Homecastle supplied and installed a patio door for us today. Great, efficient and tidy crew! The quoted price was far less than another popular supplier's quote for the same window! I highly recommend this company. Thank you Damien.

Absolutely fantastic service! My neighbour ordered several windows & a patio door from Homecastle a couple years ago & they raved about their service & their new North Star windows. I went over & looked at their windows inside & out & they still looked great 2 years later so we also ordered new windows & a patio door. After getting them installed I am extremely happy with them & the installers were fantastic. They did a beautiful job & really went over & above making sure to clean up all the mess when they were finished. I am now a customer for life for all my windows & doors needs!

This company did work for us some 6 years ago. The invoice was misplaced but when I contacted them, they checked their records and provided us with a copy and even helped in locating an older invoice for work done by a different company. Jim delivers outstanding customer service.

They’ve done excellent work. A screen door 4 basement windows a back door 2 attic windows.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. If I could give a no star rating I would. I ordered a window at the beginning of August. I was told it would arrive within 3 weeks, 4 at the absolute latest. 4 weeks rolls around and I still hadn't heard anything. My husband called and then they said that we shouldn't have been told 3 weeks, it always takes 6 weeks and there is nothing that can be done. Thankfully my energy audit provided me a 30 day extension to allow for the delay. The 6 week mark rolls around and I call to see where the window is and now I've been told it's going to be at least another 2 weeks. I explained my situation and my frustration - Homecastle didn't even express empathy - all I was told was there was nothing they can do and ended the call. I absolutely will never buy a window again from this company and am currently considering cancelling my current order, as it likely won't be here in time for when my energy audit is done.

We had them replace our living room window, front door and side door a few years ago. We were reasonably satisfied with the product and service so I contacted them on July 16,2018 to get a quote to replace at least the front door on another house I own.
On July 26,2018 when I still hadn't received the quote I called again.
On Aug 07,2018 when I still hadn't received a quote I phoned a third time.
I said if they were too busy all they had to do was say so. No one contacted me to say they were too busy and I never did receive a quote.
As a previous customer I expected better service.

Feels like family! Thank you, Colin and Andrew for doing such a good job on the window replacement at our Byron condo. We were delighted when we learned that it was Homecastle which the condo board dealt with. Homecastle has done an excellent job on each of the three previous intallations for us over the past 10 years - in our former home, as well this most recent work at our new home. It was a pleasure to meet Colin and Andrew. They are a great team - working well together - skilled and focused on doing all aspects of the job right - and very personable and friendly.
