I have been coming here for 10 years. I have always been treated with respect, care and kindness.all the techs are so nice and talented. They can be very busy so its best to call ahead and book! Can't wait to go back! I trust my nails with no one else!

I've been living in Bradford for 5 years now. When we first moved here, I most nail salons and after frequenting Holland Nails a few times, it has been my permanent go to place. Kelly is my girl and listens to what I ask for. If I have an issue after with a chip or polish I go back and no questions asked, she fixes it. My daughters and I have also used Lisa, Tu or Kelly's mom. All wonderful people and a nice place to go to. Getting a free gift certificate every Christmas because of being a regular is a nice treat also!

Just left my appointment and Kelly did my nails. She was super sweet and did an amazing job on my nails. It is obvious she takes great pride in her craft. Will continue to get my nails done here. Thanks so much! Highly recommend

I wish I could put zero star. Not even because of poor quality but also because of poor customer service. After a week all my nails shellac is broken and the same thing happened to my friend. We both had done our mail at the same time and same thing happened to both of us and they just said it’s because of your nail quality! I’ve never had this issue with my nails before and they just like a recorded message repeating it’s because of your nails. Don’t waste your time and money with them!

It was my first and last time at this place. It was a disaster. My nails started chipping off after a day even though I paid $80.00. When we went there to get them fixed and asked for compensation, they blamed my nails " We know what we are doing, it is the quality of your nail that does not keep the shellac on. " I have been doing my nails for the past 10 years and it was one of the worst excuses I have ever heard. I realized later that the rude person I was speaking to was actually the owner of the store which was shocking!

I told her that I am not happy with their customer service and how this is not fair, she said " That's okay, YOU DONT NEED TO COME BACK HERE! "

NO WONDER the spa was EMPTY!

I have been going here for years. Definitely the best place in Barrie. Kelly does amazing work.

I normally go to another nail salon to get my pedicure but they are always booked, so I decided last minute to go to Holland Nails since my daughter likes it there. The nail technician which is not an aesthetician just to clarify, cut my skin directly above my cuticle and i jumped because I felt it and she just continued to work away without any "im sorry" being said, well needless to say, you get what you pay for, I'm not going back. I hope the cuticle nipper she used was sterilized with Accel solution for my sake and the next client that gets serviced.

I am really disappointed with my shellac job. I came for a polish change and they layered the shellac on SO THICK that its bubbling and chipping after only 3 days. She also rushed through the process. It looks horrendous. They also use an electric file which wears away at my natural nail. I am so disappointed and told them when I was getting the service was done but they still charged me.if you go make sure you ask for thin coats on the polish.

Very, very nice staff. Just went for the second time and it was wonderful! The lady who dis my nails kept kind but light conversation with me and was very polite and professional. Will be going back soon for a fill!

Not terribly bad. But I did notice that different technicians do different things for the same service. My mom sister and I all got manicure and pedicures together. I didn't get a hand/arm massage with my manicure and they did and my mom didn't get grt leg massage with pedicure and my sister and I did. It news to be the same service we all paid the same and left disappointed.
