Holly's Pride

Our dog stayed here for the first while we were on vacation this year. She's stayed at other kennels, but was always more than happy to leave them. Picking her up this time, she was calmer and less anxious than the other places, which suggests to me she was well cared for and got lots of attention. She stayed during the "off-season" so maybe there were fewer dogs. Overall, I was impressed with the care and atmosphere.

Not impressed, our dog walked in and when we picker her up, we had to carry her. Don't know if she slipped on tile floors or they forced her to walk, they put a strain on her hips that she could not walk or stand when we got her home. At what point do you phone your client and say there is an issue with your pet? Staff should realize that she is straining and don't pressure her to walk and for heavens sake put a rubber mat down in her room. Educate your staff - We will never be back or recommend this place for any pet owner.

We had a good experience with Holly’s Pride. Our dog stayed there twice. Prices are super reasonable and they are honest people.

I love leaving my fur baby at Holly's pride. I came to visit the facility before booking and I was so impressed. My dog seems to enjoy/willingly go with the employees and the staff is always so friendly when she stays there. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent Facility. Very Clean and Run By Knowledgeable and Professional Staff. My 2 Cats Were there for 14 Days. Absolutely No Complaints. I Would Definitely Recommend.

Holly's Pride is by far the best hotel for pets in the Hamilton area. We've tried others before and this is the only one where our dog gets excited when he sees it. Always comes back healthy and happy!

Nothing but high stars for this wonderful staff at Hollys pride! I recommend them to anyone and everyone I know as they did a fabulous job caring for our boy while we were away on an expedition in the great Canadian north! Buddy was pampered and completely wiped out when I picked him up from his little hotel holiday. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff here for all of your care for our boy!

This was my first time boarding my dog here after a recommendation from a family member - and all I can say is I’m so glad I found this place! My girl Harlow can get quite nervous in new surroundings but the staff were so patient, gentle & caring with her both when we arrived for drop-off and when I picked her up. The staff are very friendly and seem like genuine animal lovers. They were excited to welcome my nervous girl and I (a nervous & overprotective dog parent) felt comfortable leaving her as I definitely felt she was in great hands. Thank you Holly’s Pride for taking such good care of my girl!

We are very overprotective of our dog, we had been recommended Holly's pride from a family member who's similar with their dog.

We called, set up the appointment and sent over all the needed information and the staff made everything extremely simple. On the day we dropped off our dog they took his food, asked any specialty questions that they needed to know and took great care of him.

We Decided on taking the top package for his stay, and upon picking him up, he looked happy, groomed and smelled great.

Will definitely use Holly's pride again and recommend them to anyone who is out in this neck of the woods and in need of a caring boarding service

Friendly and welcoming and place looked clean and well organized. My boy stayed there a week and it was affordable and I can tell he had a blast.

My dog loved her time at Holly's Pride! It was very obvious they were super good to her & I could tell she really liked eveyone there. They have excellent packages to choose from to keep your baby happy while you're away. I had total peace of mind knowing my dog was staying at Holly's Pride while I was away.

My dog Pepper loves to stay at Holly's Pride. He gets excited as we approach the building and does not struggle to go back to the car. Everytime I pick him up he is clean, fluffy and happy! It is so nice to be able to go on vacation and know your pet is well cared for. I have been using this pet boarding facility for years and can recommend it whole-heartedly!
