Kevin the tech that came was great fixed my problem so that I could heat, told me options of repair and those costs or to buy a new furnace and set me up with a sales person

I cannot overstate how happy I am with their service, from beginning to end. Our air conditioner quit in August and our furnace needed to be replaced before winter. I had given the green light to another company via a voicemail, who did not respond for two weeks. I called Home Aire Care and Shay was at our place the next day. She was knowledgeable and very responsive to calls and questions. In the end, Shay quoted the work (very competitively), scheduled the install, and helped us get the rebate process started, all before the other company called me back. Shay is fantastic to work with!

The team who completed the installation of our new furnace and heat pump were just as professional. They showed up early, worked hard all day, and answered all of our questions. They left our house and yard clean, and took time at the end to inspect the work with my wife and I.

You should definitely include Home Aire Care on your quote list for any HVAC work.

I called for service for a boiler, since the regular maintenance contractor did not have any appointments available till a couple of weeks ahead, the person who attended to the house made no efforts to repair the boiler instead left a quote for $1399,00 to replace the pilot (that had been replaced by another contractor the year before) and the electronic controls. Mentioned that without that the boiler was toasted. I paid $190 for a sales pit instead of a repair. Later Another company contractor came by, vacuumed the boiler and it started operating normally. There was nothing wrong with the boiler apart from dust.
These people are not reliable and not trustworthy.

Cory and Wade installed my new heat pump today. I am very happy with how professional they were. Very friendly and the quality of work is amazing. I could not be happier with them. Thanks Cory, Wade and Home Aire Care.

Great job! WE have been in this house for 3 years. In that time, we've gone from one large dog to 3 large dogs. All are prone to shedding. We've also done 3 major renovations in that time. I contacted Home Air Care to do a duct cleaning and lucky for me was able to cash in on a special deal. Tim and Jarrod arrived to do the duct cleaning. Both of them were informative, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have them in my home to provide such a wonderful service. Part two is happening later today with the technician coming to perform a maintenance check on my furnace. Kevin was excellent with detailed service and very professional in his job. I would highly recommend his cutomer service. This was very educational experience for myself as a home owner.

They replaced the hot water tank the same day the old one retired. Very timely the service was from Cheryl in the front office to the tech that did the work. Very neat and friendly. They did a great job l would use them again in a heart beat.and l will spread the word on how good they are

I had a no heat situation. Kevin from Home Aire was excellent! Punctual, efficient and professional! Had the furnace fixed in no time with the part in stock. All this was done on a Sunday!

Great service today on a Saturday. Cody showed up in no time at all, figured out how to restore heat in March when a pinhole in hot water pipe above water heater drenched and shut down the furnace. Bill totally reasonable.would definitely recommend!

I really do like and recommend this company, however the one thing that has rubbed me the wrong way, is that we've used them 3x in the last 6months. When they were here last it literally took the technician 5 secs to get our furnace working again (a hidden switch that had to be turned on) He felt awful for having to charge us so he said he'd call his boss and see if he could waive the fee. Unfortunately, the answer was no. I understand they provided a service but as a repeating customer that clearly uses you a lot and is supposed to use you to put in an AC in the spring, you think they would of helped us out with such a minor thing. Other than that, they are quick to respond and are very professional.
