The Holliday Inn Express on Progresa Avenue, Scarborough, Ontario is no longer operating as a hotel as of 2021 due to the Covid19 pandemic and is now operating as a home for homeless people.
We knew about it because we believed it was a hotel and a young woman from the place's security explained the above to us.
We were struck by the external deterioration of the facilities.

This hotel property got converted into a shelter. The signage outside hasn't been updated and neither online.
