Holiday Inn Toronto Airport East

Tried to book a room for myself and a coworker, and they will not confirm if we’re going to have two beds or one when we arrive! Lol
This is hilarious! Part of a large group of people for a convention, and they can’t even let us know if we’re gonna have two beds when we arrive! Not good not good not good

We forgot our phone in our room, called the attendant on duty and he sent it to us at the airport, I am very grateful for his service.

The indian manager lied.said he would process my airmiles room in two days.
5 days later, no email, phone call! Fire him.no time for liars.

Excellent service! The bartender is very friendly and helpful. He made amazing cocktails and took really good care of us. Highly recommended!

The room is a little rough but fairly clean. The air port shuttle is quite convenient. Staff it friendly.

Very poor bartender very rude kicked me out of his bar while trying to charge my phone fire him immediately

Everything was great about this place. Got upgraded to a king sized suite. Staff was awesome. Definitely recommend

Stayed here the night before our holidays. There was a little mix-up with our reservation, but the staff were great and set us up with a room. The only issue we had was when we came back, their website wasn't updated on how to catch the shuttle back

My experience at this holiday inn was overall pretty good. Firstly, When my mom got to check in we got free waters because of her membership and that was really pleasant. Secondly, we got a knock on the door if we wanted house keeping and I thought that was so sweet. Thirdly, The bed was comfortable and same with the pillows. Second last, The Perkins right beside the hotel was pretty yummy as-well. Lastly. My only complaint is that the bathroom could be a little bigger. Other than that, me and my moms stay here was very good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality and attention to detail. A special thanks and kudos to Fawzia Saboor for an outstanding hospitality.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a light sleeper. It's located right under the take-off path of the airport, and loud jet engines can be heard every 6-15 minutes.

Long check-in, and the staff at the front desk wasn't particularly helpful, but the manager in the back was very pleasant and got everything arranged.

Clean rooms and breakfast at the Perkins family restaurant attached to the hotel was quick and tasty.

Friendly staff. Welcomed and gifted a bottle of water upon arrive, which was very nice after a long day of traveling. They upgraded us which was a nice treat.

I spent one night in this hotel. It is close to Toronto airport, and there is a shuttle that takes you from the airport to the hotel in the S1 area at the airport. The room was clean. I had 1 coffee and 1 tea provided in the room. Overall, it was what I needed for a very short stay.

This was a brilliant last minute stay. Not planned as flight connection messed up at airport. Beds very comfy and pool lovely. Food amazing

Horrific shuttle and customer service. By far the worst airport to hotel experience We've ever had.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean room. Perfect for a night to stay near airport. Free shuttle to and from Toronto Pearson.

Zadi was very helpful when my best friend and I arrived:) hotel is clean, nice and the staff is so friendly! HIGHLY recommend

Rooms are dated and worn.
Shuttle drivers are kind and hard working but over loaded transporting to two hotels.
Young men on night desk are excellent!
