I have been a loyal customer to Holts for years. I have always had wonderful experiences. This was the first time I have ever done a return and I am so disappointed with the experience.

Over Christmas I purchases a pair of loafers as a gift for my boyfriend. First, I was given a size too big due to the unlettered advice from the sales associate Mona, as I was told word for word: “If he’s a 10, then he’s 10” not communicating the fact that Gucci runs European sizing.

My second visit to the store was to exchange for the correct size. When my boyfriend tried on the shoes at home, we noticed that one of the shoes was extremely wrinkled on the insole making it uncomfortable to wear. I phoned in to Gucci and was assured a pair was coming in from the warehouse and would be in unworn condition. I returned to Gucci and got the shoes. When I got home, my boyfriend tried them they still did not fit well. In addition, the soles clearly had marring from someone trying them on. Despite them telling me it came right from the warehouse…

I went in to return the shoes because it was too much back and forth for what’s its worth, although still disappointed we couldn’t get the shoes we wanted.

Mona who sold me the shoes didn't say a word to me other than machine is ready for my return in a condescending manner. The other employee was who was the one inspecting my shoes exclaimed they are in poor condition due to the bottom of the shoe, saying: "I shouldn't even be doing this return for you and shoes will be heading to damaged goods".

So, they weren't in good enough condition for you to take back, but it is acceptable to sell them to me. Alarmed by that thought process from the “manager”.

At the end of the day, it’s just a pair of shoes. Do better Gucci…. Treat people with respect and work on your service because that’s the worst I have gotten from any designer brand by far, all for a $1200 return.

Nothing worse than a company clinging on to their former glory by climbing in the shoulders of big brands.

Providing poor customer service.
Damaged products.
Excessive pricing markups.
Disrespectful attitudes.

Last but most importantly.
Sullying the name of brands they sell.
It’s a Shame.

I went inside this shop and i could see all the items were expensive. If you are able to adapt premium brands then you can go and buy the products. Here we could get the good premium brands for perfume and scents, but its quite expensive

Took my daughter to buy some perfume. We met Bobby and Lisa. They were amazing and patient, I think we spent over an hour testing different fragrances for her. Thanks to both of you wonderful ladies she loves her perfume!

My go-to at Holts Square One is the Chantecaille beauty counter. I’m helped by someone new every time I go in there, but that doesn’t bother me. The service is usually spot on, I pick up a few of the lip potions for a client of mine and they usually have them in stock but if they don’t, they quickly put in an order for it to get shipped directly to my house. Super convenient. Good service.

Beauty advisor Mugdha Vairal went above and beyond wrapping up Chanel Perfume 100ml for my wife. She sprayed a little of perfume on the ribbon to give that amazing smell! She has excellent customer service skills and I would definitely come back purchasing from Mugdha again. Thank you Mugdha.

Had terrible experience today! 2 people were super rude to us. First was at the Hermes counter we asked to try a perfume the lady said to try it on our hand because she didn’t wasn’t to waste paper! What a rude thing to say. Then at yve saint Laurent we were looking at bags the lady said don’t touch anything so I doesn’t get scratched. I was trying to buy a YSL bag and I left very disappointed. Very rude and disappointing service. Will never buy form this location again

Somewhat sparse collection of products. Concentration on designer brands with the focus on selectivity but at the expense of sufficient variety.

Rude and disrespectful sales associates. We were looking at some stuffed animals and two sales associates, an older and younger woman, pushed us aside and took away the merchandise without saying a word. We left the area immediately as it made us feel uncomfortable. They were also behind us as we shopped other sections. I’ve been to other holts and never encountered such terrible service.

Went in looking for a niche perfume and Umayyah took her time showing me all the scents that were right up my alley. I tend to be a picky person when it comes to fragrances but she went a above and beyond to meet my needs. Extremely professional and friendly, she knows exactly what clients' needs are. Definitely recommend talking to Umayyah for all your cosmetic needs! Thank you.

Great selection of designer clothes in this store. Elegant store, Spacious clean and organized. Gucci, Dolce, Burberry, Givenchy, Stone Island, etc.

Customer service from likes of Sohail, Irina, Kunle was excellent.showed me a variety of items that were close to 50 - 80% off. Got a great deal on some jackets. Matab the supervisor even brought me a nice custom hanger and some cologne samples.

P. S. The Tiffany & Co shop inside Holt also has a great selection of jewelry.

It's always a good experience here. The customer service is good. Only that sometimes it's hard to find my size.although I go to the Gucci boutique here a lot. Overall bag & show collection is great.

The ladies were so incredibly sweet! It was my first time coming to HOLT and I was so impressed with how it was treated! I was shopping for cosmetics mostly, but the girls at the Tom
Ford and the Chanel table were incredible! Thank you I will be back!

Whenever there are men shoes on sale at Sq1 with good discount, always cannot find the other but only the one on display.wondering why!
