Helpful staff. Great inventory. I ordered some flooring that came in a month after the promise date. The lady was kind enough to offer a 10% discount. More would have been nice, but I understand that she didn't have to give anything. I do like this store.

We started a DIY project to update our bathroom. Not really knowing where to start.we got wonderful assistance from Amanda to help pick out the perfect tile for the shower and flooring as well. Thank you Amanda for all your wonderful help!

I put a order in for a veg garden. Just waiting to hear when it's in for me to pick it up hopefully sat. Well I didn't get my garden box. I called the sat. They told me there were no item in the warehouse so they said Bobcageon had two so I called them. They went to check, none. I was given another store none. All sold out. Computers lie. Very disappointed in their system. Bought one at Peavey.

Went to buy flooring, Amanda was great! She made sure to help me pick the perfect product for my reno-it met my budget, is super durable AND looks great. Thanks Amanda!

Friendly staff. I was getting some paint and the lady there was very knowledgeable and had me out of there in no time. I love this place.

Great knowledgeable staff were really helpful, guys helped me load my lumber, the store was well stocked, and everyone was really friendly. Very well run business.

We are completely renovating a three bedroom apartment above our business. Everyone in this show room made our visit pleasurable. They truly are helpful people from the moment they say hello until they deliver and the follow up was excellent! A gentleman named Jeff Gill particularly made this transaction extraordinary! I will recommend the Lindsay Home Building Centre for renovations big or small, to anyone else that is in need of a new vanity to a complete renovation.

I like this Home Hardware! It had what I wanted, it also had the handy panels in store. Friendly staff as well.

Employees at this Home Hardware are friendly and helpful. However it appears that the store owner/management is not fully committed to customer service. This store has a public washroom that is not available to the public. There is a big sign on the door that says “Employees Only”. The explanation I received at the store was a one word answer “Covid”. I have shopped at a number of other stores in Lindsay during Covid and it appears that this is the only store that I’ve been in where the store puts the employees first and customers have to “grin and bear it”. So if you think you’ll need a washroom when you are shopping for building materials, you may want to try the Rona in Lindsay where you are welcome to use their public washroom.

Always helpful staff and have been great during the lockdowns. Usually under 30 mins from phone order to pickup.

Amazing staff, knowledgeable. I wish they carried more product but overall a great go to for everything you need for your home.

Employees at this location have been extremely rude. They are likely under alot of stress from covid 19, dealings with the public. We all are done/fed up and we are working through this as well. As a customer we don't deserve to be yelled at by employees.

I won't be returning here anytime soon

This is my go-to store for anything hardware or building related. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly plus they go that extra mile to find you exactly what you're looking for.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! Such a happy environment. Had everything we needed, great selection of products. No line ups. It was a pleasure to shop here.

However, I don't feel that gives you the right to dictate how much money I spend in your buisness!
My grandson just recieved a used hen house, that requires a bit of TLC before we invite new residents to live there!
You have what I need, and at a reasonable price!
My total comes to just under $40.
YOU WON'T LET ME ORDER LESS THAN $50!
After the thousands of $ my family has spent there over the years I find this totally unacceptable!

Tried to place an order online but it said "available in-store only" so I called and placed my order with ease. They went and checked to make sure they actually had everything in-stock, then called me back within 10 mins to confirm and tell me it was ready to be picked up. Excellent service and very easy to place an order over the phone. Way faster than doing it online.

Be careful of the bulk 1 5/8" drywall screws. Just worked with them for an hour and finally noticed my finger tips had 6-10,2mm metal slivers in each of them from the screws.

During Covid I have decided to use Home Hardware group most of the time-Canadian owned and they support Canadian made products more than the two other US owned major DIY box stores Buy Local buy Canadian when you can. Good job Home Hardware

They are great they always have what I need and if they don't they will order it in for you all the guys at the customer servicer counter are so friendly and helpful

Covid-19 has taken a bite out of everything, especially the convenience of in-store shopping.
I was quite disappointed with the new rules of engagement with "trying" to purchase one sheet of drywall. Such a pain!

I went here today and ordered my wood pellets online.
Great customer service just outside the front doors for payment I drove to the side was greeted by a very friendly employee, backed my car up and had 4 awesome employees loading up my SUV. Was not even there for less then 10 minutes.
I will be buying my pellets from here for now on.

This company is very dishonest, listen carefully how they word the rental agreements. I would highly recommend looking locally before using this company. THE RENTAL DEPT.

They always have what we need even during this weird time. They always make the time for us to help or offer option! They always are nice and we feel safe going their! Never feel over priced!

Our "go to" hardware. Almost always have in stock and quality for the price. Before Covid hit, I always had to load my own lumber and the help would come when you were done, 100% since Covid, mine gets loaded for me. Hard part is, don't always get the nicest pieces.

The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Pete helped me in the lumber yard today and was so patient and thorough.

There are so many helpful people here! Hardware isn't my thing.lumber.flooring. So when I am sent on a task, I count on their help. They have NEVER let me down. Ever. Service in the store and in the yard is great. For someone not in the "construction" field.they help and don't make me feel like a dork at the same time! Lol Highly recommend.

We are out of town contractors that have been working in this area for several months on and off. We buy all of our lumber, supplies and building materials from this store. Special mention to our boy Charlie who helps us find stuff every time we come in. He is very knowledgeable, kind and laid-back. He should be the mayor of Lindsay!

No wonder home depot doesn't come to Lindsay. They could never compete. When you see the same employees for 15 years, you know there doing things right.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Usually not a long wait in the yard. The only drawback is you have to go to the lumber counter first, then you have to pay at the registers, then you have to go to the yard.

2 thumbs up for products, services & all the staff that I dealt with. Always my first choice for building supplies.

Friendly helpful staff. You don't have to spend 20 minutes walking like the big box stores and they still have all you need.
