Good shuttle service and close to airport but not super close if you’re new to Toronto. The rooms heater thermostat might need explaining but I was jet lagged. Gym is nice

Great experience! The star of my stay was the amazing breakfast buffet and personalized service I received at the in hotel restaurant the postcard. The staff is the best I have ever experience, especially one staff member named anjela katoch. I felt so welcomed and accomodated. Special requests were meet with nothing but smiles. I would stay here again just for the restaurant! 5 stars!

A very expensive hotel for the treatment and service that its employees give you, it has deteriorated greatly, for the same price you get something much better in the area

Rooms were smelling really bad. There is no soundproof in the windows. Seems like the airplanes are landing inside the room. I had the worst night. I don't recommend this hotel.

Payal, who was at the front desk, was excellent. She was very helpful and attentive to out needs.

Most complaints are about the room. There was a terrible smell in the room, shower drain was clogged, and there was barely enough space to walk in the room. Front desk did offer a change of room.

Room is Smelly, stinky, tiny, damaged and old. For a 4 people occupancy the room is so tiny that we can’t even move around. Bathroom tub is clogged during first person showered. The room stinkiness gave headaches to all of us in few mins…this hotel needs big time remodeling & upgrading. Feel like not going to any Holiday Inn. Planned to stay for 3 days, but moving out in 1 day itself as family is very upset.

Update: we checked out earlier than planned due to the room situation. During checkout the staff were very courteous and apologized for the situation.

Do not stay here unless you are absolutely desperate. The hotel looked decent from the website photos but once we checked in and got to our room, it was a disappointment. The room was so tiny and cluttered. There was barley any space to move around. Went into the bathroom and saw black mold on the roof above the shower, the wallpaper was peeling and our view from the room was a dumpster. Horrible experience here, the staff were not friendly nor accommodating. The pool and hot tub were closed and we were looking forward to taking our kids to the pool. Just very disappointing overall. We tried getting a refund and leaving after we saw the room and the pool was closed but they would not grant it. Could not wait to check out of this hotel.

King room was so small. Pool was dirty. Air conditioner was not good, making so much noise during our stay. Sheets does not seems clean. Very unsatisfied.

The experience here was a disaster. Checked in and went to the room. Only to find hairs in the shower and a nasty stain in the sink. We then proceeded to our second room and now there is no hot water in the room. Finally third time was the charm……not the last room had peeling wallpaper. There was also a leaking roof on the top floor we were in and two buckets in the hallway holding the water. I would avoid staying at this hotel if possible.

I can not believe how dirty the rooms and entire hotel were (especially during a pandemic) the staff at the front desk were so lazy i can’t believe this is a holiday inn! I will not be staying here again. I plan on writing head office all the details of our stay

The hotel is excellent but the staff is not supportive to people who visit Canada for the first time. I wanted some water but I didn't knew the tap water is potable. It tastes different for the first time. So, I adjusted with the water bottles they provided i.e. Is only 2 x 500 ml bottles.

Great place to stay. Staff is nice, polite. Plenty of parking to leave yo car and fly for a week. I would recommend this property to anyone anytime.

Out of the 3 rooms we got, none of the washroom locks worked and the employees were also very disrespectful and racist. Look for another hotel this one isn't worth it. The breakfast was disgusting and I ended up eating out every day, they served off-brand mcmuffins and they were cold but are advertised as a "hot breakfast. "

Room's tiny, remote missing, AC has a piece fallen off, and my father was baselessly accused of using a racial slur with the staff behind his back, to his own sons.

Front desk is not courteous. Makes me want to stay at a different hotel. You should too. Spend your money at a place that makes you feel respected. Not asking to be treated like a king, just basic respect and decency that front desk should show.

The sole reason why I booked this hotel was because of the free airport shuttle as I had a connecting flight the next morning. The night prior to the flight, after asking the receptionist she indicated the first shuttle would be leaving @ 7: 40, which was kind of tight but would still make it. She made a note of it on a pad. The following morning after breakfast I approached the reception shortly before 7: 40 letting the receptionist know I wanted to check-out in order to catch the shuttle. She responded the next shuttle wouldn't leave until 8: 20. She told me I should have booked the shuttle in advance, which I did the night before, and then she accused me of being a liar. She then offered to call a taxi, after I insisted the hotel should cover the costs of the taxi given they've failed to provide the service they'd advertised. I accepted. To make things worse, I got to thw airport and was charged by the taxi driver. My stay ended up being 24$ more expensive than it should have been.

BEWARE of this hotel. Poor customer service and jf you rely of the free shuttle service. Beware if you have an early morning flight.

The rooms here are small and the location tucked away from any restaurants or food joints but that's why it's a Holiday Inn Express. It's affordable than other hotels of similar ratings.

I was here because there was no running water at home. The water main was being fixed and we didn't want anything fancy - - we just needed a place to shower and sleep. I'd go back if I ever need a place to sleep for a night

Very nice, clean rooms with great amenities. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Only downsides were no toothpaste in the rooms, had to go down to the front desk to get some, and one of the lamps wasn't working.

Great Stay. Staff and Management really take care of your needs. I stayed here for 15 nights and cant thank enough for their hospitality. Highly recommended hotel.

Don’t bother to stop here, no room service at all no matter how long you stay. Rooms are stinky as a skunk? If you love skunks please stop here, it’s a great place.

Nice room, was a bit chilly when I came in but it had a working climate control. Down side was the noise from the system, as it lets the noise pollution from the highway in and was just loud enough tobve annoying.

There was also an extra blanket that was cosy.

Shame the pool was drained and out of service due to Covid, but the staff seemed nice for my limited interactions.

The TV as normal, is not the greatest selection of channels. The TV remotes rattled and didn't always work. Kinda the norm, but the desk was great and the hutch/converts to a table was a great plus for eat at the TV

For a holiday inn I'm very disappointed. The atmosphere really feels like your checking in a motel. Front desk wasn't bad but not great. Didn't thank me for being a spire elite status. Seem be be worried more on getting to next customer so felt alittle rushed. As soon as you walk through the nicely renovated lobby you end up walking into a nightmare. The elevators are so gross. Condom wrapper on floor of elevator. Great start! The rooms are very small, view ok. They cheap out on renovation which makes me nervous on how clean the beds are. For being so close to the airport and carrying the Holiday name, you would think the manager and owner would put alittle more pride in this gem. So sad. Won't be here again, unless big changes happen here.

Staff are super helpful no matter the time of the day/night. Rooms are clean, But despite renovations my room 603 has paint peeling and and cracks in walls. The roof in the shower is very noticeable.

The overall experience was nice. There was a minor issue that the Front desk was quick to resolve. Rooms are neat and spacious. Would recommend this hotel to others as well.

Stayed 13 nights off and on in April 2021 and when I went for another couple they couldn't even give me a better rate, still tried charging me a premium rate. Breakfast is bland and always the same. Ended up with unauthorized charges on my credit card after one of my stays. Deplorable and terrible customer service. You also think they could waive the damage deposit after you staying there a few times with no problems.

The room, bed and internet were good. Only negative I have was that I had to go downstairs to collect towels because on arrival their were none. Staff obviously offered to deliver them but were too busy.

However overall was a satisfactory stay and value for money.

Definitely rather say in an old farm house, rooms are bad, bathrooms are even worse, the service is horrible. Then barely ever have clean towels. Been staying here for the past couple weeks for work definitely recommending a different hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel for 5 nights. Hotel fire alarm went off three times since 3am-7am. They let the guest smoking stay in the hotel after the first fire alarm went off. They continued to smoke and set the alarm off another 2 times.

No empathy whatsoever- general manager (which of course isn’t working on the weekend) gave the front desk strict rules to not refund any guest. Poor customer service when I called head office. The lady shouted and her tone of voice was totally unacceptable. I had planned to extend my stay at this hotel for another week however I will be going elsewhere.

Don’t waste your money.

Reacched there for check in for someone came from india at 7.30 they said they cant allow check in till 3.30.we had to wait

What an horrible service. I lost a hard drive and inspite of contacting at least 10 times over the course of couple of days after my departure. I left my number contact everything and not even a follow up. The breakfast was probably the best thing I have experienced there.

Not the cheapest place to park and fly. But being able to be at the airport the night before makes a 6am easier to stomach. Room was clean. Shuttle service to the airport at 3am was great. Would have been even better if the driver listened a bit better for what airline. Guess my fault for not double-checking.

Well, I always choose Holiday Inn for quality and price. I decided to take a group of 17 people to the Hotel to stay the night on our way through the airport, but I made the mistake of booking wrong dates! My fault! They couldn’t refund my money and said they forgave 3 out of the 5 rooms that I had booked, but it was not true, called my bank and they declined the card for the rest because they thought it was suspicious activity, so lucky me. I rebooked 5 rooms and this time they over charged me, unlike when I made the mistake, they were very ok with their mistake and I just had to deal with the extra charges. I guess is not ok when costumer makes a mistake but when they do we should all be ok with it. The shuttle driver was extremely rude. Front desk (Faye) was great! Room is really small, the door is heavy so be careful with kids. Place looks old, and they don’t have early breakfast.
