Just an update for my review. I don’t like to give bad review.
We stayed at room 617, so Nice and Clean.
Thanks Gagan for your welcoming. He is Professional with amazing customer service. I just recommend to the GM, it’s better to train more your front desk team

We stayed for 4 nights in the suite with jacuzzi. The hotel's most expensive suite.
And here is the bummer. The jacuzzi did not work properly. Four jets out of seven were broken.
Our repeated requests to fix the problem were ignored as well as to meet with a manager who was never on property.
The room was very stuffy as the windows could not be open.
If you decide to stay here bring your own food. The food for breakfast was not good at all on the border with not edible.
The water in the pool was dirty.
And please spare me all kind of excuses and apologies in your reply. Nobody is interested in those.
Every room should be meticulously checked before guests arrive.
I've been Platinum member for over 30 years and I've stayed in a lot of properties.
I cannot recommend this one.

Alors trois étoiles pour l emplacement car l hotel est un peu éloigné du centre ville cela dit le bus passe devant l hotel il faut ensuite changer et prendre un train le trajet dure environ 45 mn malgré tout cela est simple à réaliser. Pour l hotel très bien, personnel, chambre, environnement, bon rapport qualité prix.
