My friend was simply hurt badly because of the front desk staff.we did not catch her name but she was completely rude and not understanding.we simply asked for another key because we got locked out but she said that we should’ve been smarter and “not to do it”. Like… thank you! But what is that going to do for me? You didn’t have to be so rude

The front staff was so mean to me, all I did was get locked out of my room and ask for a key. After I was so nice and kind to her, she was so rude and yelled at me. She ruined my experience. Will never come here again. Also besides that rooms were dirty and disgusting.

The only thing about the room was it was pretty 'dry'. Otherwise it was great. First, as you walk in, past the he washroom is a couch with a wall-mounted TV, then the two beds, again with a wall-mounted TV. Though we didn't watch it, it was good to know the night owls could watch without disturbing the sleepers! The included breakfast was amazing. It was actually warm and the best bacon I've ever had at a hotel. I will stay at a Holliday Inn again. I was totally impressed!

Nice comfortable place. Just miss the digital check in and digital key. Bedside USB ports were not working though.

Hotel chain one of favorites.sold out I presume on night I stayed.however breakfast bar empty 9am very disappointing.

Decent and clean.seems to be a real hub for professionals passing through the area. Good setup. A little noisy from outside traffic and activities. Lots of restaurants nearby. Came in late and staff ready to serve

The staff at this location are fantastic! Friendly and incredibly helpful. We were in town for an OFSSA tournament and even though they were super booked between this event, a hockey tournament and a robotics competition the staff went out of their way to assist. The room was clean and fresh. The location is great. But the customer service is truly what made the difference.

Stayed here for a night while coming up for an ice fishing trip. Hotel was clean, good location close to restaurants and stores, and staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was included with our booking, which makes it a really good deal, would definitely stay here again.

We had the pleasure of enjoying the hospitality of Solomon Alexander and his team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites this weekend.
From the point of booking a block of rooms right through to the checkout, the service was flawless — the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were ready and clean on arrival.
And if that wasn't enough to have us booking again, the cinnamon rolls in the continental breakfast spread will definitely be bringing us back through the doors! Thank you Solomon and your team!

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel and the way they accommodated our entire extended family while we were in town for a very difficult funeral. Compassionate, comfortable, accommodating, fantastic amenities.

Laptop stolen from room, staff is no help to admit that it was stolen, be careful of your belongings, especially on business trips

Great experience. My only complaint would be the rooms were a little dirty in the corners but they were dog friendly so no big deal!

Hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was great. There was an issue with my room, the bathtub did not hold water. It did not allow for a bath. Service was good and it is a great location.
