I just had Home Service Professionals come out to clean the ducts on our new home. Ted did a wonderful job, was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable! Awesome customer service, definitely recommend!

We had home service proffesional company today at our house. Ted did a good job, he cleaned the furnace and the duct and also put a new filter, he is very professional and informative with his work, and knows what he’s doing. We got value of the money we invested with this company and we also got a cleaning warranty for three years with them. A recommended and a proffesional company.

I don't know how they get these high reviews, they have very lousy custom service. They came fast to install our unit and get their money but after that it was very difficult getting them back to complete their job.

Absolutely awful service once you pay them. Should give them a negative star review if there was one. They’ve left us for over two weeks with no heater or ac due to not completing their job which we paid them for and never come or call when they say they will multiple times. They even left the wires exposed and left it like this for weeks. The guy literally ran away after starting his work and never came back and they haven’t sent anyone else for weeks after multiple requests over the phone and even in person. I have no idea how they have good reviews? !? ! Absolutely worse customer service ever, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

My husband and I did not have a good experience with this company. On two separate occasions. Therefore, they did not do any work in our home. From communication issues, to not being prepared for the job, we were not pleased. Vacation days were booked to accommodate their installation dates given, but come that day, no installation had happened. The installation crew, after already being here for a pre-inspection, decided they did not want to do the scope of work outlined in the quote and tried to talk us out of the installation site already established. We feel that the communication between the salesperson and the installation team was not strong or effective. However, Ron did go out of his way to attempt to resolve the issue. The entire experience with this company left a bad taste in our mouths, at which point we decided to go with a local, experienced company who got the job done with their crew. We wouldn’t recommend this company based on our experiences.

Set an appointment with Sales (Ron), very professional and knowledgeable of products. Ron was thorough in his explanation and knowledge of the programs and products we were interested in. Ron setup all appointments with no follow up needed by me. Pricing was to the penny on monthly charge with no follow up needed. Appointments were scheduled and met with no delay. I were highly recommend Ron and his team for AC and Tankless hot water products to friends and family. Thank you for the pleasurable experience and look forward to dealing with Ron in the future.

HSP and Chris Miller have saved the day once again! 2 years ago my ancient KeepRite was having issues; Chris came out and ended up giving me 2 more years with it. Yesterday, he had to replace the old gal and he was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and dedicated (poor guy was our during the on and off rain!)

Have used this company in the past to repair my old ac unit unfortunately this time it was unable to be fixed so we purchased a new unit both times I have used this company Chris Miller was the technician that preformed the work he was fast knowledgeable and professional would not hesitate to use this company again

As our house required a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water system, I actually has 6 different vendors quote on new equipment. I decided to go with Home Service Professionals, and I'm glad I did. Ron, our main contact with HSP, helped us decide on the appropriate equipment, offering us excellent equipment, and quality service at a reasonable price. Due to the age of our house, there were a few 'glitches' that had to be dealt with, and I have to say that, at all times, Ron was engaged and attentive. If I had any concerns (and I did), Ron was excellent in ensuring that I was informed, listened to, and that everything was addressed in a timely fashion. I must say that Ron was very much a man of his word (which made for a positive experience.thanks Ron!) Chris, our main installer, was great to deal with.highly skilled, informative, patient, and always good natured. And, speaking of patient. Melanie, at the main office, was always a pleasure to deal with. Feel confident that you will be in good hands dealing with HSP.

I received a call regarding eligibility for a rebate on our furnace and hot water tank and the for the first time in 2 years I actually took the call. We had a horrible experience with a past contractor for our new windows and didn't look forward to another money-grabbing company with poor customer service and lack of pride in their work. Like most of you reading this, I was very hesitant and thought it was too good to be true or a scam, 100%. We had nothing to lose by meeting with them, so we decided to make the appointment.

We met with a man named, Ron, who was not only very professional and knowledgeable in the products, rebate info etc, he's a super nice guy who made us feel comfortable, not pressured, in making our decision.

We had the Navien tankless hot water tank installed and it is amazing!

The next project is our furnace, A/C and insulation. We we will not hesitate for one minute to call these guys again!

Great service and nice guys to work with, Ron was very helpful and professional. They installed, Furness, AC and tankless hot water system in one day. Chris did a very good job, we didn't feel the interruption during very cold day.

I received a call about the government's rebate for the HVAC, so I was interested. A couple of days later, Home Service Professionals sent their representative, Ron is very professional, nice, and he know what we need for our HVAC system.

Ron gave us a few options, and we picked a reasonable price for a high efficiency furnace and AC. Ron was respectful and understood our needs. I would highly recommend Ron if someone needs to upgrade their HVAC.

2 days later, after we met Ron, their local subcontractor came to remove the old HVAC and installed the new system within 4 1/2 hours. They are very professional too; they installed the system very nice and neat.

Overall, we are every happy with the products and the professional workmanship.

This company is perfect and easy to deal with, they respect their business and do it on time.
Their representative make you feel like he is reading your mind and telling you what you need before you say it, I like doing business with him and this company, his name is Ron and keeps checking from time to time about the service.
I got what I need in a reasonable price with very good and long warranty.
