I have been using Hollandia for a number of years, for everything from pool chemicals, to service, to replacement equipment, to a full renovation of our pool.
Overall, I do enjoy working with Hollandia. Their retail manager, Mike, is awesome to work with and always willing to talk through issues and find solutions. Their Reno/install department was an absolute dream to work with (shout out to Scott, who made my vision come to life and was available every step of the way!).
My only real negative about this company is how difficult it is to get in touch with their service department. I have had many times that I’ve used their online chat through the website and never received a response… I have also learned that I cannot expect to get a live person in the service dept when calling, ever… it will ALWAYS go to voicemail, which is frustrating if you’re calling for something simple (like pricing for a simple service, or to determine if you need service or not).
Once things are actually scheduled, they’re very quick to come out and go above and beyond. Tech department are fabulous (Derek from tech was amazing when he came out, and took the extra steps to make sure everything was perfect before leaving).
