The company was able to accommodate my need not to be present and allowed a neighbour to handle it all.
The carpets look great save for one small spot that proved very stubborn.
But that was not an issue with the service which was very good.
I would recommend the company anytime for those that would need a deep clean of there carpets.

Didn't catch the names of the guys that came to clean our ducts, they didn't introduce themselves before they tromped through our house with their shoes on and left dirty fingerprints on every wall/door/surface that they touched. They missed half of the vents and said they did the dryer vent but definitely did not. They over charged in my opinion based on the service they provided. Before they left one of them was thoughtful enough to take a #2 in my bathroom and stink up my whole downstairs. Good job guys.
