Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville - Muskoka, an IHG Hotel

All staff were welcoming and accommodating. The woman running breakfast was exceptional. Coffee available all day:)

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville - Muskoka last summer was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued.

The hotel's location in the heart of Muskoka provided a picturesque backdrop, with beautiful views of the surrounding natural landscapes. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering modern amenities and a cozy ambiance.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. The selection of food was impressive, ranging from hot items like eggs and bacon to fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals. It was a perfect start to my day of exploring the area.

The hotel's amenities were also noteworthy. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine, and the indoor pool provided a refreshing way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Overall, my experience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville - Muskoka was exceptional. The friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Muskoka region.

Spacious and modern rooms, good free breakfast, a Kelsey's across the street. Big TV with good selection of channels.

On the weekend of May 28th, My wife and I, along with my sister and her husband were guests in the hotel, it was a sad time as we were in Huntsville to celebrate the life of our recently deceased cousin. We would like to thank all the staff and in particular Richard who checked us in. He was kind, respectful and understanding given our situation. Thank you Richard. Also the gentleman who worked in the kitchen preparing an amazing breakfast on the morning of the 29th, was polite, patient and accommodating. It is indeed a pleasure to work with professionals.

Had the best experience with this location and chain. Talk about service and so clean, from the moment you walk in the front door and in your room it smells so clean! I will always stay at this chain! Breakfast was included and a hit!

This hotel was great. Very clean, and the hotel staff was so welcoming and thoughtful. Even gave us tickets to family light show that night. We are heading back there this week!:)

We came to town from 4 hours away to purchase a van and a part was delayed, The Staff and Team at The Holiday Inn Express took great care of us, making sure we always had a place to stay! Staff were all awesome, room was clean and comfy. They were renovating so it will be a bright, beautiful and serene place when finished! In the interim, we were well cared for and they kept any noise and dust impeccable! The location is great, we could walk to Armstrong Dodge, restaurants, shopping, anything we needed!

Boy oh boy was that frustrating. Unprofessional and I litterly had to talk them through how to give me my money back.just Unprofessional.

The gentleman at the front desk was quick and extremely pleasant. Made the end of a long travel day enjoyable

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Huntsville under necessity. My car went off the road and I had to find a place to stay. The manager was very accommodating and gave me a room even though the hotel was closed as there was no hydro. The next morning he held the room until the roads were cleared and I was well on my way home. The room was perfect and breakfast had everything you might want. Even with the power going in and out the rooms were still cozy. I recommend this inn to everyone.

Honestly such a positive experience! We were visiting family and our stay was so enjoyable! Check in was super easy and quick, the staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast that was included was amazing! Great service and lots of options to choose from! Rooms were clean and standard. Kids loved using the pool! Location was great, close to everything. Had a very enjoyable stay and we will be back!

The suite was a nice upgrade. Room was great. Breakfast was amazing. Only thing that was lacking was the pool size and rule of only 10 people in pool area at a time.

This place is great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Most importantly it is close to many parks.

Travel down here every couple months for work and it's always been a good experience. The staff here are wonderful all around, rooms are always in good form and clean, and never had any issues on the property. Plenty of parking, pool and fitness centre are great! Always looking forward to my next stay!

Beautifully large room. Friendly desk staff. Convenient location. A little disappointed that breakfast was only a "cafe" experience. But we were steered to a nearby Cora's. Worked out fine.
