What a disaster… nobody working was able to direct me to in-store pick up. When I asked for help… everyone told me it wasn’t their department and couldn’t direct to someone else. And when I had it gift wrapped… they had me wait an extra 1.5hrs Poor customer service for a high-end department store. Wouldn’t be surprised if they end up with the same fate as Nordstrom.

I came in KNOWING I was going to buy something. I had seen it online and that it was in stock at this location, I was in the area so I figured why not. Immediately when I walked in, dirty side eyes and no one greeted me. Fine whatever, I walk up to the shoe section of where I was looking for my item and had seen two employees chatting so I decided to walk a little nearer and wait for them to finish so I can ask them for assistance. As I get nearer, one spots me and the other turns around. The one who saw me first looked at me up and down and gave me a nasty look then turned away. Luckily the girl who had turned around answered my question however the whole vibe threw me off and the nasty stares were humiliating. I went to a different location and purchased there instead. I thought we were past judging the purchasing power of people off how they come in, but hey it’s your commission lost not mine. The staff at Yorkdale and Square One are far more polite and welcoming. Being snooty and acting above others won’t get you anywhere.

Great sale on luxury handbags and half the price or less then going direct. Also the paper towel in the washroom is divine.

Spent all day trying to get through on the phone to return an item
No return calls, no shipping labels VERY bad experience and they are supposed to provide superior service!
No acknowledgement of this being an emergency situation.

Im leaving this review for Gabriela who from my understanding, works in today at sunglasses. Gabriela was truly phenomenal - she’s such a kind-hearted and generous person. She went above and beyond our expectations, and my friend and I truly felt cared for. Would highly recommend Gabriela and would look for her for our future purchases!

I've been shopping at Holt Renfrew for decades but never received the level of customer service I got today by Ryan Branch, a Manager at Holt Renfrew Bloor street in Toronto. This person truly embodies what it means to provide luxury customer service. I have had not so great experiences at Holts before but this person redeemed the brand for me. Caring, dedicated, prompt response. I am impressed - and I don’t impress easily. As an entrepreneur, if I had a customer service job open right now, this is the kind of person I'd hire in a heart beat. Careful Holts.im keeping my eye on this one!

I had a fabulous experience with Esther at the Chanel counter! She was so sweet, patient, and accommodating in helping me with my large purchase. I really appreciate her wonderful demeanor and level of service. Hope to visit here again soon!

By far the worst customer service at CHANEL where the snooty sales associates pretend not to see customers and instead hang out in the back chatting and ignoring you. Also try to avoid the horrid old woman in the sunglasses section that’s extremely rude to customers about touching the sunglasses. She works as a sales associate but she acts like she owns the store. I recommend the Sherway, Yorkdale, even Square One locations instead.

The finest luxury goods are found in this store! The sales associates are pleasant and helpful. If you’re in the mood to spoil yourself and you have cash burning a hole in your pocket, then this is the place to be.

Beautiful store with exceptional customer service. While I did not purchase everything the store layout was amazing and there was enough clothes for everyone to find something they like. That have a wide selection of countless brands and many fun and unique display pieces. Overall would recommend

Can shop Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga, balmain Paris, Prada etc if you are rich enough.or just do window shopping.coz you would find a cropped cotton tshirt worth $50 max will be priced over $500 LOL

Visiting this department store made me feel happy as a result of having landed on the soil of Canada and it has turned out to be a great experience 'cause I've spent nit and got something cool like a knit tie or woolen jacket.

A Canadian business owner bought my workforce and bought it for me to put on the gifted biz wear on duty right after the labor contract sign-up. I have never met such a generous guy except my dad in heaven.lol

The variety of goods and the atmosphere of the store were not bad.

I was trying to shop at Burberry section on the first floor a bag for my wife as a birthday gift at Holt Renfrew Bloor recently and they have got nice options and colours, something that I could make my decision and purchase the bag I had in mind but as soon as I got to the department, there was one lady who was behind the counter on her phone and didn’t pay attention of my presence. There wasn’t any greeting for almost 4 minutes and as soon as she noticed that I’m touching the bags then she walked over to me with very low energy approached me. The lady who was presenting the brand named Jennifer Li an Asian lady who was very unprofessional and pushy at the same time and didn’t understand my needs and was trying to take my attention to a crossbody bag named “Lola” which I wasn’t interested at all. While I was there looking at options which I liked, she was trying to sell me an item which I didn’t like and the way she was representing, very poor and she had no knowledge of the product at all. I wasn’t not offered any water while I was expecting shopping at luxury store such as Holts, making shopping experience more memorable but I had the worst experience. I got her name and I walked out and went to different brand and made purchase. The brand is amazing and I heard great stuff however some of the staff need more training.

Absolutely horrible! Absolutely no customer service as the sales associates on the floor run away from customers. We were looking to do an exchange and return and was directed to 7 different people on multiple floors. There is zero communication within the internal team and inventory online doesn’t reflect accurately with in-store stock. We are very dissatisfied with your service.

We were very pleased with Domenico who offered perfect customer service, very professional, kind and helpful. My husband ended up getting a lovely pair of shoes. Thank you Domenico

I always get a warm welcome at Holts. The door man is friendly and polite when opening the door to enter the store. They have valet parking should you need it.

Hands down the absolute worst customer service on earth. You're far better off shopping directly at the individual designer boutiques. These people have no concept of a repeat customer.

One of my fave go-tos! A perk to this location is the Holts Cafe. Delicious food with awesome views of Toronto. Try to go at least once a month
