Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodstock South, an IHG Hotel

The people here were just fantastic. They were able to get the room that I wanted. The morning front desk staff was fantastic and pleasant. I will definitely will be back.

We got caught in the snow storm traveling to London from Toronto and decided to spend the night here. The hotel is extremely clean and the check in was quick and easy. They have a decent breakfast and friendly service. I would recommend staying here if you’re in the area. Keep up the great work.

Was super impressed with this Holiday Inn Express. Very modern, clean and comfortable. We booked a wheelchair accessible room and this was probably the best as far as accessible accommodations in Ontario we have come across. Our kids loved the pool and I highly commend the life guard who jumped in to save our friends daughter that slipped when walking round the pool and fell in. He didn't hesitate for a second and was there to her rescue immediately. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was by far the best quality complimentary breakfast I have experienced at a Holiday Inn before. The only one small complaint I have is that the rooms temperature control seemed a bit off. The room was very moist and stuffy and the condensation on the windows was bad. But other than that I would for sure book this hotel again.

Good hotel. Relatively new rooms and good service. Only drawback is the tiny pool. Kids had lots of fun on that slide though.

Been staying 4 nights a week for 4 months and I gotta say it's the best service I've had! Very polite staff, kind, courteous and helpful! Would recommend to anyone I know!

You need to make your wrong, right! And publicly make a statement that you have changed your policy and procedure. That staff has been properly trained around service animals.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is amazing. They went over and beyond to accommodate my requests. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Woodstock

When I just phoned the hotel lobby the gentleman would not listen to me or answer my questions and hung up on me. How very rude

Stayed here this weekend and the place is very clean and the people were extremely hospitable. I would recommend this Holiday Inn location to everyone.

I witnessed an absolute horror at this hotel. Staff would not allow a lady to stay at the hotel, despite having a reservation. They did not believe that her service dog was legitimate and threatened to have her arrested for trespassing if she didn't leave. It was the ugliest hotel staff behavior I've ever witnessed. I will never stay here or any other Holiday Inn, again. Who trains these dingbats? Absolutely atrocious. Shame on you, Holiday Inn.

My family and I Love this hotel! It is my go to when staying in the area. Very clean and great staff. Prices are very reasonable. Plus my kids love the swimming with the slide.

Any business that turns a customer with a service dog around deserves to have their operating licence revoked. The law in the jurisdiction that this hotel operates in made a human rights violation against the Ontarians with Disabilities Act. The law stipulates that any dog can be a service animal if the handler has a letter from a regulated health professional confirming the animal is required due to a disability. As long as the dog is not acting up, they cannot ask for the dog to leave. Shame!

Absolutely disgusting customer service refusing entry of a person with disability with their service dog. Should be ashamed of themselves. They need to be educated on human rights and law. Will never recommend or stay here. Absolutely disgusting and appalling.

On average I spend 500-1000$ per year staying at hoildays Inn. I have never been to this one but im disgusted on how the staff is still standing behind there discussion on not letting a service dog in. I find it funny that they also just keep posting the same old reply about it to people's post. Let's be clear, u are the only ones looking bad, this is not because the news 'spun it'. This is because of poor management that has allowed this to continued. You messed up and it's sad that u just keep playing the blame game. Good things there is other hotels In the world, as hoilday inn just lost 500-1000$ per year from me.

Really terrible place with horrible management and rude staff. Stay away, there are much better options.

Don't book here if you have a service dog. They'll reject you at the door! What a deplorable hotel and head office was no better. In fact, I'm done with this group.
