Every time you go there, they throw new rules and regulations on you, and put you into walk in line which is 2-3 hours atleast even you have your family doctor there,
i went thrice after signing up for family doc Asif,

Dr. Qazi is the best. I do not have words to describe how she has taken care of me and my family. Extremely humble and knowledgeable. I have been her patient for 12 years. The front staff desk is very helpful! Great customer service.

Such a waste of time and unprofessional staff, I suppose to make Dr. Asif as family doctor they don’t have appointments so they gave me next month, on that day I got called doctor is sick, they gave me another appointment I waited and on appointment date they called with the same excuse and gave me another slot for Sunday, I’ve to canceled my plans to see the doctor but on Sunday morning I got the same frustration call, such a unpleasant experience, top of that if you ever call them, nobody will pickup, good luck with this cursed clinic!

Awful! Avoid at all cost! Went on a Saturday morning was told it was over an hour and that I should go home and they would call me when it was my turn. They called me a little over an hour later and said to come back as I was next. When I arrived they brought me to a filthy dirty exam room where I waited for 60 minutes before I finally asked the nurse when I would be seen. She told she me there were still 2 patients ahead of me. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere!

Used to be the go to clinic for walk-ins. But not anymore. Took my son this morning for some urgent care, but was told they are not doing walk in today. It's like going to a gas station and they are saying we are not selling gas today. Just skip this place and go to walk in at the superstore

The wait times at this clinic are absolutely ridiculous. The staff at the front desk do not know how to communicate information. I had called in the morning to ask what it looked like, I was told to come in. I showed up at 2: 15PM and I was informed that there was no walk in doctor available and that I was to return at 3: 00. I confirmed with the admin, that if I was to return at 3: 00 I’d see a doctor, she said “yes. ” When I returned at 3: 00PM on the dot, the receptionist told me the wait time would be 2 hours. I told her I was told to come back at 3: 00 when the doctor arrived, she then went to say “well these people showed up at 2: 30 as our registrations open at 2: 30. ” Immediately the other administrator interjects saying our registrations open at 2: 45; the same administrator who told me to come at 3: 00; this information would have been useful. The lack of communication between staff and patients and within the staff itself and the attitude of the staff is appalling; she miscommunicated, and then went on to be rude. I expect better from a clinic I have been visiting since I was a child; I would not trust a clinic that isn’t compassionate or considerate towards their patients.

Dr. Gloria Velez, her team of receptionists and nurses always create a safe and trusting environment. Things are always conducted with great professionalism. Here is my second experience, Rude and Arrogant are the better words to address the receptionists. With the recent rule changes, they themselves don’t know patients can see which doctor. I visited this morning April 17 and very much disappointed with the receptionist. I called them to make sure that I can visit the doc and when I showed up for my little one she said you cannot see the doctor. After a few back and forth discussions she checked with other receptionist and realized I could see the doctor. They need to value the time of the people and treat them with respect. These folks badly need to be educated with the recent change and how to handle a customer.

Worst experience, I called them 25 times to book a walk-in on Sunday. They put the phone in silent and finally I walked into the clinic, heard other patients were complaining about the same. I keep calling after I was on site, no phone ring. Remember they are still not taking patients having cough and cold, it’s a phone consultation. They don’t value humans. But the doctors are very nice and people at the reception are horrible.

Very nice doctors but extremely rude reception and admin staff. Just giving 1 star extra because of doctors. Never saw such untrained and rude admin staff in clinic. I asked for the owner contact number or requested call back to complaint directly but never heard back. I think he/she dont have time to review clinic performance and do not care about rating.

Lucy the receptionist and most of them are so rude! I literally can’t stand Lucy and have to talk back to her rudely! The only reason I come to this clinic is due to dr zaidi. Please get well mannered and respectful and smart receptionists. I literally told Lucy today why I came in today and she asked me several times how I knew I had bronchitis and not covid which I told her from the clinic I went to yesterday. Than she asked me ten times why am I here over and over like clearly because my condition is worsening which I told her. She can see I’m having trouble breathing and coughing like crazy. She made me repeat myself ten times because she didn’t get my reason being here till I had to change my tone and be firm because I knew she was trying to talk down to me. Can’t stand her

The young female receptionist in the clinic is very rude and unprofessional. However, the clinical assistant is very nice, professional and friendly.
That was my first visit for a walk in for this clinic and won’t be returning because of the attitude and behaviour of the receptionist.

Went to this clinic this morning as my daughter has had a sore throat for a day or two with white spots on her tonsils. Looks to be strep, she finds it hard to swallow and can’t eat anything. The receptionist flat out refused care because the doctor won’t see patients unless they have had symptoms for a week. I asked why my daughter had to suffer for a week before seeing a doctor and the receptionist told me that just what the doctor says. I found this to be insane to 1. Refuse health care and 2. To make a child or anybody for the matter to suffer with a sore throat for a week. Definitely do not recommend this clinic.
This clinic doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, but it won’t allow me to post without one.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The receptionists are very rude and have 0 concerns about your well-being. Not to mentioned they never answer the phone and never send the prescriptions which leads to multiple days going by and multiple follow backs before you can get the proper medication. Doctors are okay, but they still rush you in appointments and if you have more than two symptoms or requests they ask you to book an additional appointment (which their availability is not for another month or so) … so pretty useless.

Dr Zaidi is amazing. Since we moved to Milton my dad's health has been much better only due to him. His advice is the best I have seen so far in my 15 years here in Canada

My family and I have just moved to Canada and have been looking for a family doctor since getting here. Saw a sign saying this clinic is accepting new patients and called them. Went in to get us all registered and book meet and greets. Priority though was our 9 month old, who unfortunately doesn't have a PR as she was born outside of Canada. Completed all formalities and I had my appointment booked for tomorrow. Just received a call from their receptionist asking for my 9MO OHIP and she obviously doesn't have one. The receptionist cancelled her appointment, told me the doctor won't see my daughter without OHIP and that no doctor in Milton will see my daughter either. She was rude, cold and inconsiderate to a desperate mother begging to have a doctor see her daughter. If you value your self-esteem, respect and most importantly your health, DO NOT go here.

The receptionist says one thing. The doctor says another. You will never get time to meet the doctor however because these guys are uber busy. Either book an appointment elsewhere or just remain sick and at home.

I am so happy I found this clinic. I had spent 2 days trying to find a clinic that would take me. I work long hours and can only make it in the evening. Several clinics refused to see me even with an empty waiting room and 2 hours before closing time. One clinic recommended I come to Holly medical clinic. The receptionist greated me and said yes we are accepting walk ins. I cannot tell you how relieved I was. I ended up seeing Dr. Zaidi. He listened to my problem and was very thorough in finding a solution. I was so appreciative that he let me in and actually helped me. I know health care professionals are all exhausted but he could have refused to see me like all the others and he didn't. Thank you to all of the staff. I am forever grateful!

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND JUST DON'T GO HERE. The absolute worst walk in clinic you can possibly go to. They pick and choose who they will see based on your symptoms and refuse to see you if you don't wear a mask, have a cough, are sneezing or basically anything related to a common cold. Mask mandates were lifted on Jun. 11 and they still try to enforce them even if you tell them you are masl exempt. Receptionist is rude and will tell you to go see your family doctor if you don't like the rules. Being we were here on a Sunday that's not an option. Very careless and very rude. Won't be coming back here again. They treat any case as if it's a covid case and refuse service. Pointless for them to be open. Lastly, doctor wrote the wrong weight on a prescription for antibiotics for a toddler.

WORST clinic ever. The waiting time to see the doctor is longer than go to ER. I have been here twice in this month (July 2022) and I have been waiting 4 hrs just only to be in the room for 5 minutes.

Not many walk-in clinics open on a Sunday in Milton so I appreciate all the hard working staff taking their time working on a weekend! I was in excruciating pain and was seen quite quickly with a great and friendly doctor.

I went there for the first time today and I was shocked by how cold and rude the receptionists were. Knowing that I have never been there as I had filled out the registration form they called my name and told me which room number to go to. When I went to the room they told me, there was another patient in there. The nurse was the best part of the whole experience, she was the nicest person and was very helpful. When I was waiting in the room I could hear the doctor complaining that there were too many patience and that they shouldn’t be taking more patience. I only recommend going to this clinic if you don’t have any other options.

I had gone in for a ankle sprain last week and was in excruciating pain and Fortunato at reception was very helpful, concerned and ensured I got an appt with the Doc on duty. The care and support I got was very encouraging as they go through a lot every day (good and bad). Dr Zaidi was quick and precise. Jeff at the pharmacy was very patient and advised for an ankle brace. Keep it up guys as you are truly appreciated for what you do. Stay safe and warm. Cheers DG

This is the worst clinic ever. The reception is not answering until hours later, which I understand sometime they are busy. But she is so rude and taking over me and not listening to what you are trying to say. And I missed one call which ring for couple second from the Doc Farahani and they will not call me back and they ask me to pay $100 because I missed a phone call that rings seconds. What a expensive ring.
They are not a doc, They are robber. They don’t help, they don’t care patient, the reception said they have a long long waiting list. If you don’t pay 100, doc will not call you. Which I believe they already charged this one visit from my Ohip even they just called you in couple second.

If you enjoy rude service from the receptionists and long waits, then this is the place for you. If you enjoy calls not being answered, then this is the place for you. If this is the only clinic open then this is NOT the place for you, go to the hospital.

I want to acknowledge Holly Medical Doctors and staff who have been working through the stress of the pandemic especially as other doctors have closed their doors on their patients. As a receptionist myself I know how hard these women work to ensure everyone is taken care of no matter how busy the clinic may get. I hope people think twice before attacking someone for just doing their job; a job you are judging without being in their shoes. So please, next time are you find yourself at Holly Medical, consider thanking them for all their hard work, or even a simple smile will go a long way.

If this Medical Clinic is not careful they will lose patients because first contact is the person over the phone who is very rude and disresptful. I called to make an appointment and the way I was spoken to was unbelievable. She even hung up the phone. They need to know how to treat patients who want to come there

I have been with the Holly Medical Clinic since it opened and used the walk in clinic for years and eventually chose one of the drs to be our family doctor. The drs are friendly and approachable and the front staff is extremely helpful and caring. I have had wonderful experiences with the Pharmacy staff as well and have recommended the clinic to friends and family.

I went into the walk-in clinic with a head wound. I was told by the receptionists that the Doctor DOES NOT DO STITCHES. I proceeded to ask if he could as least look at me and let me know if I do or do not need stitches, and I would go from there. When the wonderful Doctor saw me, he confirmed I needed at least 3 stitches and YES he could do them. Well I was a happy lady. Not with the info provided by the receptionists but by the fact that the Doctor enjoyed doing them so much, he joked with the nurse that it only took 4min and 55 seconds to complete my stitches. I am glad I did not just accept their first answer and leave for another clinic. I was informed my my daughter that they Do in fact state on the website that they will do stitches. Just in case this happens to you.
I thank the wonderful Doctor for being so awesome.

I absolutely love the manager at the from desk of the doctor's office. I had my son who has been sick a few times he's 6 months old right now. When he was 12 weeks old he was in and out of the hospital and she called to check up on him a few times when she didn't have to. He just tested positive for covid and is asymptomatic but when she heard from the nurse that my baby tested positive she got on the phone and called me to check on him. This clinic is one of the best I have been to. Any problems I have I bring to the managers attention and it's taken care of right away every time she sees my son she always comes to see him. Also the doctor's are all amazing as well. I have recommended this clinic to lots of people and will continue to do so. The way the manager and my doctor care about my family is nothing I have ever had before my doctor has called me from home to check on my son or myself. They are very honest and truly one of a kind.

Fortunata at the front desk is amazing. She has always been polite and so helpful:) Dr. Katchen has never failed to provide me with the best care. Seeing Doctor Katchen and speaking with Fortunata always kept me calm and reassured everything was okay. I drive a long distance to come to this clinic and they are the reason why:)

The recepsionists are so rude on the phone. I have been waiting for a month (still waiting) to consult with Dr. Asif and just because he is not my family doctor they are telling me that they cannot put me on waiting list and the the recepsionist told me that the doctor "did me a favor for taking care of me" (because he is not my family doctor) like what kind of talking is that to a patient. Like I am forcing them to take care of me. Everyone in this country is paying taxes for health care. I would give 5 stars to dr. Asif but the recepsionist 0.

The worst walk-in clinic and doctor service. The receptionist is SO rude, I've called on multiple occasions. She clearly hates her job. My doctor has said "I am not sure" to my main concerns about 3 times.ma'am is it not your job to help me?

The attitude of the receptionist is very rude, I understand Covid-19 is very serious but they still need to do thier jobs. I was forced to a phone appointment after walking in. I was told that they did not want me thier and had to leave. The doctor would not see me whats so ever and prescribed me the incorrect antibiotics which is not helping me.
They should consider closing thier doors until they have proper way of staying safe and helping patients that rely on them in times of need. I find the clinic completely useless, there is ZERO reason for them to even open the doors, everyone should stay away and not give them business.

Extremely bad service. I requested an appointment by going there in person and they said the doctor will call but did not get call. After around 5 years I called again and this time I heard that the appointment booking was never done. Looks like the don't know what they are doing.

The staff at Holly Medical are a team of rockstars. They have demonstrated excellent customer service towards me and my family and are always helpful with whatever I need. I understand that this profession can be a taxing one; not only on your physical state, but your emotional state as well and in saying that; the staff are always golden.

Long waiting time even with appointment and experienced all the time not occasionally. One more experience today, got an appointment for 4: 45 and was told over phone that there is no waiting time. Arrived at 4: 40 and left clinic at 5: 15 without meeting doctor as working from home and had online meeting. Very disappointing.

On July 31st at 6pm I went to Holly Medical Clinic. My right side gland under the ear was swollen from outside and inside and the pain was unbearable. The receptionist was not polite and was ordering me to stay outside because it’s a COVID-19 symptom. That was the first time I heard that swollen gland is a symptom of COVID-19. I also work in healthcare and every day I deal with lots of patient and follow the COVID-19 checklist. But this receptionist is going overboard with the COVID-19 screening. She said Dr.will do the treatment over the phone only.
Because of the swollen gland it was very painful and hard for me to eat and drink. I told everything to the receptionist. But she said Dr.will talk to me over the phone. How can a Dr.feel how much it’s swollen over the phone?
I couldn’t tolerate the pain so right away I went to another walk-in clinic. The experience was absolutely opposite and their customer service was amazing compared to Holly.

I have never been treated so disrespected by all the medical woman there and dr kitchen I have been getting the run around just because the doctor screwed up in the perscription to be released on June 29 not may and not there just giving me nothing but attitude telling me to call each other’s pharmacy’s. Do can’t believe how such an each fix could of been solved. I would not recommend to ever go to this clinic. They Are so dis organized.

I am appalled at the treatment of patients by the staff at the reception of this clinic. Never have I seen individuals employed in the health sector completely disregard the mental and physical well being of patients. It is extremely disappointing to see individuals employed in the health sector to have no sense of ethical or moral responsibility. Numerous times the staff at the reception has put my ill mother through undue mental strain worsening her health. In the past, I have excused such behaviour but enough is enough. The doctors at the clinic need to take swift action against the staff at the reception, as the staff at the reception is ruining the reputation of the clinic. I urge other individuals who have been mistreated by the staff of this clinic to step forward. If the doctors of the clinic do not take action against the staff, this is a matter that will have to be dealt with by Public Health Halton. It is a shame that such practices take place within our Milton community.

This clinic does not practice with patient safety in mind. My friends' 5 year old daughter came to this clinic with an allergic reaction presenting with hives. She was on amoxicillin for an ear infection. Basic medical knowledge you have hives and your on a penicillin type drug - you stop that. This doctor at this clinic told her to continue giving this child amoxicillin with benedryl. My friend trusted this doctor and gave additional doses of the antibiotic as instructed and her child ended up at sick kids emergency with serum sickness. What was even worse: My friend went back to the clinic to let them know what happened. She was hoping they would listen and learn and not let this happen to another child. Instead of owning up to their mistake, she was met with disregard and hostility. No parent or child should have gone through this.

Absolutely patient grabbing practice. They take all the patient without telling the waiting time and take them to the room for long wait. It almost took me two hours to wait to see a doctor I asked them before how long it will take but they said you are next now almost two hours pass.

I have been coming here for 10 years. Dr Peiris is the best. I see a lot of one star review and agree. Some days this place is crazy. But nobody has control when will get sick. Making appointments. Asking questions. Challenging the receptionist and taking control of your health’s makes this place 5 start. It is not a pay spa and it is small. They tried their best. We need to meet them half way. Ask questions and be proactive. Not reactive.

I got a phone call from the receptionist in the morning and requested for my present. I took my half day off and went there all the way from Toronto downtown. On my arrival, turn out I was not need and received no formal apologies and/or offer me another way to see my doctor since I lost my half day at work. Also I feel the receptionist (s) are inexperience to deal with disabilities people with the communication method. Also they are unprofessional and uncaring or understand my situation. Thank you for nothing and stole my hours pay from work.

Very slow service. Rude receptionist I've been sitting in clinic and only had 7 people but after hour still waiting and only 2 people went in to see doctor.slow doctor and waste of time. 6 pm they stop taking more based on how slow they are when I asked they started to be rude and blonde lady start to give attitude. People falling asleep they don't care.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Clinic could be busy at times however it is due to bunch of good health professionals at work. Dr. Asif Anjum is excellent general physician and I would like to recommend Dr. Asif to family and friends.

Don't waste your Time - Walked in at 830, though everywhere says they open until 9, was told by reception that they are now closed; that they are too busy to take anyone else on in an empty waiting room. Emergency was a four hour wait instead
