Holiday Inn Express & Suites Belleville, an IHG Hotel

Incredible and attentive staff help to make it a great stay. Also, the breakfast was delicious! Will definitely be returning to stay whenever I am in town.

This is a good holiday Inn. Co viently located and has a pool & jaccuzi on site. Continental breakfast too, but just be up for it. If not, plenty of other places to go eat.

We walked in and were accommodated. Super clean and quiet. Great breakfast included. What a beautiful town to explore.

Very nice and clean rooms are bath are a good size. Stayed with 2 kids. Well appointed fridge has freezer. Fan didn't work no ventilation in room. Next to food and starbucks nice small pool good breakfast.

Best breakfast of any express I’ve been to, friendly staff. Gym could use some mats and rubber bands for stretching. Television service not that good, jittery and can’t really watch.

Newer hotel, very clean lobby and rooms. And the staff was friendly. We will stay here on our next visit.

Amazing experience with Jerrica (The FRONT DESK MANAGER) who lied that she is the front desk manager.
Doesn’t know how to talk to customers and tries to blame customers at the top of her voice.
I was given incorrect rates by another colleague even after confirming that they were for 4 adults. After the reservation, The prices just spikes up because “The colleague forgot to mention about extra charges for extra people”.
They wouldn’t honour the rates even after realizing it was their mistake.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with Jerrica! Worst customer service and makes you feel as if they are paying on behalf of you!

The slowest check in experience I've ever had! Arrived at 3pm, 2 front desk employees were with customers, then as I stepped up to the desk, the female attendant just walked away from me, no greeting.
The male employee was busy training a new person which I totally understand but could have gotten someone to help me. Finally after 15 minutes, "Ben" started to help, my room not ready but offered another one. I asked about an upgrade since I've had to wait, none available.
Not impressed with customer service. I work with the public and would never ignore a customer like that. Although the location, the cleanliness and breakfast was decent, I won't be back because of the poor service.

When we checked in, we were greeted by a gentleman by the name of B***a*I*. He was the receptionist, personally, I found him to be lacking of warmth and his welcoming gestures is a lot to be desired of.

When we entered our suite, we were surprised with awe because of its cleanliness, the bathtub was scrubbed shiny, the toiletries were displayed and fully stocked. There was also a coffee maker and coffee supplies readily available. The beds were comfy and a pull out sofa for another person to sleep on.

It came with a free hot continental breakfast, the selections were adequate, the kitchen staff were very friendly and I'd like to special mention our server SIM, your service was excellent so as the rest of the crew. The restaurant was tastefully decorated and seems to be newly renovated. I enjoyed their offerings of bacon, eggs, freshly made waffles, good coffee, an array of juices from the dispenser, bagels, muffins and so on. The value of nightly rate was worth it.
The location was smack in the middle of a shopping district and just a few minutes drive to their downtown. It's a plus that a Starbucks and a Mexican fast food is just a walking distance. There is also a pool and an exercise area.
Overall, I am very happy with this hotel and I highly recommend it.

First time staying here at the end of march break and will definitely be back. Great friendly, accomidating service, clean, spacious rooms, comfy clean beds and a great hot/cold breakfast and good coffee (which can be hard to find at a hotel lol). Great snack and drink selection at the front desk. Nice size fridge with freezer, microwave and a keurig! Nice pool and hot tub but would recommend goggles for the kids. Located close to everything but still a quiet stay. Thank you!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and the staff are WONDERFUL! I am a Platinum Elite member and this hotel in particular is one of the best IHG hotels that I have stayed at. They are very thorough in welcome process, the rooms are super clean, the breakfast is good, and the check-in/out process is always smooth. When I am traveling the 401 corridor, I make sure that if I need an overnight stay, it's in Belleville because I have never had a bad experience here. Keep up the good work and I will see you again in the future.

This place and staff are absolutely incredible! Not only is it a great location, clean, friendly, well organized, convenient and accommodating, but some fantastic person in housekeeping had the decency and incredible act of humanity in returning my wallet (which must have fell out of my pocket) to the reception desk where I was immediately contacted and informed. Truth be told, I hadn't realized it was missing at this point. Thank you again so much to all staff members involved and I'll definitely be staying again.

Horrible customer service. They must make too much money to turn away a wedding party and our guests because the 2 night minimum is more important. Really rude and condescending as well. Save your money go where you’re appreciated.
