Holiday Inn & Suites Ottawa Kanata, an IHG Hotel

I absolutely enjoyed my stay there! So many things to say: Super kind employees, amazing room with modern style, nice emplacement close to many restaurants, grocery stores and other necessities and room cleaners who leave your room spotless! 100/10? Looking forward to going back as soon as I can!

Clean room. We were on the top floos. Beds were comfy and we had a mini suite. A little pricier than what we are used too but had no issues once installed.
Room service through Grafity's was good as well.

Needs a face lift.
Stop putting carpet in hotel rooms. No way to easily clean it. Bacteria trap!

I hosted a Women’s Grouo meeting here and I have to say the team at Holiday Inn made our business session seamless. Great food and there was a dedicated team to help during the day. We ran into an IT problem and they had it fixed immediately. They even accommodated for an session by bringing up chairs for our panel speakers from the lounge. We will definitely return to this venue.

My mother treated my daughter and I to a staycation. We absolutely loved our visit and spent a lot of time in the amazing salt water pool. The staff are very kind. We look forward to going back in future.

Very nice hotel. The staff is helpful and pleasant. I stay here when in Ottawa. Parking is free, and lots of restaurants and amenities are close by.

The hotel has a central spot in Kanata right off 417, the front desk was super helpful at all times. Parking can be difficult at times as they don't have a lot of spots. The carpet on the 7Th floor was a total mess and needs replacing, trip hazard was not tight. The room was nice just packed in with too much furniture in it, lose a desk or 2.

I attended a small business conference here that totalled about 10 people.

The meeting room was clean, organized, and quiet. The rooms were much appreciated by all as perfect junior suites with bedroom and separate sitting area.

The super convenient in-house restaurant was staffed with very friendly and accommodating peeps. The power center directly across the street offers a handful of great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

Highly recommend.

We have stayed in this location over 5 times, and are always pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. David and Karrah are extremely helpful, and ensure that our stay is pleasant. The restaurant attached is phenomenal, and we look forward the the breakfast every morning.
