Great school and great teachers most of the time. But the school has a dark side. This dark side is horrible and thee school board does nothing about it. If you have a problem expect the office to ignore it

The school looks nice and has some good teachers but the food is so overpriced.
Also the student hate the school so much they call it Holy tragedy.

This is my honest truth about this school. There are many things I have personally seen at this school like student vs student fights and student vs teacher fights. I've also had a friend who has been physically bullied but when the parents told his vice principal about it, the VP wouldn't do anything and instead told the bully to stop (NO SUSPENSION WHATSOEVER). I have been bullied verbally at this school but can't tell my VP about it because it's the same VP that told my friend's bully to stop. I think I said a lot about bullying here, there are lots more things I can and will say. The bathrooms are very disgusting which made me have a fear of going to school bathrooms, and when I mean it's disgusting let me tell you. There were toilet papers thrown everywhere, crayon markers on the floor and in the toilets. I have even seen and heard from friends that there are smear marks on the bathroom walls and I don't think the school has done anything about those people vandalizing the bathrooms. There are also so many people at this school who say 9-11 and holocaust jokes (which are not funny 100%). The bright side of this school is that there are many sports for you to join and there are great and fun activities held at this school. Should I recommend this school to you? Kind of. If you don't mind dirty bathrooms and bullying, and you are a sporty kid then this school is for you. If you are an artsy autistic kid like me, then no this school is not for you.

There is definitely a better experience at other schools. I have seen a variety of things happen including but not limited to: Screaming matches between students and teachers, a student threatening another student's life with a knife in their hands, very frequent use of the n-word, and a student fracturing their hips while doing cross country in phys-ed (the student was wheeled off and the event continued as if nothing happened). This school is also very mentally draining for reasons that I cannot pinpoint well, but it is most likely a combination of the days upon days of mind numbing and easy work, the fact that most of the students are either they dim dork school bully type that appears in those middle school romance movies, or hyper-omega nerds that quite literally know everything, the general atmosphere is toxic and will erode at you over time, especially in the male bathrooms. I have gone into those bathrooms several times to see actual doors and sometimes even entire stalls are missing. On one occasion, someone took the actual floor out from the only bathroom on one side of the school and it was shut down for the entire 6 months left in the school year. I would not be surprised if this problem which should have taken a week to fix is still present next school year. The people in this place seem to have a habit of sucking anything that makes any task interesting or enjoyable out of it, leading to large amounts of waste paper in the form of worksheets that most swiftly throw out. They even managed to make the hands-on labs in science boring, which is actually somewhat impressive. There is a weird exception to this rule in the form of math teachers for some reason, as they are the only ones to throw any colour or fun around. All of this kind of sucks but the text in the cafeteria has been re-arranged to say "Welcome to T i ty" so I guess that evens it out.

I once saw a kid lick the floor for 20 dollars and walk in on kids dying their hair in bathroom 7/10 school experience

Once saw a girl at the smoke pit take 6 pills from 6 different bags then go right back to class after.idk what happened to her but i hope she doing ok

Most teachers at this school are disrespectful towards students and give them no space to breathe.everything you do is monitored by teachers with humongous egos.you want to go use the bathroom? Go ahead, but there is always going to be a teacher walking in on you and kicking you out.bathrooms are always locked and you can never use the bathroom peacefully.this school feels like a prison and i get no joy from coming here everyday.school is supposed to be a safe and “fun” environment but, this school is the complete opposite.teachers hand you work and expect you to do it with no explanation and then give you terrible grades for the assignments you got no explanation on.there is a new issue everyday at this school and it’s mentally draining.if i could give 0 stars i would.don’t recommend

Terrible school.most of the teachers are messed up.they need serious fixing, especially the previous vice principal. She treats the students in such a disgusting way, it's revolting. Someone should really look into this.

The teacher are very rude and disrespectful to the kids and they say that there is no bullying but my kids come back with bruises and bumps.

Goofy ahh school with goofy ahh people.i hate everything in it and around it, horrendous. (the ppl make it worse), only background characters go here.if u want to feel like offing urself the moment u walk through the entrance then i recommend this school to u

So I transferred school boards from OCDSB to Holy Trinity (ocsb), next semester, I was learning grade 3 again, doing addition, subtraction and easy fractions. Meanwhile, if I were going to Glen Cairn, I would be learning more complex math. French in OCSB was too easy, half of the class didn't learn french until gr4 while I learnt french in gr1. My french teacher left, then the next teacher left, and now we have another teacher. In this school I've witnessed flying food, teacher vs kids yelling. Kids in highschool crying over a blooket/kahoot, and much more chaos. Gym is fun but that doesn't make up for the teaching part of this school

Good community for the most part.teachers are mostly great, administration can't get respect from students and won't if they keep doing the same things
