Overall, decent Real Estate Brokerage with good management but some of the sales people should not be in the industry. Recent dealing with Banoo Bozorgchami, who is the listing agent and owner of the property I was looking to lease. She was very unethical in her business practices. She will mislead you and try to capitalize on your misfortune. As a sales professional, I would never recommend that anybody deal with such a dishonest individual.
I would not recommend that anyone deal with her as a potential tenant or engage her as a realtor. She clearly does not know what she is doing and have full documentation to support my claims.

A very unprofessional place full of rude stuff and specially Olga she’s a very rude lady everytime I call the office she’s always screaming over the phone not respected at all the company should really take some action on this it’s not okay at all

I have never met someone so unprofessional and rude to their employees. Wish people were treated better by that lady Olga.

Not matter how big your company is, your employees should be treated better. I saw a lady shouting on a girl today. The girl maybe wrong, but no one needs to be treated that way. Peace out people!
Dont know if the management even supervises or not

Assisted a friend with viewing a property in Barrie. Was scheduled to meet Homelife rep. Slava Ryzhikov at the property @ 645pm April 26/2021. Arrived 5 minutes early and waited until 6: 55 when we called him to inquiry where he was. He answered and said he was at the property at 6: 45 and no one was there so he left. He gave no care and blatantly lied. Very unprofessional rep for this company All the negative reviews make sense now. Beware

The realtor, HANNAH HASHEMI, booked a showing appointment for her client. She neither showed up nor cancelled the appointment. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME with such an unprofessional and unethical realtor.
She extremely needs to REGISTER for code of ethics training to learn how to act in a professional manner.

I have done many transactions with the brokerage, my agent, receptionist, manager and broker were very helpful. Highly recommend this brokerage.

This agency is very unprofessional I have tried to set up a viewing at 2800 HOLBORN rd anticipation of purchasing a facility I dealt with Arbi haroutinan Who has promised to set up a viewing with taking appropriate protocol for COVID seriously. No response was given and I contacted a supervisor which was very rude and also hung up the phone. Go anywhere else! Be very aware of this company

Olga is the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. An internal review would be ideal, to prove how she treats her colleagues in the workplace. Verbally demeaning others is not the way to interact.

Our first hand experience with this realtor was bar none above excellence! The sales agent was professional, courteous, and very resourceful. From one phone call, to several emails, to multiple showings, to the final closing of the sale, (buy & Sell) everything was meticulously executed without a hitch. Experience really does make a difference. Without the sales agent (Goldie), the process would've been very time consuming and less gratifying. Thank you again. Highly recommended. Bravo!:)

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Yuri Polansky who is a rep working at this brokerage.
BEWARE of dealing with Yuri Polansky. Read below:

Yuri was representing a 'very motivated' seller of a property, and during negotiation he volunteered to pay a buyers rebate upon closing if we made a firm offer at a certain price point and the deal was signed.
This is exactly what we did, but the very next day Yuri contacted my representative and said that he is "waiving the buyers rebate". He then refused to pay the rebate upon closing.
Granted, we took Yuri at his word, thinking that someone who works in this profession would have a good sense of professionalism and ethics. We were wrong.

Although Yuri makes you beleive he is a honest and righteous individual when it suits him, his actions state otherwise.

BEWARE of dealing with Yuri Polansky.

Iris is the most unprofessional women I have ever dealt with. Avoid her at all costs. I rented off a property and she for whatever reason was the one dealing with everything and she was very inappropriate asking questions that are WAY beyond her business when renting a unit.

I also find it hilarious the only good review is by an employee LOL. How much did she get paid to do that? So sad lol!

Front desk reception service is disgusting. Hung up on me when I called to express my concern about their inability to book an appointment.
