Holiday Inn Express & Suites Timmins, an IHG Hotel

La poignée de la porte de la chambre était défectueuse et j'ai eu toutes les misères du monde à entrer et cela à chaque fois que je revenais à ma chambre.
Le système de chauffage/refroidissement était très bruyant et m'empêchait de m'endormir.

The front desk ladies were very polite and helpful, the only issue I had was the old carpets they have in the rooms and the gym could use a reno as the cardio machines are old and not in perfect working order

It's always a great experience staying here. The rooms are extremely clean, the beds are super comfortable, the staff is amazing and friendly, and the breakfast in the morning is delicious. They also have a fitness center and a pool, of which I haven't used only because I stay here for work.

Stayed here for a week and half for work.
- Service was exceptional. Hands down. Incredible.
- Rooms were cleaned & re-stocked everyday
- Free breakfast every morning
- Staff, again, amazing
- Parking lot was a little tight but manageable
- Walls are fairly thin.you'd hear the room across you if they were having a party
- Lobby and dining area are always clean

Great staff, comfortable bed, liked how they labeled pillows soft and firm, but the noise. Sounded like a bad heater on and off, or a refrigerator truck all night. Work up with migraine.
Noise not in the room, but next. Could hear everything in hallway. 6th floor, back end.
Hair dryer and toiletries provided.
Light sleepers, bring earplugs.

What a crazy experience I had at this hotel. I stayed for 5 night and ran a workshop out of this hotel. Everything started normal but the elevators are carpeted and it would seem as though the carpet has never been cleaned. The elevators smell so terrible that I would hold my breath for the entire ride to my floor. It smelled like a mix of smoke and dog and vinegar and it was just disgusting. They need to shampoo the carpets in the elevators or replace them altogether. Now this wouldn’t have set me over the edge to leave a poor review. What set me over the edge was on my last night there was a buzzing that started and it seemed like it was coming from the jacuzzi tub in the room. It was so loud that it woke me up at 3am and continued on and off until 4am at which point I simply checked out of the hotel because I couldn’t handle it anymore. Sadly it made the experience a terrible one and I would not return to this hotel.

Fantastic room. Quiet even though hotel was full of kids for a sports tournament. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

One of the best hotels in Timmins for sure. The suite was amazing, tonnes of towels and well stocked with necessities. Had an ethernet cord for me to borrow too! Only complaint is the elevator was noisy.

Located in the center of Timmins. Nice rooms with everything you would need. Had a great stay.

I had a great room. But my door lock was not working. There were 2 tvs in the room but only 1 worked. Other than that I extremely enjoyed my stay.

All around, great place to stay. Comfortable and Clean, great breakfast. Only docked a star because, housekeeping let their closet door slam everytime they used it. My room was right next to it.
