I am not one to write “reviews” for posting; however, I am more than inclined to do so in sharing my very positive experience with Home Karaoke! My wife and I attended at the Sheppard store and were met by Andrew. Andrew took us to the essential components of a quality Karaoke system. He is very knowledgeable in this area and conveyed the information not us in a way that we could follow. This is an accomplishment for I do not consider myself a “techie” by any stretch of the imagination. I can say that Andrew operates with honesty, integrity and skill. He is a man of his word-and stakes his reputation on his word. I am most impressed from the service from beginning to end-and when he makes a commitment-he meets the obligation. Anyone interested in Karaoke and a quality system must visit with Andrew at Home Karaoke! I have taken my karaoke system from adequate to high quality products!

Andrew was so kind and went above and beyond, sharing his passion, time, and good humour. I bought Dad a machine and two mics for his 70th birthday and I'm so happy to have supported this decades old family establishment. My machine is perfect for our setup, portable, with Bluetooth functionality that allows us to work with multiple technologies. Very happy! Quality sound.

I bought a karaoke machine right before the holidays, it was perfect for gatherings and had such a large selection of songs! Andrew the owner was knowledgeable, easy to work with and showed us how to operate the system.

Since the device was back-ordered I didn’t expect it would arrive in time for a few gathering we were hosting. Andrew went above and beyond and even offered a floor model for us to use just in case. That way we could still host karaoke during the holidays and enjoy it with friends and family. Lucky, we didn’t need to because it arrived before our plans. We are more than happy with the customer service, sound, selection and aesthetic of the machine! Highly highly recommended!

When we noticed a software bug for the English songs. They were able to take the machine, work with the software engineers in Asia and correct the bug as well as improve the overall functionality. Once again going above our expectations, plus it was finished in 3 days. If you’re looking for a machine like this on Amazon you wouldn’t have anyone to turn to if the software had issues or was buggy in an update. You’re far better off working with a local source that takes responsibility and care for their product and their customers. What are waiting for? Take your tunes to the next level and go find Andrew!

We had a great experience from the time we walked in through the door to when we left with a new karaoke system. Andrew is passionate, patient, and friendly. Do not hesitate to drop in for a visit if you're in the market for a karaoke machine. You will not feel pressured to buy and he will answer all your questions. Thanks to Home Karaoke and to Andrew, it is no surprise that they have been in service for 31 years.

Andrew (who runs the store) is definitely passionate about karaoke! Not only did he educate me on the various karaoke machines but on sound systems and microphones as well. I ended up purchasing my dream karaoke machine last weekend and I've already used it several times. And amazingly, turns out my parents bought one from the same place over 20 years ago!
