Holiday Inn Express Toronto-North York, an IHG Hotel

I stay at a lot of HI Express hotels for work trips. This one did not measure up.
Rooms are very small. Bathrooms are even smaller.
Workspace was very limited. Tiny desk.
My room was not cleaned properly. Hair all over the shower. Drink stains on the desk and nightstand.
The TV and internet were good.
Staff was friendly.

Great hotel for short stay. Has a gym, pool and complimentary breakfast. Parking is also free.

I needed a getaway night from a freezing basement and a kitchen pipe that froze. Quick check-in and friendly desk clerks. No vending machines but snacks are available for purchase at front desk for a reasonable price. I recommend this hotel! Thank you for having me as a guest.

Clean hotel, nice staff, but needs some repairs. The bathroom was pretty patched up, the elevator buttons didn't all work properly, and the breakfast was subpar compared to other Holiday inn express that I have visited. There is no restaurant on site either. All in all it could have been worst but definitely not the 8/10 that they rate themselves.

Decent if ur restless and need a sleep continental breakfeast witch was decent beding snd rooms a little out dayed tho.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I couldn't hear the highway despite the hotel being right next to it. Didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast that was included. Received free wifi. Overall a positive experience.

Upgraded room was quite pleasant to stay in. Friendly staff. My only complain would be the mattress, it was abit worn down. Comfortable pillows though.

It was nice to be able to park out front when checking in, but the clerk sounded somewhat unfriendly or cold towards my friend that was checking into the hotel that didn't speak English well.

Worsr place in Toronto to stay the customer service is poor to say the least wish I could give em 0 stars bunch of losers

Decent hotel with a good location (next to a police station). The staff is somewhat friendly and breakfest decent. The hotel itself is a little run down and could use a little TLC, but overall I slept good enough.

C'est un petit hôtel chic. Le standing est attrayant, la propreté y est, le personnel est accueillant et le petit déjeuner est amazing!
