absolutely delicious and legit Latin food. Nothing like it anywhere in Halton. The people who run this business couldn’t be more friendly and every last bite was better than the last. The Patacone made my weekend and I will be back ASAP

Delicious pastelitos, empanadas, and churros! I am looking forward to returning to get these items, as well as trying other items on the menu.

I understand we are in a middle of a pandemic but these guys have almost doubled the price of food and cut back on the portions.was a frequent customer but not after this

The food is delicious and affordable. You must try the chicken and beef empanadas with the spicy sauce. It's to die for!

Interesting and cozy are two words to describe this little restaurant cafe nestled in the suburbs of Burlington. Rethought traditional Columbian dishes and street food are the main fare. Make sure you look the the menu on the left side of the counter (butcher paper roll on the wall) as I made the mistake of thinking there was only the 2 menu boards on the wall. Very friendly staff and the food quality and presentation is excellent. A trio of different sauces that are served complement any palate. 5 Stars

Hola Café is a hidden gem in Burlington, Ontario. Staff and Owners are passionate about their cooking and reputation. Their service is super with big smile. My wife, daughter and I really loved the place. I will personally be back for sweet plantain with cheese

The best service, Joaquin and his staff are very helpful and friendly, very good selection of products from Latin American.

There are many things I look for in a Latin food restaurant. This place score high in every regard. Food quality is excellent, has great variety, is fairly priced, great prompt service and is clean and well taken care of. It feels like a good Latin food restaurant from Miami but a lot closer to home. It quickly has become a regular place for my family.

Delightful! Gorgeous interior with plenty of seats. Lots of to-go items and a Latin American grocery corner, but also full meals available. We lunched on excellent, tasty, filling mains, and treated ourselves to churros for dessert. The owner was pleasant and helpful, and I would go back for the churros alone (and the cappucino!). Get the tostones, aka fried plantain: fabulous! That was new to me, and I can hardly wait to get them again. Highly recommend this Burlington gem.

Love the food here! Authentic and fresh family run cafe. Great for take out, or if you like there's a little market to buy everything you need to make it at home.

So happy to see this place expand and be successful, local business done right. Attention to detail in every way. Chicharrones are to die for!
