They are literally making fool us we recently bought a massager it wasn't working properly in comparison to the one they put for trial we just told them to exchange it with another one the lady there she literally insulted us and said we are not provide satisfaction guarantee which they didn't write anywhere and she said if you don't leave I will call security. We learned lesson that It's better to buy from well reputed stores.

Defect product, bad customer service, and a rude manager, I spent around 30$ on a Stainless Steel Thermal Coffee Carafe with a Pump, it was leaking, and when I went to return it with a receipt the customer service said she was not going to exchange it, of course, I got upset. I spent money, energy, and time and when I was going back with a product which is not working even within 6 days after purchase, she refused even to exchange.by the way, I tested it with water, she said it's not written on the box is leak proof, isn't that funny

Worst experience ever. I ve ordered a bread maker and they sold it defective. I e-mailed them and they told me to contact black and decker cust service or send the bread maker on my expense. Don't recommend, they're scammers

I recently purchased zebra blinds for my home from this store. Brianna was most helpful to me and called me as soon as the size I needed came in. She was very pleasant to deal with and most helpful. Thank you for your great customer service and the great prices!

Worst customer service. I purchased a Nespresso coffee machine online from this store considering they have decent prices. BUYERS ALERT! I purchased 2 more appliances from them. 2 of the 3 appliances turned out to be non functioning. When I called, I was told by the manager they don't do refunds. For the faulty vacuum, manager sent me to another company Royco ltd. Guy gave me upgraded vacuum with assurance that this definitely works. That turned out to be defective as well. Owner from Royco asked me to take my negative review off with a promise that he is sending me another unit! I am still without a vacuum. Should have never trusted them.

The small appliances here are sold at good price. Bought a Cuisinart stainless two slots toaster with a big discount and the quality is good.

Very good prices on the whole but did not have required air fryer baking dishes. As most places. There is an open market for these

I went to Home Essentials to check out their Dyson products. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They took the time to explain anything I had questions about. I was only planning to purchase a vacuum, but also ended up purchasing a Dyson fan and hair straightener. Fantastic prices! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great product at a fantastic price!

We purchased a refurbished V10 dyson, which the sales woman said was just as good as new. One year later (almost to the date) the brush head stopped turning so it barely picks up anything anymore. We did everything to try to fix it (watched all the troubleshooting videos etc) and can’t figure out the problem. Because it is now (barely) over a year old the Warranty is void. We are very disappointed in our purchase.
Update: Dyson Canada actually contacted us after writing the review and sent us AN ENTIRE NEW VACUUM! Thank you Dyson. It is a costly purchase, but its the unbeatable service and help you pay for! We are super happy with the outcome:)

I had my first visit to this store on Saturday. Good customer service is rare nowadays. In this situation it was the complete opposite. Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable, went above and beyond! Thank you Ashley for a great experience.

We purchased a Panasonic Bread Maker from Home Essentials Outlet Store during this COVID19 pandemic and absolutely LOVE it! It is great for pizza dough and buns! It is the only bread we eat now.no more store-bought bread or pizza dough for us! So easy and so delicious!

I have always been a fan of Home Essentials before COVID. They got the best deals for their small appliances. COVID really screw the outlet mall's operation but they are still reachable if you call them.
Recently one of my item broke and i was so worried I can't get it exchanged. But because I have purchased their insurance they made the exchange effortless. This is one of those incident that I absolutely stand by the extra insurance. Thanks Home Essentials. ️
