Where to even begin rooms were left dirty after housekeeping cleans them no towels and very spotty wifi.woke up for breakfast at 7: 30 no food at all waffle iron broke and all 3 of the juice options were out no milk till 9: 15. Very rude staff after going to the general manager and trying to bring up all the issues that me and many others had instead of being a professional and dealing with the issues he started to yell and told me that if I didn’t like the way he ran the hotel I can leave. If you like a horrible hotel experience with staff who don’t care and breakfast that can’t carry the bare minimum this is the place for you.

The staff here are so kind, understanding and supportive! Will definitely be staying at this location again in the future

I was ravaged by BED BUGS! Disgustingly filthy hotel. Staff could have cared less!
Front desk staff were rude and dismissive. Phone never worked. AVOID this hotel at all costs. If I could leave negative stars then I would.

Rooms VERY dirty. Evident that it had not been vacuumed in quite some time. Beds appeared clean after a very thorough check. Dried soap and hair stuck to the shower walls. Fuzz, particles and debris on the floor. The tiled area by the door had salty foot prints. Tape stuck to the walls where previous occupants had presumably hung decorations. No towels for the pool- we were given hand towels as an alternative. Would not recommend and will not attend again.

Extremely pleased with the location of this hotel.has everything I need plus location is big for me!

Usually great if book early enough stay regularly here for Milton but was unable to the last time

Very accommodating Staff is extremely friendly

This is a nice hotel. But, the service desk attendant was the most disrespectful most unpleasant most unprofessional and unwelcoming. If I didn't pay for my ticket on line e, I would have walked right out the door. An then when we got upstairs to our rooms, not even a complementary bottle of water ot milk/ cream for tea or coffee. And when I called down to ask for it. I was told that they don't have any and besides they don't have room service.

Relative new hotel. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is very basic with disposable plate etc.

The hotel was good.where they lost all points were on the bed bugs. I had booked the room 303 for three guest on Nov 4th to Nov 6th 2022. They complained of bites in their backs and hands, which is embarassing for me to hear as I had booked in there behalf. As usual the hotel denied this issue when I complaint to Agoda from whom I did the booking. So I'm forced to leave a negative review so that other guests are aware and take necessary precautions as the hotel will not take responsibility.

We stayed there for 5 days, neat and clean rooms most of the time we were out but enjoyed the sleep with excellent air conditioning.

Very clean and spacious. Seems like a newly renovated place. My unit came with a bigger fridge and a microwave. Friendly staff!

I just went there for food delivery so it was ok and I am not sure about the room and the service.

We stayed here for our wedding, bringing in 40+ rooms of revenue. Not only was our room not cleaned when we requested it (before our wedding night) but the room was used for the groom and groomsmen to get ready in. The hotel messed up our reservation and said we didn’t have a room booked on our wedding night and tried to kick out the groom and groomsmen minutes before the arrival of the photographer! The boys requested more towels to shower and prepare and they took over 40 minutes to come. This caused so much stress and strain on our wedding day. Completely disappointing on the most important day of our lives. Unbelievable.

We stayed here for a few nights due to a family wedding on a Golf Course nearby. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was an entire disaster on the other hand. There was one lady working the area, very helpful and worked so hard, she accommodated our every request, I am disappointed I did not remember her name, she deserves better, she was a gem. The hotel's convenience is great, right by the 401 and a nearby gas station & Tim Horton's. Not much else around, so just be mindful of that, this is an industrial area, it met our needs but just wanted to mention that.

So lets start with there seems to never have a manager on site to speak.
Now on to the room
The AC Did not work (the fan did but not the ac)
The temp in the room only briefly got below 30'c making it difficult to sleep.
The shower doors and caulking had grease stains and "crud" on them.
The bed sheet had small hairs on them when I pulled the sheets back to get into bed
I do not believe the room was cleaned prior to my check in
For roughly $200 a night this is completely unexceptionable

Booked this hotel for two weekends for my daughters competitions because it had a pool. Arrived to the pool being shut down for the MONTH. When I asked at the front desk they condescendingly told me “well we have a pool you just can’t use it”. Now I’m stuck here for two weekends with no pool and kids who just wanted a swim after a hot day.
