We stayed for two days for a meeting it was great.

We experienced a pleasant stay.

I hate doing this to businesses.paid 180$ a night for a smelly room. Old furnitures, patched up room. Dirty windows and old bedrooms. This place looked good on the website because they photoshopped. Sorry to the people who works here you guys are awesome but owner need to renovate this place or charge way less to make it fair.

Awful hotel. I opened the sofa bed and it was filled with crumbs. Clearly it wasn’t cleaned. There were smudge’s everywhere. Bed sheets were filthy. I definitely recommend to book somewhere else. This is not worth it.

DO NOT ever go here. We came in from out of town and decided to spend the night at a hotel to save the drive home. When we first got there it looked fine, until my husband got into bed and found a BED BUG. My son had a full anxiety attack, and we had to wake up our 11 year old autistic child at 12 am because we had to leave. I am beyond furious, and the woman at the front desk clearly knew this was a problem because she was perplexed by my husband's response to "no" when she asked if we wanted another room. Please answer me why anyone would want another room after finding bugs? Why would anyone ever stay. I'm very angry, very upset. Super inconvenienced and likely up all night now with 3 really upset children. My daughter is a struggling sleeper as is, and after the 2 hour drive home I now ontop of everything have to go home, bag all our stuff we brought and bought from our trip, re get my kids into bed. It was SUCH a hassle, and so unbelievably disgusting. And how the woman at the front desk handled it was appalling. She didn't even contact other management, nothing. When my husband showed her the photos we took she seemed unphased. This place KNOWS they have a problem!
If you have a family, I do not recommend this place. They refunded us, but I mean now have to go home and we loose belongings over this which will be well over the cost I paid for the hotel in the first place.
I will NEVER stay on a Holiday Inn again! It ruined our evening and put my 8 year old son in a full blown panic attack. I'm disgusted, and I'm really angry.

They have very bad treatment and they did not return my money. A few days ago I forgot my charger and they did not give me any answer. In addition to this, the receptionist on the phone hung up on me. I feel disappointed.

Stayed here over the weekend to visit a family around the area and all I could say is that this hotel totally needs a facelift and renovation and the only good thing about this hotel right now is its location.

The washroom towels are old and almost dirty white in color.toilet has stain that its almost gross to look at. The carpets smells muggy. Also head boards needs replacing too.its almost like the leather is peeling off.

Also, we used the pool to hang out and I suggest that they change the faucet and showers too, the water kept flowing from the shower its a sin to look at due to water being wasted.

The location is very good, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly. I would like to give a special thanks to Milana who kindly welcomed me after a very difficult day. I highly recommend this hotel

Good location, it was okay for the quick business trip. But overall oudated hotel needs cleaning, leaking bath faucet and bedding was not clean.

It was our first time staying in Holiday Inn. We are expecting more for almost $400 a night room. Dusty and dirty room, my son found a dirty sock and leftover food under the table, pool tiles are molded.

I’m usually easy to please, but this hotel was disgusting. When we first arrived, the bed was dirty (which is fine because it can be fixed). Then we found a sock in the bedroom and clothes in the drawers. Then when the person came to change the bed, it became a bit obvious (due to the wording) that they only changed the bedding if it was noticeably dirty. The pool was tiny and Also the water was opaque and musty and had body hair and dirt floating along the top. Hallways dirty and musty, room dusty. By far the worst Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at.

The AC went out in high 80°F weather for 2 nights and we tried to switch to another Holiday inn but corporate said the front desk would need to release our booking to them (they're all individually franchised) in order to do that. The person at the front desk wasn't the manager and we had to wait until the next morning to speak to one. When he finally got in, he wasn't available. The assistant refunded our money for 2 of the 5 nights we stayed, but the entire experience was absolutely horrendous. We drove back to the states with no sleep. Do yourself a favor and never trust a Holiday inn anywhere. Corporate just took my complaint and I never heard from them after that.

The hotel tried to get us a different room, but each room was dirtier than the other AND the AC was meager in those rooms at best. This is one of the rooms that was offered to us, the toilet was used. Are you particular about COVID-19 safe cleanliness practices? We were too, this hotel claimed to exceed those standards and didn't even meet basic hospitality cleanliness practices.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. Checking in was easy and great front desk staff. The room could have been better in terms of cleaning. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. This is an older hotel and not all rooms algae been modernized. The location is really great and in a quiet area.

MAGDI! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Very poor customer
Very rude
Had a pre paid ROOM UNDER MY CREDIT CARD JUST DROVE 5hr to terrible and disrespectful customer service. MAGDI starred at me and said nothing after I said “hello” to then answer “put your card in” refused to give the access code or and ANY form of help to log into the wifi after I repeatedly asked for assistance and he stated that there isn’t any wifi for you.what kind of customer service is this? !? ! I am so disappointed. He told me to leave and never come back when I asked him for his managers name and number and he said “I don’t know the manager or the name”

You have lost two future customers and we will be telling all our family and friends to never ever come here.

I literally hate the fact I have to dress up just to come downstairs to use a microwave, I've seen rooms recieve microwaves, maybe it's how I dress who knows. Otherwise I'm well taken care of

Spent 3 days here in late May 2021. The temp inside Room 811 when I opened the door was 83F. Found the thermostat - tried to make it work - nothing. Called Front Desk and an hour later the AC started working - their technician said he 'reset the AC from a control panel'. Which worked fine till the next day, when it quit again. I gave up when the temp went up to 78F by 10 am on the next day. The technician wasn't available until the evening. I went down to Front Desk and had to change rooms. Otherwise, the room was huge and I got a kingsize bed and big screen modern LG TV.

Given that few guests were staying in the hotel, the service was very slow. The staff was moody and the room was dusty. We had to wipe down everything inside the room before settling in. Five guests stayed in the room and amenities were not provided on time. Also, the hotel staff failed to provide the correct amount.

MAGDI gave us HORRIBLE customer service! I will NEVER EVER be coming back here EVER AGAIN!

He didn’t even assist us, he asked us to put our credit card information TWICE as though he didn’t believe it belonged to us. We just drove 5 hours, and we’re EXTREMELY tired and we’re being helped POORLY. He refused to give us our wifi, and when we asked for the access code he claimed that there “wasn’t one” but we have stayed in Holiday Inn’s before where they write down the access code or at least tell us how to log into the wifi. Magdi was horrible to us, I did not feel comfortable or safe. He threatened to cancel our reservation because he didn’t want to help us with the wifi.

We also asked to speak to the manager and his response was “i don’t know his name” which is completely a LIE.

NEVER COMING BACK HERE.

Checked in and checked out. Front desk was very nice, although the rooms! 1st room we got had gross spit in the tub. 2nd room had so many hairs on the bed and mold in the bath tub.
So we left
Dont follow provincial covid policies. They are apparantly suppose to temp check us and ask us a covid questionnaire. Nope didnt happen.

Very bad experience all around. Front desk rep atash added extra charges to my room for a purchase that I never made and then refused to hear my complaint, avoid this place. Four points across the street is a better option

Worst experience ever!
The hotel room has no electricity, the bathroom lock is broken and the rooms has a weird smell. We booked the delux room which had a separate sitting area, I was in the bedroom. I realised that someone opened the door from outside. I got scared and then i see room service just walked in my room without my consent and i was alone. When i complained about this the manager or the guy at front desk (Mr Hitesh) was arguing. The hotel staff is the rudest and if you complain they wont listen to you.
Definitely not worth the money
