The men who came to delivery my furniture were punctual, kind and very professional. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Quick and efficient delivery of my couch and they took my old one down to my building’s garbage area. They were prompt and finished the job quickly.

It was a raining cold day and the team delivered on time as expected. They helped us find a solution to get the sofa delivered through a non traditional entry. Very friendly and professional. Will absolutely use their service again in the future. Only challenge is they have now set the bar very high.

I had a really good experience with Home Installers. I looked at a few places but decided with this company b/c they were able to provide an instant quote, they were able to do the delivery in a short notice (this was important for me) and they were really responsive over the phone and via text msg which made me feel at ease. I can't speak to the value b/c I've never done a one furniture move but it seemed like the pricing made sense.

For the delivery, I wanted to transport a very heavy and large vintage shelf. The 2 guys that did the job really went above and beyond. There were major concerns that the shelf would not go up the stairs and fit through the narrow path to our second floor. It would have been easy for them to give up after a few failed attempts but they did not give up until they exhausted all possibilities. The last attempt required that they take the piece all the way back down the stairs, flip the shelf upside down and hope that the slightly more narrow base would fit through.it didn’t seem like it would make a big difference but they tried anyways and it worked. I am so glad we went with this company. The people that we interacted with had a great attitude, and our cats approve of them as well:)

I have been using Home Installers delivery service for my interior design business for about a year now and I am very happy that I stumbled upon them. We had a bunk bed delivered by Home Installers. Figured the assembly would be straight forward so we opted to do it ourselves.

We quickly realized that the bed wad in basic form so we contacted Home Installers to see of they would return.

I own a furniture shop downtown Toronto and use Home Installers for all of my deliveries. Their team is so professional both when dealing with myself and my clients I wouldn't trust anyone else. All of my clients have been very happy with their service, I can't say enough good things. Home Installers is the company that Small Space Plus uses to deliver and assemble furniture for its clients. I was very impressed with the services provided by Timothy and Peyson. They were both very professional, polite and respectful. They called ahead of time to confirm the arrival time, took off their shoes before entering my place, allowed me to test the assembled furniture and then fixed as needed to ensure each product is working before finishing the job.

Wonderful experience using this company's services. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and hire them if I ever need to do a move.

They help delivered a piece of furniture we got from west elm.
Super friendly and absolutely professional.

They delivered the furniture without leaving any marks on the floor or wall. They were respectful and took off their shoes when entering our place.
They also suggested where to put the boxes and gave advice on the most efficient way to cut open the box and assemble it ourself.

Great experience dealing with these folks and would consider hiring them if I ever need to do a move.

Art and Aj were fantastic in the delivery and step up of my dining room table from Calligaris. They came within the time band. They were respectful of my property. I am sure happy that Art was so precise in getting the dining room table aligned (centred) with the lighting. I was given instruction on the use and cleaning of the dining room table. They disassembled my old dining room table and took the dining room table and 6 chairs to Habitat ReStore. The small fee for this part of the service was well worth it. I give them both a 10 out of 10 and I have no problems in highly recommending Home Installers. I also thank Larkin and Lara at Calligaris for their valued assistance. They both helped me with the process and procedures in getting things done.

We had Home Installers come in to do several deliveries and installs of various furniture items from a couple of different stores over the past month. Quite simply, they were excellent. During this same period we had two other stores deliver directly to us with "in house" services, and the experiences couldn't have been more different.

Home Installers contacted us before every visit. To a person, they were always a real pleasure to speak to on the phone and once they arrived. Their arrival times were prompt (in one case, I was a little late and they waited for me without any issue or complaint!). They were always polite and respectful of our home. They took off their shoes each time when they entered. They laid down protective mats wherever they worked. They cleaned up all debris, boxes, wrap, etc. They were also very knowledgable of all the products they assembled, worked quickly and the end result looks great.

We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Home Installers was great to work with! I had booked a delivery and assembly of an awkward piece of furniture that “just” fit in a tight space.
The Jeff and Tim assembled the piece but it didn’t quite fit in the room. They had to go to their next job, but Jeff came back with Dan and made everything fit perfectly.

The delivery was the smoothest experience we've had. Scott and Jordan were very nice and professional. They called us 2 hours in advance which was great!
