We worked with Kathy Dawson to sell my mom's house in Goderich, Ontario. Mom is 92 and built the house and lived in it until she moved into a retirement home. Kathy was very sensitive to the emotions in selling a beloved family home and was very gentle and patient when dealing with a 92 year old.
