Seems like the only good reviews are from realtors working there, funny. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! Agent, Broker of Record and Office manager don’t reply to multiple forms of contact (phone calls or emails) when complaints are risen regarding contracts. Completely unprofessional brokerage. I have never encountered such an unprofessional establishment, let alone a real estate brokerage.

Do not trust these both Dave and Harkiran team, they will blackmail you time at closing. They recently did to me on sale of my house.
They will sweet talk to you in Punjabi language soon deal is complete they are different people.
