Amazing, friendly, helpful staff who made my day everyday!
The wonderful ladies working the breakfast buffet were so nice! Janice, Stella and Trish were absolutely fantastic and hard working, yet took the time to greet people with a smile and a good day greeting.
Emily at the front desk was very helpful with the TV technology in the room! She was quick to offer help and yes, she too was very friendly!
Thank you all for making my stay a positive experience!

Ckean, rooms. Spacious. Had 4 people in our suite. Pull out couch, 2 queen beds. Free breakfast was good. Quiet on my side, which was parking lot side.

Stay was great here! Everything was clean and tidy! Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good! Spent some time in the pool it was clean and well maintained! Very close to restaurants and stores! Right off the 401

The hotel room was clean and big. The pool was well maintained. And the breakfast was great. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming!

I'm currently in my room at the hotel. I've stayed here before, and had a bad experience, but decided to give it another shot. I booked the jacuzzi suit. I am utterly disgusted. The bathroom and tub are full of hair, the lamps in the room are full of dust. I even found some garbage on the shelf above the ironing board. The only clean thing in the room is the bed.

We loved our stay at Holiday Inn, Brockville.
We were greeted by Tracey at the counter and she was really awesome. Unfortunately, we got a room facing the highway so we requested if we could get any other room. Sadly, it wasn’t available. Tracey provided us Homedics gadget to cancel out the highway noise as well as wear plugs.
The room was amazing and washroom was very very clean. We were worried about the highway noise but we were so glad that it was not a botheration at all. We did not use the Homedics as well as the ear plugs. The complimentary breakfast has a very good spread and the staff was extremely helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Service was very good, everything in the room was clean and functioning. My only complaint is the blinds in the room. They simply do not close fully, no matter how hard I tried. I don't know if this is some sort of ploy to get you up in time for check out, but the sun was streaming through the gap in the curtains super early and made it very hard to sleep past 6am. Very nitpicky, but also a pretty easy fix on the hotel's part.

Bed very uncomfortable.tub dripped all night.room needs serious update.reported to front desk and didnt seem to care.acted as if they heard it all before.
