I recently stayed at holiday inn at Murray street and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the manager's rude behavior (JOHN) Despite my attempts to address concerns politely, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. This significantly affected my stay, and I hope the management takes steps to improve customer service. "

Horrible place dirty coffee machine and they charged lots more than other hotels.the pictures they have put on is different and the rooms they have different it seems good beautiful need and clean rooms but they are not that clean at all. I’m really really disappointed also I forgot my husbands sweater in this hotel and I called them so many times they lie to us that they don’t have they are so mean and they don’t value the customers satisfaction.also too much noise we can’t even sleep because of loud noise from other rooms I will never ever book this hotel anymore.

We were made to feel welcome from our first encounter checking in at the front the front desk, when we had a drink in the bar, ate breakfast and the cleaning staff were gracious.

I was scheduled to arrive with my 85 year old mother on Nov. 1st for a night at this property. We booked through the hotels website without using a 3rd party. We booked a flexible rate including breakfast which had a 24 hour cancellation policy. We left from Sarnia excited for the night away. Unfortunately we ran into a bad snow storm and due to the road conditions and accidents we witnessed, we turned around and went back home as we both agreed it wasn’t worth the risk. Upon arriving home, I immediately called your hotel (approximately 11am) and explained our situation to the reservation agent and asked that due to the circumstances could we not be charged for the room or possibly get a credit as we were still excited to potentially try again on a better day. I was advised that she could not authorize this but would check with the manager when he arrived. I received a voice message later in the day advising that the cancellation charge would not be waived. I am very disappointed in your decision as although it wasn’t 24 hours in advance, it was due to extenuating circumstances and we were still able to cancel that morning which meant the room could potentially be resold. I would hope the well been of your guests would trump the profit for your hotel.

This is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed in. I was given room 208 on a second floor. This floor has laundry and microwave. Room was clean and service is friendly. I loved the atmosphere in here, which makes me feels like I am home. Everything is walkable from here. And fyi, car parking is also free. I stayed for four nights here and 100% recommended to everyone one to book here. I will be booking again when i am visiting again.

Our flight got canceled and we couldn’t leave until the next day so we had to shift our trip by 1 day. Due to the hotel’s non-negotiable 30 day cancellation policy we had to pay for the night we didn’t arrive plus $450 for the last night we stayed. We felt that was very unfair since it wasn’t our fault and we still stayed the same number of nights

When we checked in on 11/12/21 we arrived and went into our room to find both our queen beds covered in long black hairs (which none of us have black hair) behind and on every pillow and all over the bed sheets. As well, there was red, black and brown marks all over the both sets of bed sheets and pillow cases. Went to inform and show the front desk pictures and they provided me with new sheets and told me to come and speak to the front desk manager the next morning so they could do something about this. After trying to locate the front desk manager 3 times he finally came to meet us and when I showed him the photos he had nothing but excuses and no apologize. I was told "these stains are burn marks from when we send our laundry out to get clean they are not dirty" but I don't think red is burn marks. As well, I was told "I will see what you are paying and see if your rate is high enough for us to compensate you", I was there on an employee rate but regardless it should not matter if I have met the threshold of "spending" in order to get compensation for the horrid lack of cleaning especially during a pandemic. When he came back I was told since there on an employee rate "there is nothing he can do but maybe a free pizza or take the resort fees off" but because my rate "wasn't high enough" it didn't matter to them the grossness I experienced. This front desk manager was less then friendly and made me seem extremely invaluable as a guest, this is my first bad experience with an IHG hotel and I am very saddened by this. Do not recommend this place as they only care about how much money you are spending and you need to spend a certain amount for them to even want to consider helping you or giving you a clean room.

Grande chambre, très propre, personnel courtois. Très pratique d’avoir un restaurant à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, vaut la peine de prendre le séjour avec déjeuné inclus. Très bien situé; proche des chutes et de la Clifton Hill street. Je retournerais dans un holiday inn sans aucun doute.

We just wanted to get away for a few days. It was amazing. I can't wait to go back. We have stayed in the falls million of time but this was the best. The hotel is older but up dated. The staff is polite and make you feel at home and welcoming. I love to swim and all the hotel have really been neglectful about there amnesties but not here. There pools were clean had towels. The floor in the room was laminate.so they were clean.

What an absolute joke. This building has no sound proofing. You can hear everyone around you. Booked us in a room that was a connecting room to another family. Even those these doors are locked there is no sound proofing between these doors so you can hear the other family as if they were in the same room. When we called to complain he offered to call the other room and remind them of the sound policy. They weren't being loud, they were being a normal volume, its just the infrastructure of the building is terrible and you should not book people with connecting doors that are in two different families?

Do not go here. Absolute joke

They charged me for 2 days in September, 2021,
for a one day stay.
I was told by the clerk I was wrong. Then this evening told every customer was double charged to that evening.
So they are either incompetent or liars. Either way I will never stay here again. Ever. What a bunch of unprofessional clowns.

We stayed for two nights and reserved two rooms for a short vacation. The pros are: friendly staff, renovated and modern rooms, free parking, and walking distances to the falls (and pretty much everything else). The cons are: one room did not have towels, the AC is noisy, and the pools are dirty.

Pathetic. The room service sucks. Their receptionists know nothing about their own work. The only good thing was the pool. They even charged us double. We were four people and all four of us were charged twice from our cards.

We had a reasonably clean room with nice updated decor. But a few stains on the sheets. The pools and hot tub were really great, but unfortunately the gym and sauna were closed. The location was within walking distance to everything. Right next door to the skylon tower, and the casino and shopping centre. 5 minutes to the falls. Staff were friendly and responsive. Free parking was included, and meals for kids were free at Coco's if you bought a main dish. We brought our bicycles and were allowed to keep them in the room, which was very spacious. The views aren't exceptional, either roof tops or parking lots but we also got to overlook the pool which did help. Overall, we had a great time and would go back.

My husband and two kids arrived at holiday inn at Niagara Falls. I booked with Expedia reservation.com. Expedia never told me there was a $250 security charge at the hotel. My credit card was maxed s it was the last day of our vacation. We arrived at three pm one of the hottest days of the year. The managers were not negotiable I was telling the managers I get paid the next morning. I asked if I would get my money back in what I paid they told me to call Expedia. A young lady line behind us a good person offered to pay the deposit for the security deposit and she would get get the money back in the morning. I accepted the offer because I had kids, otherwise I would of just left. We felt the management could have been a little comprising in this situation. It was embarrassing for us and the 20 people waiting in line behind us did not seem to impressed with the long delay.

This hotel was so run down. The lobby and common areas are dilapidated.
The pools are DISGUSTING! SO dirty. The pool deck is so gross. Public health violations.
The guest room was fine. I wouldn't stay there again.

It's an older building, but the location to the falls is excellent and I enjoyed the outdoor pool. There is an indoor pool and whirlpool too.

I will never stay here again. We arrived at the hotel Thursday August 12th with my 1 year old baby. We were greeted and checked in and was handed the key for a room that was very dirty. The bed was spread neatly but then noticed the floors was messy and i put my baby daughter on the bed. I lift up the sheet and found hair, on the bed and after inspecting both beds it was both nasty unclean sheets.
I went down to the front dest to ask for a refund to leave and the hotel manager refused saying we will loosed our money. They apologize and said they room wasn’t cleaned yet and proceed to get us into another room. Why checked us into unclean room especially during covid and put someone kids at risk?
Today when i was taking a shower before checkout the water suddenly stopped and i could not finish my shower. The hotel staff said there was a water emergency.
I expect better from holiday Inn.
Be aware everyone. If i didn’t check the bed i would be staying on someone else dirty room.

Terrible service. I booked a room by the pool 3 weeks in advance and was confirmed by the manager that it was booked. I then get a call two days later and was told the room was no longer available. I asked for the manager about the situation and I was told that I was speaking with the manager. She said I csn book another room even though I booked in advance and have it cancelled fir no reason and can come down to see if there was a room for me by the pool. I then asked to speak to the owner Coco who I had met many times birng a repeat customer every year. The manager refused to pass the message and was thrn told to go gladly find another hotel because the room I booked was no longer available. This lady should not be working as a manager. I have made a complaint to head office about this. I have been going there for the last 10 years just to get my room cancelled and told to go elsewhere. Coco you seriously need to change your management staff. Terrible service.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean premises. They supplied a crib which was really helpful. There's an outdoor pool that's allowed to be open (the indoor pool and gym are closed due to covid regulations), just make sure you reserve your slot as they're limited. There's no cleaning service during your stay only in between customers. But you can ask for any extras you need and they're very accommodating. The place isn't fancy but the prices aren't either. All in all we had a very good stay.

The good- Modern room with comfortable beds. Free parking. Great pool for swimming and easy booking. Walking distances to falls and Clifton hills.

Service quality - not what was expected.

Got to room and found 1 bath towel and 2 hand towel for 3 guest. Front desk did not honour promise to send extra towel even after a second call. Dingy towels.

On day 2, left room for the day, with left over food in the room. Returned to find the bed not made and smelly from food from unemptied garbage. Told by the cleaner that room not cleaned during stay. I should have been told this at time of check in. Luckily the cleaner was still on the floor and I was able to put out the garbage.had to open door and she sprayed room to freshen up.

I know some hotels don't change linen between stay, but they make your bed and take out garbage. They also tell you up front what to expect.

Enjoy our 1 night stay. Comfortable bed, clean room. The hotel is a bit dated. Parking included in the room rate, charge $8.95 resort fee though. Friendly staff. Walking distance to the falls & Clifton Hill. Convenient location.

We booked a short vacation to Niagara falls just for 2 nights. We arrived at the hotel at 730 and the rooms were not ready? ! We could've checked in at 3pm when the rooms were supposed to be ready at but we didn't. We had to wait a whole hour for our 2 rooms to be cleaned. Management was poor and the restaurant was horrible having a deal at the front desk that you couldn't get in the restaurant for some reason. This place was not a holiday inn that they are proud of.

Par contre, j'ai détesté cet hotel.
Nous avons payé 200$ et c'était tout sauf agréable.
Après 9h de route, nous voulions enfin bien dormir.
Par contre, surprise les murs sont clairement faits en carton. Ce n'est pas DU TOUT insonorisé. Le séchoir de la dame d'à côté et sa conversation avec son amie m'ont réveillé.
En plus, nous avons été placé dans une chambre connectant avec une autre en se faisant dire: juste laissez la porte barrée!?
La clim fait du bruit comme j'en ai rarement entendu.
Les planchers sont collants.
Les rideaux ne coupent pas du tout le soleil. Je l'avais en plein dans les yeux.
Les murs de l'hotel intérieurs sont en briques comme une ruelle de centre-ville.
Et la cerise: ils ont un slogan disant que ça ne peut pas être plus proche des chutes.
Pardon? C'est très loin, en haut d'une côte, à 15 minutes des chutes. La marche pour se rentre était très difficile pour revenir. J'avais pris cet hotel pour s'assurer d'être proche.
Bref, TOTALEMENT déçue.

One of the best Holiday Inns you'll find out there. We phoned to reserve for a work week during Covid to getaway from construction noise back home. This hotel will take care of you!

The staff responded to all our requests and went above and beyond to deliver what was the best week we had while working from our room and admiring our walk to the falls at night.

Being an IHG Platinum member we got a room upgrade that included a bathroom with a tub big enough to fit 4 people, no joke, check the photos!

If you're staying here, with kids or not, you're in for a treat.enjoy it!

Excellent location on hill just a short walk to opposite the American Falls. Then take a scenic short walk to have a perfect view of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Holiday Inn was very clean and comfortable with a very popular Coco's patio bar/restaurant that offered open stove pizzeria. Opposite Fallsview Casino and also surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Free parking included with stay is a real bonus. Had a very pleasant stay indeed.

The room was very nice clean. The breakfast was good. The overall cleanliness was great. On the down side. I was a little late checking out. Front desk knew this but said it was ok. I asked if house cleaning would enter the room because it was past checkout. They told me no. So when I went to the room 15 mins after checkout the house keeper was in the room and had cleaned everything out. My bag was on his cart. They threw out our waters and food we had left in the room. The house keeper had there shirt wide open with there chest out. I reported it to front desk who said that this was not the procedure. They asked if the manager could call me. That was July 1st. It is now July 5th and I have not heard back from the hotel yet.
I can't believe how shocked I was to see someone in my room. Very disappointing.

My wife and I stayed at this Hotel for the night June 3-4,2021. I thought the hotel was nice and clean with drink machines and ice on each floor. The room was spacious and clean and I loved the wood floor look, King size bed and fairly newer bathroom and shower areas including the toilet. The sheets on the bed were fresh and very nice to be in on a comfortable bed. Nice HD TV w/good channels, tea/coffee maker, no safe but did not request and balcony w/chairs to sit outside if you wish. We stayed at this hotel for other reasons than to enjoy the area during this time of covid related closures and the area is quite dead at the moment as a result but I would certainly come here again when things return to normal to enjoy everything that Clifton Hill among other places has to offer along with the Holiday Inn stay as the staff is friendly and the rooms are very comparable in size and comfort as what one can get at any of the other 5 star hotels at a lessor cost and the convenience of being close to the falls. The hotel has free parking

The hotel is clean, the room looks nice, the staff were friendly and were able to accommodate our request for early check in and a room away from the elevator. Took a star off because I was slightly disappointed with how small the indoor pool was, though I get why it's that size.

When we got to the room the sheets had stains all over them and multiple people's.hair as if they had never been changed. When they brought new sheets, they initially expected me to make my own bed. They also brought some smelly sheets from.what seemed like a smoking room. Over all it took about 45 minutes to have my sheets changed, 2 phone calls to the front desk and 2 visits to the front deak. Also the balcony door in the room did not seal well causing a cold draft throughout the room the whole night. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at my entire life, the staff did not care about the issues and never even apologised to me for having deal with all this.

It's a nice distance from everything and room was comfortable. Had issues with a smoking neighbor and waited over an hour just to be told the hotel staff could do nothing about it, even though they have a strict smoking policy. Other than that everything else was okay.

We arrived at checkin time, to be told rooms weren't ready, we asked if they were understaffed but they were just not on their game. We got to our room finally and immediately noticed soiled linens sitting in the sink, and dirt (insane dust and dirt) around the bed. We called and asked if the rest of our linens were clean since we had a pile of extremely dirty and used ones in our room, they didnt seem to care. (we stay in holidays inn OFTEN atleast once sometimes twice a month around Ontario. This customer service was hands down the worst. The food was very dry, I ordered a AAAsteak gourmet burger, I needed a lot of water to get it down. The fella didnt know how to make a Singapore sling and guessed instead of checking his recipe book or googling it.the pool and hot tub have NO filter or skimmer, you can see HUGE piles of dirt, hair etc in the corners of the hot tub as well as floating around. The sauna was nice though. At night, we could hear EVERY SINGLE noise, the floors are hardwood and man.does the sound travel. We hardly slept:/
We were using points to book this hotel, a SPIRE member.that's a high level.and shows just how much time we spend in holiday inns. This is absolutely the worst across the board.

The hotel is minutes from the American falls and all of the attractions nearby. The prices are reasonable. The rooms are well maintain. The only disappointment was that the American side is very seasonal. I would definatly stay at this hotel again when visiting NF, NY

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and we loved it! The rooms were very clean and fresh. The staff is very friendly, the continental breakfast is good and I generally find the hotel to be cozy. The elevator could use a sprucing up, but not a big deal. I will definitely come back again! The price and the comfort go hand in hand!

Good hotel. I've stayed here many times with my family during the winter holidays during these years. It's very convenient to access places like Tim Hortons, Starbucks and to the falls. Rooms are nice and very modern. It feels more like a 4-5 star hotel. Love the Bath and Body Works coconut lime verbena scent they use for the toiletries. You can access the pool along with a hot tub and sauna, several ice/vending machines and the gym. Overall, very nice hotel, had a pleasant experience. Can't wait to be back soon! Would definitely recommend!

The hotel room was clean, it had a small fridge, a coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods. There was a balcony, too bad it looks at the city, not the Falls. There was an indoor jacuzzi and pool. The receptionist was very helpful

PLEASE READ: My family and I stayed at The Holiday Inn on the Falls last weekend (Nov. 2018) and we awoke to have an INSECT INFESTATION in our room. They were crawling all over our beds! They were everywhere! The people in the room next to us actually had their door open and we could hear a little bit of a commotion. They ended up having an infestation in their room as well. When we notified the hotel about this they were at our room within a few minutes with some sort of PESTICIDE. Absolutely unacceptable. The hotel manager, Theresa, offered us a small refund ($50.00) after waiting almost a week to hear back. To replace my luggage alone, is going to cost more than $50 dollars. The manager didnt care. I have tried to post a review on Priceline (we booked through them) and my review is not posted. I wonder why? ! Had to come home and go through all of our luggage. I ended up throwing out our suitcase, because I can't be sure that there isn't any lurking somewhere. I definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel. Their customer service and way of handling the situation was completely wrong!

Love this place! Stay here every year. Convienant to all things Falls. Casinos. Falls. Restaurants. Rooms are updated and lovely. The special packages the hotel offers is such a good deal. And the connecting restaurant "Cocos" is a great place to have a few drinks or eat. Bartenders are great.

When we arrived we were greeted by a relatively unpleasant and impatient front Desk woman to check us in. Our room has been great and quiet! The steam room is fantastic! How ever we purchased our room with the breakfast "buffet" for 2 nights. Our first morning we went down for our "buffet" we discovered it was.
Pancakes
Sausage
Bacon
Home fries
Eggs
And cereal
Anything you wanted to drink besides water and coffee was extra. 0 selection.this is a hot continental breakfast at best. Holiday in Express has a continental breakfast that is WAYYYYY better than this with more selection juices etc.

We also called the front desk around 1230 at night to ask if we could come down and get more towels, before we could even finish a sentance we were incredibly rudely cut off and received a "NO no one is going to bring you towels" then when we finally got a chance to speak without being spoken over we were questioned as to why we needed more towels.we decided not to go and deal with the negative attitude of the front desk woman as I would have had choice words.

We ate our breakfast this morning and politely asked the front desk if we could be re imbursed for our second day so we could go for an actual breakfast buffet, or a menu with a selection that appealed to us elsewhere. I was informed they wouldn't do anything.

Side note they have no q tips or bath robes (not a big deal but with the amazing steam room they would be nice)

Our hotel room is great the house keeping staff are amazing and polite with a great positive attitude. How ever the majority of the front desk staff and service from them has been despicable and would not be interested in spending another night here if we hadn't already paid for it. Our sliding door also doesnt close properly it leaves a 1 inch gap when it's not locked and when it is locked it's still drafty and very noisy from the outside street.

I'm so used to the Holiday Inn in San Diego as being one of the best hotels in the area but not for Niagara Falls Breakfast buffet. There was really nothing to eat besides eggs bacon and potatoes you can get that Add a Jack in the Box but at least at the jack-in-a-box would have some flavor, Also considering they're in one of the most tourist areas of Canada they have to think to themselves with 1.5 billion muslims in the world they gonna have to get some visiting their hotel I mean you have to be really stupid not to think so, Well CEO's really don't visit every hotel, So For being Muslim myself, And you get the free buffet which I cannot eat so you have To order off the menu, And with every Canadian that's never seen a Muslim in their life sitting in the restaurant I was actually surprised because theres probly more muslims in Canada then None muslims, Wake up people muslims are coming everywhere and were bring in a lot of money so if you wanna have some in your pocket start treating Us with respect and love

Small bathroom in double queen. Simple conveniences are missing such as hooks in the bathroom for towels and hangers for your clothing. The room is clean and appealing. There is a small patio overlooking the outdoor pool which is nice. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The fitness center is adequate however it is missing weights. It has a few treadmills and 1 elliptical. There is an indoor pool with a hot tub. The location is Central enough to everything that you want to see. Free parking with a security guard overlooking the lot. Coco's is the restaurant located in the lobby. The atmosphere is warm and appealing. They have a decent pizza but it is a bit pricey. Overall decent quality but could be priced lower.

Across from the casino, carpet free rooms, and free parking. That’s as good as it gets. Niagara Falls has limitless choices when it comes to hotels based on location and price, but aim for another hotel. I was drawn to this one as it was renovated recently. I was thinking cleaner, brighter, newer. It’s deceiving. Portions are renovated, others are literally falling apart. Masking tape used on doors and elevators to hold up broken pieces. Balcony doors and pool sliding door are old and difficult to open. Not to mention the smell. It’s the stench of the cleaning team. The smell lingered from the elevators to the hallways to our room. It was nasty.

This hotel deserve to get half star. The manager "Robin" and another grandmother who working robby at morning time were terrible. They rejected my credit card so i asked them check again and want to pay online by myself. But manager doesn't listen and the grandmother even said to me "please shut up and zip your mouth"

Niagara fall was very nice to me but Holiday Inn in Niagara was horrible experience to me and never ever want to go back.

Seriously? Shut up.

Thank you all to give me a horrible memory in there

PS. After that the funnest thing is they even used the credit card that they said not available for payment.

So i found that in the morning before the check out, and kindly asked that there were maybe some mistake in hotel and please check what the happen is. Because I really worried about that we payed repeated.
(Furthermore i couldn't believe hotel's working process anymore)

But the grandmother who working at the morning time said "Shut up, and zip your mouth:) " and than we didnt have enough time for flight, we should turn back behind ackward situation.

I hope your hotel don't say anything about the word "RUDE".

I never wrote review in my life time, but If i have other chance to make review about holiday inn hotel in Niagara, I would write review as much as i can do for other foreign guest:)

Be careful foreigners.

We stayed at Holiday Inn for 1night for 4ppl. It was good price compare to other hotels. However I felt the pictures from the website looks little different than actual. It was a clean room but nothing really special. I stayed in 2nd floor. It was little loud of tge sound from the rooftop engines sound or something else. Our view of the hotel was rooftop (?) Of the hotel which is construction area. We didnt open the curtain for a night. The room and bathroom was clean and a good size for the family. Bed and pillow was very comfy.

Beware. I booked a room online (on their website, even signed up for ihg rewards.) only to find out a few days later that somebody got a hold of my credit card # (in Niagara falls) and went on a nice shopping spree. Called the hotel to tell them what's going on and the lady at the front desk didn't care. She just kept saying that they needed a new credit card if I wanted them to hold a room for me. Horrible costomer service, very rude and not willing to work with my situation. I'll take my business somewhere else thank you very much.

Everything about the hotel was great (the people at the front desk were so nuce). The one exception.no goodwill from the Manager Theresa. I was staying with my 5 Family members for 4 nights in the hotel with a prepsid rate. During the first night we found ourselves in a situation where my sister had a claustrophobic attack due to the small bathroom and lack of ventilation. She had to find another hotel with a bigger bathroom and ventilation. When we asked for a little concession due to the situation Theresa refused to give any kind of refund so that we could stay together without doubling the costs. Very sad and disappointing. A little empathy would have been so helpful. Our family is now split in 2 hotels plus unnecessary costs. All it takes is a little heart to help people out regardless of policies and procedures. We were in a bind and there was no help.

Decent hotel. Walking distance to the falls was great. Indoor and outdoor pools were great. Free parking was good. Check-in took forever.
We booked two rooms and they refused to credit us IHG points for either room. That was not good.

A little overpriced, but very happy with the stay! Stone throw distance to casino, mall, fall views and Clifton Hill. Great pool hours, clean rooms. Keys didn't work on the first room we were put in, so moved to another and the batteries in the lock died half way through the night, and as expected the batteries couldn't be changed until the next day, but the amazing front desk night staff, Polly went above and beyond to help us into our room. Good stay all around, but Polly made it amazing! Will defiantly recommend because of her and will be back!

I am someone who stays at Holiday Inn properties very often. I have never had any issues. My family and I decided to stay at Holiday Inn Niagara Falls by the Falls for 4 nights and prepaid our stay. We checked in on Aug 27th. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Great location too. Rooms are also nice. However, the bathrooms are very small with no fan and my sister who is a bit claustrophobic had an attack. It was a rough night. I called the front desk and explained the situation. We were able to find another hotel with larger / airy bathrooms. They told us to speak to the Manager, Theresa at 9 am. I waited until 9am and spoke to her. I explained the situation with the claustrophobic attack and asked if she would consider giving us a partial refund. She offered for us to check out another room in the hotel and I asked if the bathrooms were bigger. She said likely not. I then asked if under the circumstances she would provide a refund to which she said no. While I understand that we made a pre-paid arrangement and we knew it was non-refundable I really expected in an act of goodwill Theresa would understand the situation and make an exception but she would not budge. There was no goodwill attempt to help us out. I was both surprised and dissappointed. While it is not Holiday Inn's fault. We are now in a situation of having to keep/pay for this room and getting another room in a different hotel for my sister. While I know Holiday Inn Niagara Falls by the Falls is a corporation and they have policies/procedures, I would say to Theresa, the Manager that a little understanding, human kindness and goodwill goes a long way. Much further than the money you will earn from our stay and the extra money my sister will spend at another hotel for the next few nights. So we will have to retain our room at Holiday Inn for the next few nights but my sister will stay at the other hotel at the same time. Claustrophobia is a real thing and we would have appreciated this small exception which I am told by the head office Theresa is able to make. It would have been a much appreciated gesture from the hotel. Cie la vie. Ok we lose Theresa.
