He offered to help me, and has worked day and night since trying to find a place for my family. His dedication has been amazing. Not only has he taken time away from his personal life to help but he even helped us look and sign paperwork for houses, this Thanksgiving weekend. A family member told me to come and see Giancarmine Marzilli for selling my home and purchasing a new one. I have to say the experience was fantastic. Giancarmine really made us feel comfortable and he definitely worked really hard to get us the best deal on our home and the home we were looking to purchase. He really looks at it like he was buying a house for himself. Very detail oriented and even provided a lot of ideas for what we should do with the space. Everything was so smooth we did not have to do anything really except sign the papers and pick the house. He always says "Don't worry I will take care of everything". Its such a huge investment that I was nervous to pick a real estate agent but honestly Giancarmine was amazing. I hope this helps someone as much as it helped me!

Moved from Toronto with my husband. We were referred by a family friend to Giancarmine Marzilli and they spoke highly of him. I have to say from start to finish Giancarmine was the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. We really needed someone who understood Hamilton. He met with us discussed everything down to the last detail. He thought of things that I did not even consider when purchasing a home in Hamilton. He was with us every step of the way and we were very selective with the properties we wanted to look at but so was he. He did not bring us anything he knew we would hate. He was realistic and honest with us about what we needed vs what we wanted. I swear touring a house with him was like being with a home inspector. He looked at every single thing like he was buying a house for himself or his family. He knew where all the good schools were for our kids and how convenient it would be for my husband to get on to the highway to get to work. He showed us maps of every house we were looking at and what the neighborhood had to offer. I cannot say enough good things about him. He knew exactly what prices we could get the homes for. He clearly has extensive experience and I will recommend him to ANYONE! Especially people looking to buy in Hamilton. It has been six months and we are so happy with the house he chose for us!

The utmost disrespectful realtors they will force u to sign papers they demand things to be done at their discretion they bullied my mother into signing documents when she wasn't ready to they tried to low ball us they were arrogant anyone who has common sense stay away from these bigots

The entire experience with HomeLife as a buyer has been unprofessional and unimpressive. They are snarky and condescending, and incompetent. Moving into the condo, the place was not cleaned, the real estate agent was 30 minutes late on the day of the move to handover the keys, the real estate agent didn't arrange for any of what we needed- the garage door opener, the locker. As a result, for the first 4 days, to park the car, we had to run out of the car into the apartment building, through the underground garage, open the garage from the inside, then within the 30 seconds the door was open, run back out to the car, start the the car again and get it into the garage. When this was broached to the agent as an issue and to please expedite the process of getting the garage opener, we were told "I'm sure for a few days this is not impossible. We are a small staff, I'm sure you can have 'passion'" (I think they got confused between compassion and passion). Rather than ever apologizing or showing any kind of understanding for any inconveniences that they caused by not being prepared for the move-in, they made excuses or would argue and get defensive.
They wanted us to pay utilities for before the move-in date because since nobody was residing, there would be "no cost. " Apparently they had never heard of always-on appliances and that this actually utilizes hydro. Freezers keep themselves frozen, apparently.
These are just some examples. As a seller, they seem as though they would heavily represent your interests. As a buyer, I would avoid.
